Ugly things should just die. Only her master is the exception.
Not knowing Lucy's thoughts, Max suddenly realize that he never checked Lucy's stats while possessing a mountain.
“Simulator, show me Lucy's stats."
[Ding. Scanning].

Spirituality: E++. ( C++)
Overall evaluation: E.

Max :-_-.
Looking at Lucy's stats, Max felt regretful.
Why didn't he try his best to get his hands on the telekinesis blue grade skill?
Skills receive a certain buff from stats, but for most skills, the enhancement is too small to even mention.
however, the skill telekinesis receive a huge enhancement from the spirituality attribute.
It's the kind of skill that will stay with you for life.
Actually, Lucy's current skills also receive a substantial buff-up from Mountain ruler.
The simple comparison is the difference between a 1.8 m tall human punching down and a 1 kilometer tall giant punching down.
The same punch, but the former might injure a small animal, while the latter might destroy a city.
If Lucy can get telekinesis with her high stats and mountain ruler, the skill will simply be terrifying.
“Sigh. I will find a chance to get it later. For now, let's go hunt my food, and Lucy, will you please pick me some fruits for breakfast, and put them in my room? I will hunt for something first.”
This tale has been unlawfully lifted from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere.
When he left the city, Max only brought coffee, salt and some seasoning.
Anyway, he lives in a mountain. This place is abundant with food and all other resources.
It would be a shame if he didn't hunt for himself here, even if it's just for fun.
....
Max started walking between the trees carefully, looking around for footprints or any other trail.
Soon he found something.
While Max was tracking his prey, a hunter set his eyes on him.
an E-rank eagle-looking beast was flying in the sky.
The beast's gaze sharpened, preparing to dive down, to claim his dinner.
Suddenly a giant hand made of mist appeared out of nowhere and slapped the eagle down.
Dmak!.
The poor bird fell between the trees, his life-or-death unknown.
On the ground, Max finally found his target.
As for the eagle, he noticed it but didn't care, since he had Lucy to guard him.
“having pets is really convenient. I guess that's why some people ignore their personal growth in order to better cultivate their pets,” muttered Max to himself as he aimed the sniper rifle at a sheep looking beast.
bronze-horned sheep, and as the name suggests, this sheep has two long horns made of bronze.
Max aimed at the heart since the head moves too much.
Bang!. He pulled the trigger, but the shot missed.
the Beast moved at the last moment but luckily it hit its leg.
It tried to run but.
Bang!.
A Second shot finished the Beast before it could escape.
Max stood up with a smile, satisfied by the fact that his aiming skills didn't degenerate
“alright Lu, take me back for breakfast first.”
Max had Lucy pick the sheep and some firewood, then flew up to his room.
Whoss!…
Soon Max arrived.
He had Lucy open a small hole in front of the house, then put the firewood inside. After that, he just used the lighter to start the fire.
Exploring is fun and all, but Max didn't want to waste time on trivial matters, even the hunt from earlier.
while it was partly for fun, Max also wanted to use it to check if his shooting skills had declined or not.
Max first prepared the coffee and put it on the fire, then he went inside the room to check the fruits Lucy got.
Walking inside the room, Max was frozen, dumbfounded, looking at the pile of tree leaves and some grass, also a dead mouse and a butterfly for some reason.
In Lucy's defense, the butterfly and the mouse are green in color.
“Lucy, what's all of this?”
‘ fruits!’. Answered Lucy innocently.
Max's mouth twitched, but he didn't reprimand her.
Taking out the laptop from his space ring, he opened a certain encyclopedia
Edible fruits and vegetables in the wild.
“Lu, please, throw out that pile of leaves and everything else outside, then come here and look at these pictures and remember it. Next time I ask you for food, you bring those.”
Lucy didn't know why her master was such a picky eater, but she just listened and did as he says.
Max took out the F-rank knife from his space ring and went to the sheep.
Having a barbecue with coffee isn't too bad of an idea.
He only took the most delicious parts, mainly the thigh meat and the liver.
..........
Soon Max was enjoying his coffee with a plate of BBQ, while watching the scenery down the mountain.
Some predators decided that Max was a suitable prey for some reason, and without suspense, they were killed.
And Max had Lucy throw their bodies to other beasts, since he didn't like to waste food, and too many bodies unattended will spread diseases and such.
The last thing Max wants is to get sick and die before he can achieve anything remarkable.
That would be a shity ending for someone holding such a great thing as the simulator.
Max savored the sun, and the stunning surroundings while sipping his luxurious coffee.
Far away he could vaguely see Lucy playing with some rabbits, although only he will label it as playing, others should call it torture.
“ahh life is good.”
