His mind started working and soon a wide ocean appeared out of thin air, with a vast blue sky above it.

Max looked around in amazement, even though he knew that the actual space was barely 10 cubic meters, and everything else was nothing but an illusion or Max's memories of the Pacific Ocean to be accurate.

Even in those 10 cubic meters, the air and water weren't real.

Max had to open it for real air and water to come in.

Those were the only two physical objects allowed inside the pet space. It's impossible to store anything else.

The pet space was a psychic/space trait exclusive to the pet master profession.

It was very powerful because the pet master is never alone. He could be a walking army and no one will know.

Moreover, it was one of the few rare things that can actually store living creatures without compromising their life.

Although no pet master will be crazy enough to store any creature other than his pets inside because of how dangerous such an act can be.

Max started thinking about the best way to utilize this new trait. He couldn't help but start thinking about other professions and the special traits they gain comparing it with his.

-The martial artist gains a flesh/psychic trait called martial will.

It has some weak damaging capabilities, but its real function is to protect the mind and spirit with the body's physical defense.

If someone wanted to attack martial artist on the spirit or mind level like hypnosis and such, it will be almost impossible because they would have to break through their bodies first.

Unlike for normal people when you can just bypass the body and attack the spirit or mind directly.

-Warlocks gain a blood / psychic trait called blood wisp.

It allows them to communicate with their blood line's originator or just a will of it, to be exact.

They can learn knowledge and even abilities this way, although there were a lot of limitations to it.

Honestly, Max didn't like the idea of having some will inside your blood, so he didn't think much of it.

-The cultivators gain a space/psychic trait called ' sea of knowledge. '

It can protect the spirit and mind while the pet space can't, at least not directly.

The pets inside the pet space will share all mind and spirit attacks, so it does offer some protection.

The sea of knowledge also functions as a perfect photographic memory. It also can store the treasures and equipment that are especially made for cultivators, but not living beings.

It also has some other functions when accompanied by certain techniques, like forging and alchemy.

Max didn't think much of those traits, but he was especially jealous of the trait mage's get.

-Mages awaken a trait called 'mind space'.

although it wasn't related to space at all, it was a Time/psychic trait.

It allows them to pull their consciousness into a mental zone where time is accelerated.

Although they cannot act in that state.

The acceleration speed values from mage to mage however, the norm is 10 times.

That means they can think and study 10 times faster than everyone else.

However, its power is really shown in battle. For talented or high-level mages with 100X acceleration, it's like having a pause button.

Mid battle, you can just pause and think which is the best spell to use, or ponder over your opponent's tactics.

"well my trait is one of the best, plus the pet space strength relies on the pet inside of it.

Some professions don't even have traits.

Max opened his eyes, looking at his pets circling him, marveling at his new wings.

Max looked at the closest Delma. And whoosh!

Shadow crow Delma disappeared.

As long as his pet is within 1 m of himself, that pet can be pulled inside the pet space immediately.

The other crows were stunned as their boss disappeared.

"mi.mi.mi.mi" Lucy went wild, thinking it was an enemy.

But before she could go back into mountain form, she disappeared as well.

And the other crows followed, although they were panicking, other than mok, who noticed Max's gaze.

Whenever Max looked at one of them, it soon disappeared after.

Putting one and one together, mok figured something out.

Soon even mok was pulled in, and Max closed his eyes looking at his pets inside the pet space.

They were looking around curiously. They felt restricted and couldn't use their power or skills here, but they didn't feel scared.

In fact, the pet space didn't have the ability to restrict creatures in any way, it was more of a psychological barrier because of their mental link of pet master & pet.

This is why it was safe to place one's pets inside, but not other creatures.

Lucy kept looking around. She felt warm here and she could feel Max close by, but she can't find him.

Suddenly, the pet's vision changed, and they found themselves back in their house on the mountain.

"alright everyone, we'll be going to the city soon, so this is your last chance to play freely.

Once I get used to my new wings, we'd head out. "

The crows and Lucy were more curious about the place they were in just now over the fact that they were moving again.

"don't worry guys, that's a safe place and your second home. You'll understand more later.

I finally fixed the first few chapters. Or at least I think so.

Seriously I was unlucky to get two haters.

One gave me half a star after I posted the first chapter long ago.

like what the...? I was so confused.

The other gave half a star because I ignored his brain dead comment after he read half of cheaper 01.although not 100% sure it was him to be honest.
