After JB heard about the professional presentation at the Workshop, she was ecstatic. She forgot all about any prior doubts harbored a few days ago about the company. With gusto she gave her heart and soul to writing the manuscript, including as much details as she knew about her involvement with PPTSB.

In brief, she highlighted three major milestones using her generative AI program.

For the first major milestone, she was able to create a viable model to look at genomic information and infer the behavioral tendency of the subject to aggression. She smiled within herself, as she was proud of her first step to professional success.

The second major milestone came when she was able to estimate the degree of aggression based on tests given to the subjects. The tests provided an objective measure of the degree of aggression and, hence, the pathway to being healed.

The third major milestone related to the ability to synthesize the blue pill, a means to pacify subjects with aggressive behavior and ushered them into peaceful activities.

In her presentation, without divulging the details, she craftily presented the bold claims of each major milestone.

She recalled fondly the speech she gave to another Workshop before the summer and how she inspired the audience with her view of the future. She thought she should include that vision again. That vision had been engraved in her vividly.

She told herself that what she said was only a vision, but that vision was now a reality. Consequently, the wording was changed from ‘I can see the days’ to ‘The days are here.’

The days are here where we can predict with certainty the degree of violent tendencies in a fetus before the baby is born.

The days are here where we can repair the DNA sequence when the prediction is not favorable.

The narrative has been taken without authorization; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.

The days are here where persons with violent behavior and other evil natures will be eradicated.

The days are here where all humans on this earth can dwell together in harmony…

She stood back and read that to herself. It sure sounded good. She was satisfied with the wording and was rather proud of herself.

When she was satisfied with the manuscript and the associated slides, she informed Johan that everything was ready for the legal department.

Johan took a quick glance at the presentation and was beaming with delight. He told JB that was exactly what they were looking for and will forward the manuscript to the legal department just to be sure that no specific confidential information was included.

As he turned to leave, he paused and turned to JB.

“I heard the upper management were talking about getting patent protection. You know the drill, patent, then publish in that order. So perhaps based on this manuscript, I can see at least three major patents, followed by several subsidiary patents.”

JB’s ears perked up.

“I suppose now is a good time, before you leave to present the paper, to have a detailed description of all the processes, particular the processes mentioned in the manuscript, so that we can file for patent protection before the presentation.”

JB was getting very excited about the news.

“Will my name be on the patents?”

Johan smiled.

“Your name will be the first on all the patents, though all rights to the patents will be assigned to PPTSB. We will have a private arrangement with you regarding the royalty between you and PPTSB.”

After hearing that, JB heard nothing else. Fame and money filled her vision.

“I will come back in a week. Would that be enough time to have all the process documented with sufficient details for the patents?”

“That should not be a problem.”

“Great. Again, on behalf of the company, we thank you for all your help and we will never forget what you had accomplished for us.”

“You bet. Just don’t forget that.”

“We won’t.”

For the following week, JB poured her heart and soul into documenting every process, every program, every procedure for work she had done for PPTSB.

For a change, Johan seemed to work with her daily. As soon as she had something written and documented, she passed the writing to him, who would read and occasionally asked for further clarification.

He made sure that not only the process of using the programs had sufficient documentation, but that the programs themselves were also adequately documented. The excuse he kept using was that the documentation must be clear to the patent examiners, who were not computer scientists. Hence, the documentation must be clear to the point that any common person skilled in the art could duplicate what was being done.

Not having done any patent application before, JB had no point of reference but took Johan’s word and guidance and naively did everything he asked for.
