The outrageous beating of Song Han emanated a feeling of excitement by the young woman. The more she whipped him, the more berserk aura came out of her. She had to be stopped or else Song Han would've gotten seriously beaten without any form of justice, and fortunately, Lin Yang stopped her from getting out of control. Awaken from her berserk-like state of mind, she felt a bit guilty after seeing Song Han sorrily beaten. That feeling of guiltiness led the young woman to transform her human form back into a butterfly, where she continued to fly above Song Han, showering some mysterious dust all over him.
"Hey, what are you doing to him?"
"Relax, I'm just healing him."
The squeaky voice coming out of the red butterfly shocked everyone. First of all they've never seen anyone who could transform into another being. Second, they had never thought they would meet a talking butterfly in their lifetime. In just a short while later, Song Han's body glowed with a healthier shine, clearing away his bruises and small wounds. Throughout their adventures, the group had shown disdain on Song Han's behavior, but they truly felt relieved once Song Han started to heal. Was this their true feelings for Song Han?
"Hey, wake up!" the young woman spoke out in butterfly form.
Song Han's eyes gradually opened, only to see the red butterfly transforming back into the young woman. His eyes gradually focused, revealing not even a bit of surprise unlike the others.
"Are you a butterfly or a human?" Song Han curiously asked.
"I'm neither, you knucklehead!"
"You're lying, you stinky butter....human!"
"Pschh, If I was a butterfly, then I wouldn't be able to transform into a human. If I was a human, I wouldn't be able to transform into a butterfly. Gosh, that was so obvious!"
"Bullshit! Then what are you?"
"I'm a spirit butterfly!"
"What the hell is that?"
"It's an ancient spirit, dumbass!"
No one in the group knew such thing existed; thus, the shock revealed their retarded reactions. However, Ye Tian was the only one who still acted normally. He had heard from his dad that spirits from the royal bloodline were an ancient race that could transform into a human. They were also one of the natural alliance race that had lived in harmony with the humans since ancient times, but no one knew where they live ever since the ancient times.
"Well whatever, come with me. I'll show you some goodies if you are capable."
The young woman spoke again, this time, offering them an unknown temptation. The others still had doubts in their mind. This woman was too mysterious and very mischievous. Surprisingly, Ye Tian accepted the offer.
"Let's go follow her!"
"Are you sure?"
"Yes, she can be trusted according to the story I've heard."
Ye Tian did recall his dad saying that spirit butterflies, although tricky by nature, were a righteous race in their ways of living. Even if this story wasn't true, Ye Tian had faith in his father's words, so he decided to follow her. The young woman, on the other hand, had sensed Ye Tian might have figured out something about her, but what shocked her the most was Song Han. Even after the beating, Song Han didn't hold a grudge against her. He actually took the lead in not just following her, but walking beside her.

"Hey, why do you live here? Are you trapped?" Song Han initiated the conversation.
"Because I want to.....anyways are you half gorilla and half human?"
"Of course not you foolish spirit woman!"
"It's spirit butterfly!"
"Yeah, yeah, whatever."
Walking side by side, they kept teasing each other, but none of them stopped arguing. Following behind them, the rest of the crew could only think of how much of a perfect match they are.
"Uncle! This guy is so dumb. Is the outside world full of people like him?" the young woman yelled out.
".......Hmmmm."
A voice could be heard, it was the same voice that guided them to this hidden land, expressing what seems to be a nod of approval. Does that mean the ruler of this treasure mountain was also a spirit butterfly?
Going through the forest seemed like an eternity, but the couple in front continued to engage in a lively conversation, which became a form of entertainment for the others. It felt like a push and pull flirtation, yet childish at the same time.
"Uncle! I can tell this guy is such a mischievous troublemaker, hehehe."
"........both of you are......." the ancient voice whispered, but it was still heard by eveyone.
"What?.....No way........you're crazy......this retard........I'm way smarter......."
A slight slip of tongue by the mysterious ancient voice caused the couple to viciously bark, clearly expressing their protest on such ridiculous claims.
"Shut up!"
Unable to hear their rants any longer, the mysterious voice spoke out in anger for the first time. It wasn't long until they arrived in front of multiple volcanoes with each possessing a pond at the peak.
"Listen up, it's up to destiny if the pond chooses you or not. Staying inside the pond will increase your cultivation significantly. You might even gain some other form of enlightenment if you're lucky. Now, go and seek out the pond's calling. If you can't hear the calling, that's too bad for you, hehehe," the voice spoke out in a serious tone until he gave a little wicked laugh.
Ye Tian felt very excited for the first time in a while. Compared to strengthening one's cultivation, magical treasures were no longer treated as a special occurrence. Increasing cultivation was no longer easy for him, in fact, ever since the blue pearl had merged with his heart, any further increase in his cultivation would become a lot harder than even a cultivator with average talent. The possibility of closing the gap between them and Ye Tian had made Xiang Jiao and the rest to feel the same type of excitement, especially if their progress would outpace his by using the mysterious powers of the pond.
Everyone stood patiently, closing their eyes, which gave them a sense of peace caused by the serene environment, until Xiang Jiao walked into one direction. Then, Lin Yang was the next to walk in another direction, then Ma Qian, then Song Han and then the young woman walked in their respective ways. The calling they felt caused them to move involuntarily towards the origin of the voice they had heard. Unfortunately, Ye Tian didn't sense any calling. He tried his best to focus on his senses, but nothing happened. Was he bound to be the unlucky one?
While everyone got further away, Ye Tian could only stand there helplessly. The extra strength he wanted in such a rare opportunity seemed to not be destined for him. A feeling of disappointment and helplessness rose up within his heart, until he heard something.
dadup......dadup.....Dadup.....Dadup.
He finally felt a calling rising up from his blood, a calling that got stronger with every breath he took, causing his blood to wildly boil within his meridians. He thought to himself if everyone felt something similar to what he was experiencing, because the stronger the calling became, the more pain he felt from the wild reaction of his blood. The pain had almost caused him to fall into half consciousness as he continued to forcefully walk towards the calling voice. What appeared in front of him was a serene pond filled with a twist of white and crimson water, perfectly moving in tandem with each other rather than fusing together.
Meanwhile the others arrived in front of their own pond, but the colors they saw were unlike Ye Tian's. Their ponds were filled with a rich emerald color. It took only a moment where they stood in front of the pond, until everyone started to walk above the pond towards the center without sinking! Such an unbelievable sight would cause a heart attack for some people, because only the true immortals could do something like this, but somehow Ye Tian and the others could walk effortlessly across the pond.
The moment they arrived at the center of pond, they started sinking deep within the pond where no light could be seen. Not a single one showed signs of panic, because they were already in a mysterious state where they could sense everything even with their eyes closed. With everyone sinking below the pond, the scenery outside became very quiet. Suddenly, the pond started slowly twirling until it formed into a typhoon where it rapidly reached towards the sky. Within those typhoons, Ye Tian and the others were in cultivation pose, unaware of what was going on outside.
The inhabitant beasts living in this hidden land stared endlessly toward the swirling typhoons, undisturbed by any other events as if those typhoons were divine beings that deserved their full attention.
