CHAPTER 1 – BE STRONG, MY SON
In a remote land far away from the mass continents and its civilization, lies a village where only a handful knew it existed. It was a village situated on a floated land mass floating in the middle of the ocean. Its land mass was enough for the villagers to be self-sufficient with food and other daily materials.
“Ye Tian, please take care of these rascals,” a village elder shouted.
“Sure Uncle Bai. I’ll make sure they will come home safe.”
The boy named, Ye Tian, was a handsome teenager who just turned 15 years old. The villagers knew that someday he would become just like his dad, although can be very demon-like, he was an amazing warrior with unparralled combat abilities. He also inherited his mother's calmness and noble demeanor. Ye Tian was the oldest out of his generation, so he was held responsible of watching over the other rascals while the adults work. He often wondered why all the villagers had some combat abilities, but he was never serious to find out the truth.
"Big brother, can we play a bit longer, please?"
“Ye Xue, Ye Chun, it’s getting dark, and all the elders would worry if we don’t come home.”
Ye Tian brought them to the nearby forest for the whole day, where the wild beasts who inhabited the forests were mostly tamed by the villagers. The night was closing in, so Ye Tian gathered everyone to go back to the village. Along the way where they almost arrived just right outside the hidden village, Ye Tian's hearing was sensitive enough to hear loud noises that sounded like a battle was happening. Without further delay, Ye Tian told everyone to quickly hide inside an underground storage cave that was hidden by layers of branches and leaves.
After securing the kids inside the cave, Ye Tian hurriedly ran towards the village. What he has been worrying throughout this time, happened in front of his eyes. Masked men came and attacked the village. Although the villagers were vastly outnumbered, they kept fighitng back furiously, killing dozens of the invaders. However, he also saw familiar elders being killed. He took out his dagger, and hastily searched for his parents. He was relieved when he saw his parents were still alive. They were fighting against a group of masked men, many more dead bodies with their mask, lied motionlessly on the ground.
He ran towards his parents with the intention of helping them, but little did he know there was someone else behind him. The masked man threw his dagger towards Ye Tian’s back

But it wasn’t him that got wounded. It was his mother, who pushed Ye Tian aside and got stabbed at the heart, ending up saving Ye Tian's life.
Shocked internally, Ye Tian cried out, “Mother!”
Ye Tian’s father also saw the masked man at the same time as his mother did, and threw his sword with an overpowering force. The sword pieced through the masked man, leaving a huge hole on his body, but the sword arrived too late. The masked man was able to throw the dagger before the sword arrived, killing Ye Tian's mother.
“Ye Tian, you must leave and take your sisters far away from here. Do noe ever come back here. Do you hear me? Leave here and live a peaceful life....,” Ye Tian's mothers struggled to say her last words while smiling at him.
“No, you’re coming with me. We will live together….always!,” cried Ye Tian while hugging his mother. His mother’s eyes closed and never opened again.
Suddenly, Ye Tian felt there someone grabbing him from behind. It was his father. “Son, you must run away and never come back here. Take your sisters and the rest of the kids to a safe place. Do you understand?”
“Dad, I will fight with you!”
“No, I will make way for you to escape. Listen to me and take care of all the other children, do you understand what I have said to you?,” his father said while firmly holding his shoulder.
With his father forcing his way to create an open path for his son to survive, he received many stab wounds and slashes all over his body. With a last push, his father was finally able to make a clear path for Ye Tian to escape.
“Go! Be strong, my son.” He created a transparent palm strike that pushed Ye Tian’s back further away from the village. Ye Tian felt a little pain on his back. His father was at his last breath looking at Ye Tian’s back. Multiple swords pierced his back, including his left eye that was pierced by a dagger. The last sword that stabbed him was the moment where he could no longer see light.
“Kill the little kid! Don't let him escape!” one of the bandits yelled.
Ye Tian kept running without looking back any more. He was afraid that his father was already killed by these invaders.
“Shriek.”
Ye Tian felt an intense pain and looked down. He saw an arrow piercing him from his back and all the way through the front. He finally turned his head around, searching for the person who shot the arrow. It was another masked man, although slightly different from the rest, who stood near one of the peak hills accompanied by two other bandits by his side. Ye Tian figured he was the leader of the pack.
Ye Tian kept draggin his feet with blood dripping leaving stains on the ground. After a few meters of struggle, he finally fell to the ground. His eyes were staring at his father’s wounded body before his eyes started closing....
