Over the next few weaks Gabe's Sword Sessions with Seygo got more Intense. She seamed to enjoy it more for some reason now that he was back form his short trip, and their conversations as they spared became more personal. "Why do you push so hard in your training?" Gabe asked as she showed him the Right step in the Sword move he was missing. "I don't know." She said. "I could ask the same question about you." The Greenwood family was All about dedication, but her and Matthew were on another track all together pushing their limits all the time. "I have many reasons." Gabe said as he did the steps almost right and she blocked him easily, he started to wounder if he would ever be better the her at this, her natural talent was so far ahead and seamed to be growing every day. Only his speed would help him in a fight against her skills. "One of them is you." He admitted with a grin. "Me?" She asked with a smile of her own. "Yes, you push so hard. You dedicate yourself more then anyone else I've ever known. How could I not be inspired to do the same." Her usually calm and collected face turned red with a blush. Gabe felt his heart flutter at how beautiful her soft features looked, her Wavy untied hair flowing down around her thin soft cheeks… he made a misstep on the same move again and laughed at himself. If it was up to him, this time with her would never end.
The next Family dinner everyone was introduced to Malner, everyone was very respectful and Smiled politely at him as he took the seat right next to Gabe. Vernon had been the one to Invite him to the dinner, and There were no complaints even though he was an acolyte. Gabe got the feeling this was good for Malner, he seamed very surprised and in shock at how he was treated here. Living with Sisfar he'd gotten nothing but Contempt and loneliness for millennia but no’one looked down on him at this table, and servants were actually serving him a meal. He didn’t talk much to the others, only replying when asked a question, but he looked around at everyone and gave off a happy aura. Confused, but happy. The family discussed Gabe's return which the children were happy about as he was one of the only adults that took time to play with them around the estate. Gabe always put aside a few moments for the kids when he saw them playing or working to go talk and be with them, this he did in memory of his older brothers who always did the same for him even after his mishap. it was his dearest memory, and he felt compelled to be just like them.
Matthew told the story of their fight to everyone. He had no shame for the loss, doting on Gabe's victory like it was his own even saying that Gabe had not gone all out to beat him at all, Vernon was the only one who didn’t seam surprised. Gabe in turn made sure to Give Matthew praise for the powerful move he had learned, and how he was very surprised when he was nearly overrun by a thousand vipers. Everyone was thrilled to hear he had worked it out, and learned the Dreadful snake summon move. It was one of the Family's Secret Moves, kept for their own young only. Gelgar even promised a reward for the accomplishment. Since Malner didn't speak much on his own, both Gabe and Vernon brought him in on several subjects just to Gat the Man talking asking about his Element and The home where he came from. And his skill with the blade. Seygo was very interested to learn that Gabe was also learning from a master Swordsman. But didn't bring up why he would also need to Spar with her anymore.
Gelgar watched Gabe with rapt attention, having already spoken with both His ancestor Vernon and his nephew Matthew he had learned the Gabriel was In contact with The fourth-sun family clearly proven by a Fourth-sun family Acolyte sitting at their table, and he also learned that Gabe was much more powerful then he had been only a year ago. Matthew had called it an unnatural growth rate, faster than any method he knew could accomplish even a Beast strengthening pill. All of this only added to the questions about the young man, and his inability to learn even a single detail about the man's past from the Hellvine family was at the top of the list of mysteries. Usually he wouldn't put any real effort behind such a small matter, but There were rumors going around in the family that the Boy had a heart for Seygo his Great Grandaughter. Such a powerful and talented Channeler would certainly be Welcomed by the higher ups of the family to marry in, if he could outdo Seygo's other suitors that is. And as long as he didn't bring any bad blood with him that the Family couldn’t afford.. But Gelgar had to split his Curiosity about his guest with The struggles of his family. The Golden-Chaos family was still on the move and it's actions were very concerning, along with the Burning-Heart League a group that was Beginning to Claim old lands that the Greenwood family house had claimed Millions of years ago but hadn't touched in millennia. The League was looking to expand it's power and control over the region. And had already killed a few low members of the Greenwood family, trying to incite war. If a war broke out then the land they wanted could simply be taken, and none of the other Families would Bullhead in on the matter. As just taking land from another smaller Faction, sect, or Family was frowned upon and would corrupt their reputation. They had tried trading for it, but had never been willing to offer a fair deal or anything even close. Now they were putting pieces into play to just take what they wanted. Gelgar was given orders to settle things as peacefully as possible. But the Greenwood family would not see their honor tarnished here. And they wouldn't be pushed around.
As the fourteen course dinner ended Gabe Asked if he could walk Seygo to her room. The whole family rose their faces at his request the statement solidifying in their minds what they had all already guessed. Seygo frowned at him. "Yes, is there something you want to discuss with me?" She asked suddenly aware of something she felt everyone else had known before her. Gabe nodded with an unashamed smile his heart holding steady. They left the Dinner and walked slowly towards the stairs, everyone watching the backs of the two and whispering among themselves. Gelgar sat at the head of the table with a smug look on his face, his eyes sharp and thinking deeply. "What is it?" Seygo asked as they walked up the stairs. Gabe looked at her. "I wanted to ask you if you would like to go to the Auction they are holding in the city This month." Matthew had told him about the Auction, apparently there were some rare Treasures being sold there. Gabe planned to go now that he had the means to buy whatever he wanted. "Well.... I haven't thought about it. Are you going?" She asked as they climbed the steps. "I am." Gabe said and coughed into his hand. "And I was wondering if you would go with me?" She looked at him. "I don't know, I'll have to think about it." Seygo felt extremely awkward for a moment. Which was new, she'd almost never felt awkward around anyone her entire life. She always knew what she was doing and did it confidently. As they got to her room and she opened the door Gabe stopped her with a hand on her arm. Her cheeks went red as she turned to him, she really needed a minute alone to think about all this, she was felling was to many emotions for a simple walk up the stairs. "I..." Gabe stuttered. "I want you to have this." He pulled The Neptune Anklet out of his Space pouch and held it out for her, it was no longer needed by him now with at least ten other more powerful lifesaving devises in his inner space alone, not to mention the all powerful Sundial he’d taken from the treasure store. "Gabriel.... I can't accept that." Seygo’s mind was both racing and blank at the same time. Gabe smiled slightly holding it up. "Please take it, It will look so beautiful on you." it wasn’t worthy of being a gift to her, Gabe thought in his heart. But he couldn’t pull out anything too expensive or eye catching, or questions would follow of how he got it. this anklet was the most expensive thing he owned that the Greenwood family knew about. Seygo picked it out of his hand without thinking, her body almost moving against her will. She'd been Approached by hundreds of boys, thousands of times. Her Extraordinary Channeling talent attracting suitors from every family, even the Golden-Chaos House. She was a one in a million Channeler, with Elements from Two different Spirit energy sources. And not one of the other men had Made her feel so comfortable and at the same time uncomfortable as Gabe was making her fell right now. She knew that she could turn him down right now and tell him she wasn’t interested in him that way and he would not bother her again about it. Being the man he was he would likely act as if nothing had happened at all, she could see in his eyes that he wouldn’t stop treating her as a friend, and Wouldn’t take it to heart… yet She just couldn’t tell him the same thing she had told others. he didn't even have a family behind him, and he had been dishonored by the Hellvine family but none of that seamed to matter, her lips refused to say what he mind was telling them too. Her heart swirled with emotions she didn't know what to call. "Thank you." She finally answered, after a long pause. Then she walked briskly into her room and closed the door. It was too confusing, why had he even approached her with this. Was it because of her Channeling Talent? She hoped not. Would it be the same if she was a nobody? Just once she would like to be able to hide her mark from a Suiter, and see if she was desirable without it. Still it wouldn't be the end of the world if he liked her for her ability, Gabe was a Strong Channeler, and would add to her Family's strength. He had also seamed different since coming back from his trip. More calm. More earnest. And the man he had brought back was very powerful, she wondered how he had made such a Powerful connection. He had left his family at only six. These thought raced through her mind far faster than thoughts should go and one didn’t even finish before another started. Seygo sat on her bed and tried to slow them all down.

Gabe walked back to his room with a smile, she had accepted his gift. Which meant she liked it. He could never picture Seygo accepting something she didn't like she was as honest as Matthew and as bold as himself. He opened the door to his room and finally found Colin Outside the Cultivation closet. The Blonde man was smiling at him and sitting on the bed. He'd been Cultivating ever since Gabe had gotten back, waiting for the man to finish was almost more Than Gabe could take. there was just too much news to tell him. "Hey there Gabe." Colin said. "How long have you been back?" Gabe looked at His servant with his soul sense. And found that Colin had grown a full level. "Congregations!" He grinned at his servant. Colin just waved him off, it had been years since the man had Grown in his Cultivation. There just wasn't enough Life energy around on the Chaos continent. Though there was more of it then most of the other Celestial Elements or Geo elements due to the life energy of all the people and beasts. "One of the Greenwood Family Acolytes traded me a Life pill he couldn't use for some of the Junk you bought and upgraded. Nothing much, just the few pieces you were working on before you left." Colin crossed his arms expecting Gabe might be displeased but uncaring about it even if it wasn’t a very good deal he had needed it to finish the last steps of his Breakthrough. Gabe grinned even brighter at the man, he hadn’t even noticed the junk was missing though it was worth a full gold ring all combined. "Colin, you have got to meet the man I brought back with me." He told him, his voice was jovial. Colin rose an eyebrow. "You brought someone with you?" Gabe nodded vigorously now that he could finally tell someone about his adventure. He'd never let Colin in on the secret of why they were heading to the Yellow belly mountains in the first place. Not wanting the secret to slip somehow and someone to get there before him. The less people who knew, the better. "And Colin, we need to talk about buying you more of those pills." Gabe shut the door after looking around down the hall. And too keep safe he began to use His mental message instead of regular speech. Even as nice as the Greenwood family was, he couldn’t be careless about this news. "We're rich now Colin." He spoke in Colin's mind, even his mental voice was excited. Colin looked at him with Curiosity and spoke back with mental message. "How so? What did you find in the Yellow belly mountains?" for a moment he wondered if being dragged behind Gabe was actually going to be worth it. Gabe started to tell him the whole story. The treasure store, the ridicules amount of Money, and the Space element beast he had gotten. he left out some of the details for now, like the Heavenly treasures he now had on his person. And Malner. But that would come soon enough. Colin was shocked at first, then doubtful. So Gabe proved it by Channeling his Space energy into his fist. It started to glow Bright Purple and White. Colin's mind was yet again blown by Gabe’s unique powers, to wield all of the chaos elements and now the celestial ones too, it was more then unbelievable. "Gabe... where's the money? And how are we going to get back to this Place. How much stuff did you leave behind?" After letting his heart Settle on the truth of what Gabe was saying, Colin suddenly felt the need to rush back to this magical place... he was standing now with his heart racing, the image of thieves getting into all that treasure before they returned almost stopped his heart here and now. Gabe just smiled at him, he sent a mental message to Malner who was in the room just a door down. the stronger you were the further your mental messages could go. just a few years ago Gabe wouldn't have been able to speak through a two inch wall of paper, much less hard wood and furniture. Malner quickly knocked on their door causing Colin to jump, Gabe was in awe of how all this Good news was making the man sweat like the world was ending instead of causing him to rejoice. Gabe got up and put his hand on the knob. "This is how we're going to get back there." He said with a nod to Colin and opened the door. Malner stepped in and Colin looked at him with both Fear and curiosity never sure of any of Gabe’s ideas. Gabe shut the door quickly and smiled. "This is my Acolyte." Colin tilted his head. "What?" he didn’t hear that right. Gabe put an arm around the big strong Malner, who didn’t smile but seamed to like the closeness for some reason and looked at Gabe’s proud smile with a little pride of his own, Sisfar had never been proud of him and never touched him unless to cause him pain. Gabe grinned at Colin."He swore his loyalty to Sisfar long ago before the demon was in a bottle, and now that Sisfar is under my control. Malner here is also under my control." Colin looked over the man with concern, troubled that yet another person was to be tortured by his unrelenting master. Malner had his Power Realm hidden, but Gabe told him to Open it with a nod. Colin stood up with his eyes bulging the moment the aura was released. "FREAKING HELL!!!" He shouted aloud ignoring that their conversation was in mind speech to keep out ease dropping. Gabe turned to Malner. "Malner this is my other servant Colin. He's trustworthy so feel free to relax around him." Malner smiled and held out his hand. "Nice to meet ya." He said, just starting to get used to being treated like an equal, and now he was looking at a servant to the same master he had. He really was an equal to this man, though not in strength, just in status. He didn’t dare hope to actually have a friend… but he did dare to think about it, the thought aline was enough for him. Colin shook his hand slowly just staring like a wide eyed deer. Gabe was very pleased with himself. For the first time in his life he had finally gotten Colin to shut up.
