The morning sun had come up, "God, my head hurts!" The moaning came from the idiot who had finally awoken.
He sat up and looked around and finally noticed me wiping the last bit of blood off the door, "what're you doing here?" He looked down and noticed that he was naked.
"Where's Klaus!? And where are my clothes?!" I had changed clothes during a break I took from cleaning so I threw him his clothes back.
"The brat is probably asleep in my room." Last time I checked he was distraught from just the sight of blood so I offered him to stay in our room while I cleaned.
If you're asking about Pandres, she didn't speak a word to me but brought me some water while I cleaned. She was probably still asleep.
"Why are you cleaning?" He then looked at the corner and noticed the body and screamed.
"Quite down. This is what happened to the last guy who didn't, want to end up like him?" Honestly, my head hurts like hell, pulling an all-nighter to clean up some guy's blood isn't exactly a relaxing activity.
"W-What happened?" He quickly put on his clothes while I kept scrubbing at this last spot that just refused to go away.
"While we talked to him his head went 'pop', I'm sure the brat will explain it to you later."
'Wait… this isn't blood?' I looked closer and it was just a random spot on the door.
"I've been awake for too long…" I rubbed my eyes and looked around for any spots I missed.
"Nope, got them all. Alright, I'm heading to bed." I went to open the door.
"W-What about the body? Surely, you aren't going to leave it here!"
"Leave it here for now, you can't expect me to bury a body in the middle of the day." I take off the gloves I got from the brat and open the door.
"Hide it under the bed or something and don't let anyone see it." And with that, I closed the door and headed to the room… wait, I need to return the mop and the bucket first.
'Yeah, I'm not cut out to be a cleaner… another career path crossed out once again.' I looked at my shadow as I walked.
'Hope he keeps his word and doesn't appear this time.' I return the stuff and start heading up the stairs almost tripping in the process.
As I walked through the hall I noticed a window at the end of the hall and heard some shouting, I looked out to see two men dueling, both were of the Twilight style.
I just watched as they exchanged hits, both unfazed by every cut and moving without wasting a single moment.
'Maybe it would do me good to learn the style… I do feel like I'm a bit stagnant.'
"Oi, old man." I looked back to find the brat behind me.
"What is it now?" I lean back on the window but not fully since it would surely break.
"We're leaving in an hour and Pandres is asleep so here." He held an envelope.
"Who's it from?"
"Duke Ozyman, Elliot found it at his estate and figured it would be best to give it to the kid." I took the envelope and it still had a brown seal on it.
He turned around and opened the door to the room.
"And don't worry about the body, we'll handle it." I heard some complaints from the inside of the room.
"Alright, I'll leave it to you." I looked at the letter in my hand.
'Should I wait until they wake up or should I just leave it on the table… no, I should wait from them, because what if a rat came in and stole the envelope or worse, it gets carried away by the wind." I walk to the room and open the door to find them still asleep on the beds.

I just went over and collapsed on a chair and stared at the ceiling and fought back against the calling of sleep.
'Would my master approve of me learning the Twilight style? She's a very proud woman, she'd probably say something along the lines of 'treasonous child! You take all the care I gave you and throw it away for those who don't know the true beauty of swordsmanship?!' Yeah, that's totally what she would say.'
'Maybe after I learn the Twilight style I'll be able to mix it in with the Daybreak style and create something new… no, both styles are directly contradictory.'
'One's philosophy is to punish your opponent into submission and to completely destroy their will to fight, while the other goes by the motto 'be the first one to hit, be the one to continue to breathe, be the one to never die.' The philosophies may be different but the actual styles…'
'Too different, Daybreak's main stance is relaxed while the Twilight's is to tense up the whole body and attack with all your strength.'
'The original Twilight swordsman, the Twilight Knight was said to be a great man who served under The First King and was a master who surpassed the very rank that was created by him and became an Imperium swordsman, while my master is a nobody who could barely be called a master.'
'No matter how I look at it, they just can't be mixed together… what style does Pandres adhere to? If she taught the brat swordsmanship then… but I haven't seen him fight with a sword, in hand-to-hand he used a stance I didn't recognize…'
'But the brat was able to become a knight, so it must be a good style, but just because he learned it as a child from Pandres doesn't mean he still uses it… gotta make a mental note to ask her when she wakes up.'
'What other styles are there? The Dawn style is just a subgenre of the Twilight and so is the Dusk style…'
"I've been through multiple places on this continent and yet these are the only styles there are? I'm probably forgetting some, y'know being sleep deprived and all."
"Huh?"
"Huh?" I stop staring at the ceiling and look down at Pandres who had just woken up.
"I spoke out loud? My apologies." She rubbed her eyes and looked at the curtains that weren't doing a very good job since there was sunlight seeping into the room.
"It seems you've woken me up at the right time, thanks." She whispered as to not wake up the sleeping Angel.
"You're welcome, I guess." She got up, grabbed something, and walked out of the room and I just went back to staring at the ceiling.
'I could give her the envelope… then I can finally go to sleep.' I close my eyes and then…
'I should probably wash up before sleeping…' I grabbed another change of clothes and got up and left and found the two idiots at the end of the hall, the brat was doing all the talking and the idiot was leaning against the window.
And if you thought me calling him an idiot was uncalled for, he broke the window and almost fell through it if it weren't for the brat.
I watched as he got a scolding which got a little laugh out of me then I continued my journey to the restroom.
After a treacherous journey consisting of me slowly going down the stairs, I found myself in front of the door.
I opened it and found Pandres… there was no reaction on her end other than a greeting, at the time I was too tired to care, I just took off my clothes, poured water over my body, finished my business, dried myself with wind magic, wore my clothes that I brought with me and left.
I walked past the two that were getting scolded and were also trying to repay the man at the desk.
I reached the room, "Sebastian!" I looked back to find a clothed Pandres, whose hair was still a bit wet calling out to me.
"What?" I waited for her and she had an envelope in her hand…
"You left this in the washroom." …How could I forget that?!
"Ahm, It's not mine, it's for Angel." She took a look at the seal and noticed that it was a seal specific to the Wolfgang house or at least that's what I had deducted.
"The idiot found it at the old man's estate." I open the door and we found Angel who had just awoken.
"You give it to her, I'm going to sleep." I collapsed on the bed and closed my eyes right away.
I heard the envelope being opened and Pandres explain who it came from to Angel.
And then there was silence, "Unfortunately, I can't read it so you read it, Angel." After a minute or two, I was being shaken.
"What?" I sat up and found the two of them looking at me.
"We both can't read it, too many big words so you read it." Angel handed me the letter and I had no choice but to take it.
"Alright, Ahm."
"My dearly beloved, Angelina."
"If you're reading this then it's safe to assume that my brother had successfully achieved his goal of getting rid of me."
"And if everything went according to plan you should be safe with Pandres by your side."
"I'm writing this letter to tell you my feelings, first, I want to say your mother did not abandon you. No one in the family abandoned anyone but me. I abandoned your mother when she needed me most, I should've believed her and taken her side no matter what people said, and I dearly regret that with every second I breathe."
"So please don't hate your mother. At times I may have been hard on you or pushed you beyond your limits and that was wrong of me, it was because you were a spitting image of your mother and at the time I didn't want you to end up like her. It even pushed you to run from home and avoid me. And that made me even harsher than before."
"This was before I learned the truth, and so, every time I saw you go out and help people it made me even more angry and I apologize for that and I'm deeply disappointed in myself for even harboring those feelings."
"And after I learned the truth, the damage had already been done and you grew distant from me."
"And I truly wish and hope we managed to fix our relationship before I died. I'm currently writing this after I saw that man, the one who waved goodbye to you when Pandres had dropped you off."
"That was the catalyst of me writing this, I realized that I won't always be here and that people and your surroundings will shape you as a person."
"And I just want to say that you should let them shape you, that is how we humans grow as people, that's how you mature."
"But I just wanted to tell you to be a fighter, for lack of a better term. Be a fighter like your mother, fight for what's right."
"I've heard stories of you standing up to the unfair knights, so that makes me happy that you're already on the right path."
"And I've seen how you get captivated by the knights' swords and how you daydream about them, and if that's what you want to pursue then you have my blessing. Anything you want to pursue, I will support it no matter what."
"Your mother and I loved you dearly, you were the light of our life and saved us from unimaginable suffering, and for that I thank you."
"Live life and pursue what makes you happy and please don't harbor hate in your heart."
"Sorry if this is unordered and confusing to read, but these are my true feelings and thoughts."
"Your mother and I will be praying and watching over you at all times."
"We love you, our dear Angelina."
And that was the end of the letter.
Silence filled the room, at first, there was no reaction from Angel, but her straight-faced mask started to fall off and tears started to pour out.
Pandres comforted her and then Angel turned to me.
"Mr. Sebastian." I handed her the letter and she took it.
"Mr, Sebastian, will you please teach me?" Her eyes said it all, they were no longer eyes that wanted to kill. They were the eyes of someone who just wanted to learn.
Even though I said I was never going to teach her, my sleep deprivation and her eyes got to me.
"Sure, I'm not going to be lenient but I'll try to be the best teacher I can be." I tried to lighten the mood a bit, which worked since she smiles. She then put the letter to her heart.
"And I swear to be the best disciple I can be." I think Pandres noticed that my eyelids were one second away from forcefully shutting and so she guided Angel out to probably get some food.
As soon as they left the room I surrendered to the unrelenting pressure and fell asleep.
