Note from yours truly:  Unfortunately, Opening Requiem will be taking an indefinite hiatus. This first part of a big project was just an opening to cement an identity for the story in my mind and get feedback, that’s why I started posting chapters. But now, I’ve realized this isn’t the best way to get my story across.
