[Introducing world FI-485629]
Geography:
World FI-485629 consists of three continents, and has two oceans, the Great Aquamaris Ocean which covers 78% of the planet's surface, and the Dark Ocean, which covers 12% of the planet, and is famous for being very deep, and the deeper you go into it, the stronger the aquatic beasts you meet.
The Northern continent, Fiera:
It's the coldest continent and is second in size. It has the most mages, especially fire mages, and has produced two ninth circle mages, one 18-star aura master, and one spear conqueror in its history.
It contains four nations:
The Severin Empire, the oldest and strongest in the continent. Its people worship the Lord of Light, Lurius, who specializes in healing and purification.
The Creati Republic, the most productive country on the planet and the leading country in magitech. They produce things like lamps that work off the mana in the air or magic assisted carriages. They worship the First Thought, a secretive deity who favors knowledge and research.
The Miris Theocracy, a country ruled by the church of the Lord of Shadows, Hajin. They specialize in shadow magic and use of the holy energy of shadows, which makes stealth and assassination easy. They are also heavily connected to the Shadowed Sun sect in the Eastern Continent.
The Uver Alliance, which is an alliance of demihuman tribes who collectively worship the All Father, a deity of nature and fertility. They are also at bad terms with the elves due to their deities having similar domains.
The Eastern Continent, Aviera contains two large nations, and is the largest continent, along with being the only habitable continent in contact with the Dark Ocean. This continent has produced four 18-star aura masters, three ninth circle mages (all of which are dragons), and one Sword Saint in its history. Its two nations are:
The Great Forest of Yggdrasil, a huge forest two times the size of the Severin Empire. It contains the Elves, who worship a branch of the world tree which exists in the center of the forest and is the source of its abundant vitality. It also contains the Veritas Mountain Range, where most dragons live.
The Esheria Empire, which is the largest nation on the entire planet, and houses most of the world's Sword Emperors and Aura Kings. Its people learn Aura in very unique ways they call Qi Arts. Overall, the best place to learn aura is the Esheria Empire. They worship a deity known as the Heavenly Buddha.
As for the third continent, it is known as the Hidden Continent, Overa. It is surrounded completely by the Dark Ocean, where sailing is almost impossible. However, the few ninth circle mages and 18-star Aura Masters who could go there have described it as a "land of secrets", and said that they swore soul oaths with the people of the continent to never state what they saw there.
Power:
1-Mana Methods:
In world FI-485629, every single person is born with a certain mana capacity which is how much mana they can store in their mana heart, which is one of the two organs of the mana circulatory system, a part of the soul. These two organs are the mana heart which pumps and stores mana, and the mana veins which move mana around the body. Mana capacity is hereditary, but mutations which cause great increases or decreases can happen quite often. For those with mana, there are two ways to use it:

Magic, the refinement of mana into elements of nature. This is a the more complicated form of mana manipulation, as it requires calculations while casting and a high mana capacity. However, no one can deny that it is the more versatile form of mana manipulation. The power of a mage is measured by their circles, which refer to how many innate magic circles they have formed around their mana heart, constantly refining and concentrating their mana. These go from first to ninth circle. As for the circle level of spells, it is merely the recommended level to use these spells. Forming a new circle around your mana heart is a very complicated thing that requires years of studying sometimes. A mage at seventh circle or beyond is known as an Archmage, due to the large jump in power at that level, and that Archmages never get regular illnesses and have very large lifespans.
The second way of using mana is far simpler, but also more complex. It is Aura, the imbuing of mana into one's desire and resolve to form aura, which is an energy that differs from one person to another according to their ambitions. In general, aura is simply a boost to physical abilities and damage inflicted by your weapons. However, some people have such great ambitions that their aura gets a special trait such as healing their own wounds or freezing their enemies. These aura offshoots are called Unique Energies. The power of an Aura Master is measured by Stars, which refers to how many "Enlightenments" they've gone through, which is when an aura master's ambition and resolve peak, causing their aura to increase in both quantity and quality. In general, two stars are equivalent to one circle in magic, when comparing power. Those above 14 star are called Aura Kings, and have the same traits as an archmage.
2- Non-mana methods:
There are two non-mana methods of gaining power.
Weapon Mastery: This is the sheer skill of a person with a physical weapon such as a sword, spear, or bow. It has seven levels: Novice Holy Energy: Holy Energy is power granted to a faithful believer by the deity they worship. The amount you are given is proportional to your faith and obedience to the deity's teachings. The actual effect of the holy energy depends on which deity you gained your holy energy from. Stigmata are signs that a deity gives to a newborn, and all who have Stigmata are automatically considered Saints, as even a newborn Stigma holder has bishop level holy energy of the deity who gave them their Stigma. Holy energy is measured by seven levels: Priest Races: Humans are the most common race in the planet. They don't specialize in anything but are also rather versatile. However, there is an ancient myth that the real power of humans is Infinite Potential and Indomitable Spirit. Elves are the second most common race. They have the blessing of Yggdrasil, which gives them high mana capacities and very long lifespans with high vitality. Demihumans are people who are half human half beast, with the species of the beast half greatly affecting their abilities. They tend to excel in close quarters combat and barehanded martial arts, hence, demihuman mages are very rare. Dragons are undoubtedly the strongest species on the planet despite their low numbers, as they are the ultimate mages and largest, hardest to kill species. Even a newborn dragon is a third circle mage, while to become an adult, they must become a fifth circle mage. This is due to their near infinite mana capacity, sharp minds, and special spellcasting methods. They also never age past their physical prime, and only die if killed. The royal draconic bloodline, the Dragonhearts, are even more powerful. Luckily, dragons like to keep to themselves and are rather peaceful. Demons are the denizens of the underworld. Very little is known about them, except that all the religions in the world despise them (except demon worshipping cults, of course), and that anybody who contracts with them is an enemy of all living beings. However, they always look for those with weak wills, hoping to make deals with them and grant them power in exchange for their betrayal of all living beings. They are divided into lower demons, middle demons, and higher demons. It is also known that there are 72 demon kings, each ruling a territory in hell, and the lower the demon king's ranking, the stronger they are.
