Henry and Eve got in the ring. Eve was wearing her usual armor and using her custom made sword. As for Henry, he was only in his training garb, but he had Dawnbringer. He emitted the Demon Slaying Energy, which now let out a crackling effect with its new lightning properties.

"Let's begin, Hellwalker." For the first time since their first duel, Captain Eve also emitted her golden aura.

You have begun sparring with Eve Forger at full power. Each hit you deflect will give you 15 Sword Mastery Exp, while each hit you land on Eve Forger will give you 75 Exp.

"Yes." Immediately, Henry got into position and used the Asura's Wrath Sword Technique.

'Asura's Wrath Sword Technique, First Form: Cycle of Death'

Henry became a human tornado as his energy got a crimson outline and spun towards Eve with a lot of force.

Eve got into a defensive stance and used her own sword technique.

'Sword of Eternal Light, Fifth Form: Unextinguishable Light.'

Each time Henry's sword would approach Eve in his spinning, she would immediately block it as if she had seven arms. However, she did note that whenever she made contact with his sword, a slight electric shock would strike her, despite her gear being made of non conductive materials.

'Haha, Captain really is no easy opponent!'

Henry jumped up high.

'Severin Empire Military Swordsmanship, Third Form: Titanfall!' Henry fell in Eve's direction extremely quickly.

The defensive form of the Sword of Eternal Light specialized in reflecting a high number of weaker attacks, not a single concentrated attack. So, Captain Eve opted to roll out of the way, which only worked partially. Titanfall would create waves that travel across the floor on impact, and these waves can carry aura. This meant Henry's Titanfall made the ground electric, and Captain Eve was shocked.

"This is like fighting Hera all over again. Good job, Hellwalker."

However, Henry was too focused to reply. He was looking for a way to land attacks on Eve.

'Wait...My Blessings! Activate Absolute Darkness!'

Suddenly, Captain Eve watched as Henry became invisible. Usually, she'd sense invisible enemies him with her Mind's Eye, but even that didn't work either.

"What the hell? Where'd you learn to do that?"

Meanwhile, Henry had already snuck behind Eve, and used Asura's Charge. His sword crashed into Eve's armor, leaving a pretty big scratch, and the impact had damaged Eve herself.

'Shit. Alright, whatever! He must still be nearby.'

"Sword of Eternal Light, Ninth Form: Supernova."

A huge amount of aura gathered at the tip of Eve's sword, causing it to shine brilliantly. She swung it around in a certain pattern and then sticked it into the ground. The intense aura then exploded from within the ground of the entire arena, as if the ground was loaded with dynamite.

Henry, who had been charging an attack, had to stop and tried to use Reflecting Spin, the seventh form of the military technique. However, that form needed a lot of buildup, so by the time he executed it, a lot of the explosion had struck him, burning his flesh.

'Damn, that hurts. It'd be a waste using up Perfect State in a friendly spar, so I have to put up with this.'

Henry still had two minutes of invisibility, so he started gathering energy for Asura's Charge.

Meanwhile, Captain Eve had already decided to unleash everything she had.

'Sword Will Manifestation: Sword of the Faithful!' She activated her Sword Will Manifestation, commonly just referred to as Sword Will.

In the world of Weapon Mastery, Weapon Will Manifestation was the ultimate form of one's Will, a metaphysical mix of their cognition, desires, and of course, will. Through it, one could temporarily alter reality through their own Will.

Captain Eve started glowing even brighter as thousands of phantoms of different people appeared around the arena. They all had their hands in praying position, and golden lines of light shot out from them and flew into the sun. Then, one golden chain shot down from the sun and into Eve's body. This caused Eve's body to glow greatly as her armor turned into pure golden light, and her sword became a greatsword of light. She also grew four pairs of golden wings.

'Sword Will...Of course, I almost forgot I was fighting a Sword King.'

"Reveal all, O Great Sun, O Great Lurius!"

The imaginary sun in the Sword Will Manifestation shot down a ray of light at the arena.

The rules of the field you are in prevent anything from hiding. The mighty blessing of the Purest Darkness resists this effect, but its duration is halved. You now have 53 seconds of Absolute Darkness remaining.

'Shit, shit, shit. Hurry up, Henry, gather as much as you can..' Henry was still charging the Asura's Charge he wanted to perform.

'Hmm? Hellwalker is still invisible? Just what kind of ability is this? Well, it matters little, I can spam my abilities here, and he hasn't attacked since I used Supernova. A few more Supernovas should stop him.'

Captain Eve started performing Supernova again.

'Oh come on! It's not like I had that much time to begin with.' Henry kept charging until the explosion was only a fraction of a second away. He then jumped up high enough that the explosion did not affect him, and struck Captain Eve with a final Asura's Charge, leaving quite the dent in her armor of light. That did stun her for a bit, but she immediately got into fighting position again.

"This ends now, Hellwalker. You put up one hell of a fight."

However, just then, Henry noticed a system message.

You have landed a strike on Eve Forger. You have acquired 75 Sword Mastery Exp. Current: Advanced Tier Squire Level, 1500/1500 Exp
