"Uhh...What? Like, those are dragons, ya know? The ultimate mages, the near immortal flying beasts the size of a mountain? I mean, would my Demon Slaying Energy even work on them?"

'Yes. I only want you to hunt the demonic dragons, and your anti demonic energy will work well against them. Of course, the current you would get devoured by even the weakest among them, but right now you're like a medium sized fish in a pond of small fish. So as long as you're careful not to attract the attention of the big fish, you can grow rapidly. I'm only temporarily alive because of a spell I had set up before my death, so I can't do it myself, nor do I really have much to offer you. However, I do still have my heart and this skeleton of mine to offer. You must know just what people do to get dragon hearts, and their wondrous effects. As for the bones, I know people favor my kind's scales, but they are still excellent forging materials.'

"Uhh... Sir, may I ask why you want to kill all the demonic dragons, considering you are.... Were one yourself?"

'To free my kind of this horrible slave contract we were tempted into. Life as a demonic dragon is terrible, human. Not only do you have to be a slave and pawn to those filthy demons, but you lose your rationality most of the time, the most sacred thing to a dragon. The end of all demonic dragons in history was the same. Either slain by another being who pitied their insane selves, or suicide in a temporary bout of rationality, as I did. Unfortunately, the only way to destroy the soul contract is the death of one of the two parties, and only the top ten demon kings have attractive enough offers to tempt a dragon, so it's very hard to kill the demonic party. Thus, I want you to kill my corrupted kin, human. There are four of them currently alive. I'll transfer to your mind their names, location, and how strong your energy should be to slay them. So, do you accept this offer of mine?'

Henry thought a lot about this. He had heard of just how useful each part of a dragon's body was. Plus, wasn't part of his mission to stop those terrorizing the common folk? Demonic dragons are actually the most feared demons by the public due to their ability to roam the overworld with no restrictions.

"Yes, sir. I promise to rid your kin of their suffering, as well as kill the source of their suffering, the demon kings."

'Huhuhuh, wonderful. Thank you, human. Say, why did you come to this volcano? I'll help you with your goal if I can.'

"I came here to get some Mephilite, the obsidian that turns heat into mana."

'Ah, yes. Quite the interesting material, is it not? It's actually what's fueling this spell that revived me. Alright, I'll get some for you.'

Henry felt all the mana around the volcano shift and get attracted towards Ellevion. The skeletal dragon said something in a strange language Henry didn't understand and suddenly thousands of magic circles formed around him.

'Ninth Circle Spell: Gaia's Command.' The dragon's mouth started glowing pure green.

'All Mephilite in this volcano is to appear in front of me. Active immediately.'

Henry watched in amazement as hundreds of tons of Mephilite emerged from the ground and even the inside of the volcano and flew into a giant heap in front of Ellevion.

'Take as much as you want and the rest will return once I dispell the spell'

Henry decided to put the entire heap into the inventory. Sure, he didn't have use for this much Mephilite, but he could just sell it. Also, this meant the demons wouldn't be able to collect this, so it was good.

'Oh my, what kind of storage item can take that much? Whatever, now is not the time for my magical curiosity. I'll preserve this corpse of mine for you until you return. Also, in case you plan to kill only one and keep their heart, I want to let you know that as an Ancient Dragon, my heart is ten times better than the strongest of these guys. Farewell, human.'

With this, the skeletal dragon's glow faded and his eyes went back to being empty eye sockets as he collapsed onto the ground.

'Hmm...This will be quite the hurdle, but I believe in myself. I have to.'

Henry now didn't have anything more to do on the Mephilis Volcano so he descended. He met a few Ashworms and Demon Slimes on his way, but he killed them with ease.

He was now standing on a lot of farmland, and he could see a village in the distance.

'Another Demonic Dryad village.' Henry walked towards the village, pulling out some of the hellish fruits he had gotten from the storage facility and eating them as a snack.

He entered the village and noticed forty or so dryads, as well as one large dryad that seemed to control triple the land as the other dryads. While all the dryads looked like purple humanoid trees, she looked more human, with human-like skin, although it was still purple. She did look kind of beautiful, but something about her still felt off.

'A Dryad Queen. We were only lucky we didn't run into one back then. Well, guess my luck ends here.'
