While Takeda-Senpai was preparing the projector, we heard several people talking outside and entered the clubroom.

The students that entered included Kotoha, and Mizuki-senpai who are Haruka-Senpai’s classmates, Miku, and Ayaka-Chan who are both part of the “popular girl friend group” that Senko mentioned the other day, leading to them also Becoming close friends with Haruka-Senpai.

After them were Nagisa and Mako who are in the same year as Takeda-Senpai, and lastly were several students I wasn't familiar with at all. Our club really had a fairly decent range of people that joined, I guess that was the result of the mergers.

Haruka-senpai got up from our table and went to greet her friends.

“I guess that's that, she's gonna sit with her friends.” I whispered to Senko disappointedly.

“On the plus side, the Girl who called you Cute is here too!” Senko enthusiastically whispered back

“I'm not gonna ask who it is, nor do I plan to ask them out so stop mentioning it.”

Senko simply let out a chuckle, and after a bit, Haruka-senpai returned back to our table which surprised me a bit.

In the corner of my eye It looked like Mizuki, Kotoha, and Ayaka all sat together, while Miku, Mako, and Nagisa sat at a parallel table to them, which was expected because they're part of the same friend group.

What I wasn't expecting was Haruka-Senpai choosing to remain in the Seats with Senko and Me. Well no use overthinking it since it's preferable for me!

“Senpai How come you chose to sit with Senko and Myself instead of the others.” Senko asked as she returned.

I pretended to be focusing on the projector screen that Takeda-Senpai was busy preparing for the meeting.

“Well, I wanted to also discuss with Senko and Yuuki-Kun about the plans for the game later so I decided why not stay here for the time being, I want to hear from Senko and Yuuki-kun what We can do together as a trio in the game!” Haruka-senpai excitedly explained her choice.

“Hahaha that's understandable, however I’m not exactly familiar with some of the newer things to do in game.” Senko awkwardly spoke out.

I tried to say before getting cut off by a rather proud voice spoken from the Club room’s entrance.

“Yo, Sakura-chan! Let's go to the Cultural Festival together~”

The boy who asked has walked up to Haruka-Senpai and was blatantly making himself known to the entire club room.

This guy is Satoru Tarou, a popular guy in the campus, But everyone knows him as Toru.

He stood at 6 '2 tall, his hair was a dark pinkish purple and his eyes were sharp, and his voice had an “authoritative” flair to put it lightly. It was like he wasn't asking Haruka-Senpai to go with her but commanding her to.

Unlike Takeda-Senpai who was popular through his own effort and talent, it was like Toru was given his popularity strictly by how “tall, handsome, and sporty” he behaves.

“Eh? the culture festival?” Haruka-senpai answered awkwardly as a sweat seemed to have dripped from her cheek.

“That's right, I heard the festival is gonna be grand this year and I want you, Haruka-chan, to be my lovely date for it.”

Toru pridefully voiced his intentions as he offered Haruka-senpai his hand and caused some of the other students to look in our direction.

What is he!? Mr prince charming?

If it wasn't obvious enough, I never liked this guy at all, not because he was popular but because he acts as if he owns the place and waltzes around like everybody else is beneath him.

He's like one of those “Alpha Male Bros” you would see on UTube with how he presents himself to other people.

There were several rumors that this guy always have sidechicks behind the back of woman he was dating, and with how self absorbed he is behaving I would absolutely believe them.

I suddenly received a text from Senko:

“Don't lose your cool, this guy isn't worth wasting your oxygen on.”

I looked to my side and he was on his phone giving me a side-eye. It was very nice to know my friend cares a lot.

I wasn't planning to lose my cool over a playboy. I took a sip from my aqua flask which had Iced Coffee.

“Ehhh~?? but I was already asked out to go there with Yuuki-kun.” Haruka-senpai awkwardly responded while poking her pointer fingers together.

“Huh~?” Toru looked like he was holding back how flabbergasted he was by raising an eyebrow and crossing his arms.

“PFFFFTTTTT~!!!!!” I choked and spat out the Iced coffee I was drinking back in my aqua flask.

Jeez, Spilling the beans would have definitely caused more of the other students to look in our direction.

“Oi, Oi, Don't tell me, Haruka-chan would rather go to the culture festival with him than Me right?” Toru's voice seems to have cracked from the utter shock of this news.

I'm sitting right here you damn bastard! I placed my aqua flask back in my bag.

“Um… I… I already agreed to go there with Yuuki-kun,” Haruka-senpai, voiced in a casual tone.

If the bombshell of Her revealing I already asked her out in front of Toru caused the others to look at us, then her dropping the “already agreed” would surely cause everyone to start gawking at us.

“HAHAHA! stop kidding around Haruka-chan, you wouldn't wanna make the girl who secretly has a crush on Rin-san jealous now would you?” Toru chuckled as he glanced towards my direction with a condescending smile.

Is he mad I asked out Haruka-Senpai before him?

I simply rolled my eyes by how absurd that idea was when I suddenly received a text from Senko:

“Told you!!.”

Looking to my side it looks like Senko was pretending to not pay attention but he is actively showing concern with how this jerk was acting.

***Clap***

Takeda-Senpai clapped his hands loudly to gather everyone's attention

Everybody looked towards Takeda-Senpai’s direction as it was now time for the meeting to begin.

“That's enough Toru, go sit down near Nozomi-san and the others and stop bothering Haruka-San and Yuuki-San.” Takeda-Senpai’s voice was firm.

I heard that those two tend to hangout a lot, which begs the question, how come Takeda-Senpai is such a well mannered individual compared to Toru.
