"Finally, all this waiting is ending!" exclaimed Kiyoshi with bubbling excitement. "Will you please be quiet? I am trying to concentrate on preparing for our next match," Jax snapped at Kiyoshi, his voice strained with frustration. "Oh, my apologies, I did not realize your brain was made of concrete," Kiyoshi retorted, a mischievous grin spreading across his face. Jax shot him a sour look and remained silent. "You know what?" he finally said through gritted teeth. "What?" asked Kiyoshi innocently. "Just stay out of my way and make sure you don't get knocked off the stage, got it?" Jax's tone dripped with anger as he glared at Kiyoshi. "What did I do?" Kiyoshi asked, genuinely confused. But Jax didn't give him an answer. "What's wrong?" asked Tethyus, sensing the tension between the two friends. "Kiyoshi is being annoying as usual," Jax grumbled. "I can't believe my fate lies in his hands." "I'm sure things will turn out fine, you just have to wait and see," reassured Tethyus, trying to calm Jax down. "I hope so," Jax muttered under his breath. At that moment, two girls approached them, their confident strides indicating they were seasoned fighters. "So these are the people we're up against," one of the girls remarked, eyeing Jax and his team with disdain. "Yeah, I've never even seen them before," added the other girl with a scoff. "Well, no wonder you haven't seen us before - we're new to Zogahr Island," replied one of the girls smugly as they both laughed derisively."What do you mean by that?" Kiyoshi's temper flared, his fists clenched in anger. "We just don't think you guys are worth our time to fight. We're much more popular and skilled than you losers," the other girl taunted, a smirk on her face. "And we have the home-field advantage," added the first girl with a smug grin."But before we crush you in front of our adoring fans, we should at least introduce ourselves," said the first girl, tossing her long, silky blue hair over her shoulder. "I'm Kasto Kouri, queen of Japan and a renowned fighter. I have piercing red eyes that resemble two gleaming garnets and my hair is styled in an elegant '50s fashion. I always wear a red headband with a matching ribbon on top, adding to my feminine charm. My tanned skin and shapely figure make me stand out from the crowd. And of course, I never go into battle without my signature red Gi and yellow belt." Her voice was filled with pride as she introduced herself."And my name is Fabiola Furer," chimed in the second girl, who also exuded confidence and poise. "I may not be a queen like Kasto here, but I am still a force to be reckoned with. My large amber eyes behind my black rectangle glasses give me an air of intelligence, while my golden straight hair pulled back into a ponytail adds a touch of elegance. My tannish skin and curves only enhance my beauty. And just like Kasto, I always wear my gray Gi and scarlet belt when stepping into the ring.""I doubt you guys even stand a chance against us," Fabiola added mockingly, looking down her nose at Jax and his team.Kiyoshi's fists tightened even more in anger, but before he could say anything else, Kasto and Fabiola turned and walked away with confident smirks. "We'll see you on stage in a few minutes, boys," Kasto called back over her shoulder."I can't believe they just walked up to us and basically told us we're no match for them," Kiyoshi seethed with rage. "Who do they think they are?""Maybe they're right. Maybe we shouldn't even be here fighting. What if we really are that bad?" Jax's voice was filled with doubt and self-deprecation."Don't be ridiculous!" Kiyoshi scoffed, his temper flaring once again. "We've trained for this tournament, remember? We may not have had the most conventional training methods - hitting trees, knocking each other out with cans - but we did it together and we got stronger because of it."Jax fell silent, remembering the chaotic and unconventional training sessions the two friends had endured together. "And don't forget about when I went berserk after you knocked me out and almost killed you," Kiyoshi chuckled, trying to lighten the mood."That's not funny!" Jax snapped at him, his frustration bubbling to the surface. "You almost cost me my life!""Guys, let's not argue right now," Tethyus interjected calmly. "We need to stay focused and united as a team."But Jax couldn't hold back any longer. "Stop pretending that we actually practiced for this tournament!" he yelled in anger, pointing an accusatory finger at Kiyoshi. "We didn't do anything! All we did was hit trees and knock each other out and for what? Just so I could get injured and you could go on a rampage?"Kiyoshi's face fell as Jax's words hit him hard. He hung his head in shame, unable to come up with a response.Jax stormed out of the locker room, needing some fresh air to cool off. The air outside was crisp and cool, a welcome distraction from the tension inside. But Jax's mind was still racing with doubts and frustration. This was supposed to be their moment to shine, to prove themselves as worthy fighters. But now, with Kasto and Fabiola mocking them and Jax and Kiyoshi at odds, Jax couldn't help but wonder if they were really cut out for this tournament after all. "Things do not make any sense to me," Jax said to himself. "Why they put me in a match where all I can do is not to die against all these other fighters. I do not believe in myself to win this match or even this tournament; I have set up to fail on this island," Jax added. The voice is deep and reassuring, like a distant memory brought to life. Jax can almost feel the gentle rumble of his father's voice in his chest as he speaks. The voice was rich and deep, just like his father's voice. It echoed in his mind, speaking with authority and wisdom. The voice is deep yet gentle, with a strong presence that commands attention. It echoes in Jax's mind, sounding just like his father's voice. "Remember, son; you got this great power inside of you that is ready to be unleashed; please use it for good things and always believe in the family code and honor the hippogriff and convince your brother to believe in the light." "But, how will I know to release this great power?" Asked Jax to himself. "Only, you will know the answer, son," said his father's voice as it faded away. "Wait, I still have more questions," said Jax. Lucas arrives at the right-side bracket's locker room. Lucas was on the lookout for the Firestorm Angels. "Can I have a moment of your time?" he asked them. "What do you want from us?" Kasto responded with suspicion. "I need you to beat your opponents mercilessly and win," Lucas explained. "Why?" Fabiola questioned. Lucas opened a silver briefcase filled with gold coins as incentive. "All of this could be yours if you take on the job," he said. "Why choose us?" Fabiola inquired further. "I studied your fighting records, data, and schedules, and I happen to have some dirt on a rule-breaking incident at the academy earlier this year that could land you two in detention," Lucas revealed. "What did we do?" Kasto asked, feeling uneasy about the situation. "You fought on school grounds after curfew, which is an automatic detention offense," Lucas reminded them. "And I know how much you both want to become renowned fighters and date Herbert," he added. Kasto shuddered at the mention of Herbert's name. "You're a total creep," she remarked. "I am not a creep; I just know everyone's secrets and information," Lucas defended himself. "That's still creepy as hell," Kasto retorted, her eyes turning into flames of anger. "Fine, but don't come crying to me when you lose," Lucas warned before leaving.

The arena reverberated with the deafening cheers of the bloodthirsty crowd as the next fight was announced. "Are you ready for some REAL action, Fighters?" bellowed the announcer, his voice echoing off the walls. The fans erupted into a frenzy of shouts and screams, eagerly awaiting the start of the match. "Now, let us welcome our new fighters to the island: Tiger Wings!" The crowd fell silent as Jax and Kiyoshi made their way onto the stage, greeted by a sea of hostile faces. Kiyoshi enthusiastically waved to the audience, but Jax scowled at him. "Stop it, they hate us," he growled through clenched teeth. Embarrassed, Kiyoshi lowered his hand in shame. The announcer's booming voice filled the arena once again as he introduced their opponents: "And now, please give a warm welcome to tonight's favorites, the Firestorm Angels!" In an instant, the crowd went from silent to deafeningly loud, showing their clear bias towards the Angels. Jax scoffed at the blatant favoritism. "What a joke," he muttered. As Kiyoshi and Kasto faced off on one side of the stage and Jax and Fabiola on the other, tension crackled in the air. All four fighters bowed to each other before taking their stances. "Fighters, are you ready?" boomed the announcer's voice once more. "Begin!"In a flurry of lightning-fast movements and powerful blows, all four fighters engaged in an intense battle. Kasto's fiery punches and kicks sent Kiyoshi flying across the stage while Jax and Fabiola traded explosive blows that seemed to shake the very foundation of the arena. "Come on, this is getting boring," yawned Kasto with a bored expression on her face. As if sensing her words, Kiyoshi suddenly stood up and charged towards her with a renewed determination. He leapt into the air, executing a series of hurricane kicks that Kasto barely managed to block. With adrenaline pumping through his veins, Kiyoshi went for a sweeping kick, but Kasto easily evaded it and countered with a powerful blow that sent Kiyoshi flying. "Time to turn up the heat," she taunted as her hands burst into flames. "Blaze punch!" Her fist connected with Kiyoshi's stomach, followed quickly by a devastating kick. Meanwhile, Jax and Fabiola continued their intense fight, dodging and blocking each other's attacks. But as Fabiola's punches grew increasingly powerful, Jax's defenses finally broke under the onslaught. With a fierce cry, Fabiola delivered one final punch that sent Jax crashing into the stage below, leaving behind a gaping hole. As Kiyoshi rose to his feet once more, his body began to emit a pulsating purple aura. A wicked grin spread across his face as he faced off against Jax, his former rival in the tournament before teaming up. "Finally, a real fight," he sneered. But Kasto was not intimidated in the slightest. As she too powered up and transformed into a formidable red Anubis-like creature, Shoshun, Kasto's fire Anubis guardian spoke up: "Can you read his data?" she asked confidently. Kiyoshi's smirk faltered for just a moment before he regained his composure. "Oh, I can do more than that," he laughed maniacally. The two opponents charged at each other with all their might, their powers colliding in an explosive clash that shook the very foundations of the arena. "I got nothing; his data is unreadable," said Shoshun. "This is not a good thing," said Kasto. "It is not that bad; you should dodge his attacks," said Shoshun. Kasto ran at Kiyoshi. She threw rapid-fire punches at Kiyoshi. However, berserk Kiyoshi dodges all of them, and then his hand glows a dark purple, and then with one punch he threw at Kasto, she had been knocked back onto her feet in pain. "Humph," said berserk Kiyoshi as he looked at the unconscious Kasto. "It looks like someone is fragile," remarks Beserk Kiyoshi. Then, Kiyoshi walks over to Jax and throws him over to Kastro's unconscious body. Fabiola and Berserk Kiyoshi look at each other for a long time. Then, both of them threw a punch, but Kiyoshi dodged Fabiola's punches. Kiyoshi's grip on her arm was like a vice, spinning her into the air with incredible force. As she fell back to the ground, he leapt up and delivered a devastating punch to her stomach, his full strength behind it. With a sickening thud, Fabiola slammed into the ground, gasping for air as pain ripped through her body. But she refused to stay down. Gathering all of her remaining strength, Fabiola rose slowly to her feet, staring defiantly at Kiyoshi. "This is the most unreal power I've ever faced," she stated, determination flashing in her eyes. Suddenly, a surge of energy coursed through her and her aura turned a menacing shade of gray. As she ascended above the stage, her hair began to glow with an intense light. Kasto cautiously approached, but was met with an unexpected display of power from Fabiola. With a bright flash of light, Fabiola time-jumped in front of Kiyoshi and blocked his attack, pushing him back with all of her might. Kasto moved to stand beside Fabiola, grateful for her help. But there was no time for rest - they were still in the midst of battle. Fabiola unleashed her ultimate move: Time Gage loopback. With a blinding glow, she kicked out with ferocious speed and precision, striking Kiyoshi in the face and knocking him to one knee. In that moment, it was clear that victory was within their grasp. Kasto wasted no time unleashing her own special move: Pyro Barrage. Flames engulfed her hands as she charged towards Berserk Kiyoshi, determined to end this fight once and for all. And with one powerful strike, she succeeded - Kiyoshi's berserk mode dissipated and he fell backwards into Jax's waiting arms. The audience erupted into cheers for the victorious duo known as the Tiger Wings, while Jax's left eye flickered with Mitsukodorian power. Meanwhile, Tokido sensed his brother's distress from afar and contemplated intervening, but ultimately decided to let him handle his own battles. As they made their way offstage, Fabiola and Kasto were left in awe of Jax's incredible abilities. It was then that Fabiola realized something - she had seen that unique eye structure before, only among the powerful Mitsuko family. She knew that Jax must be a descendant, which meant that they were about to face a formidable opponent in the upcoming rounds. Meanwhile, upstairs in Lucas's room, he slammed his fist down on the desk in frustration. He had offered them a chance to join his team, but they had refused and now he was left to deal with the consequences. But not everyone saw it as a loss. Vincent smirked, knowing that this defeat would only serve to make them stronger for the challenges ahead. And Sherry could already sense the looming presence of the Mitsukodorian power growing stronger. Deep in the mountains, Tokido and Strix watched from afar as Jax emerged victorious once again. Tokido couldn't help but feel drawn to that mysterious eye and vowed to claim it as his own. Little did he know, this desire would lead him down a dangerous path towards destruction and chaos.
