Spider-Man, dressed in his classic black suit with the spider symbol, faced Jord with determination. His mask hid his identity, but he looked confident and strong.
Thomas regarded the masked vigilante with a mix of surprise and admiration. Over the years as The Angel, he had encountered many individuals who fought for justice in their own way, but seeing this new hero in action sparked something deep within him.
"You... you're the new crime-fighter in this city," Thomas remarked, his voice tinged with surprise as he took in Spider-Man's appearance. Also the idea of a Vigilante patrolling the streets was both intriguing and somewhat unsettling to Thomas, reflecting in his past on where law enforcement held the authority almost take advantage on his well being. After all, the authority back then in the early 1900s was a pain in the ass for Thomas. Some of them were corrupt and misused their power to harm ordinary citizens."
"I even fought with those folks back in my day," Thomas reflected in his thoughts, his face clouded with a grim expression as memories of past conflicts came flooding back.
Then Spider-Man nodded solemnly, his mask hiding any visible expression. "Yes, I am," he confirmed, his voice muffled slightly by the mask "Sir Angel," Spider-Man continued, surprising Thomas with the familiarity of the title.
Thomas was taken aback, his shock evident on his face. Despite retiring from his vigilante activities over 11 years ago, he hadn't expected anyone to still remember his alias.
"How did you know who I am?" Thomas inquired, his voice filled with genuine curiosity.
MC POV:
I hesitated for a moment before responding. "Well, um, I saw some old articles back then about your vigilante activities during the early 1900s," he explained, his tone thoughtful. "And when I saw you now, despite being old, I recognized the resemblance, Mr. Angel."
"Well Its just a bullshit I Came up with. The truth is, I recognized him through my Spider Man System. Months ago, when I heard about a new PE teacher's arrival, I said in my thoughts. Well, I couldn't reveal my Spider Man System to Mr. Angel, could I?"
Flash back
Months ago,
As I walked into the gym, getting ready for our Physical Education class, I started thinking about how things here might be different from what I knew. See, back in my world, in 1947 on Earth, Old People said Physical Education was really tough compared to the Modern Era. But I wasn't sure if it was the same in this world. That's what I was thinking about as I headed to the gym.
Suddenly, Mark greeted me, accompanied by Chris and Emily.
"Hey there, Michael! Heard there's a new gym teacher coming in to replace old Mr. Bon," Mark informed me eagerly.
"I pray he ain't as stern as Mr. Bon. His drills are downright punishing," Chris remarked.
"You're just lazy, Chris," Mark retorted, earning a playful giggle from Emily
I sighed and watched them joking around, finding it funny. Suddenly, the new PE teacher showed up.
"Good afternoon, class," the new PE teacher announced, his voice booming across the field. "I'm Coach Thomas. I expect discipline, dedication, and teamwork from each and every one of you. Together, we'll shape up to be the finest athletes this school has ever seen!"
Chris raised an eyebrow, exchanging a glance with Mark before muttering under his breath, "Sounds like we're in for a rough ride, fellas."
When I saw the new PE Teacher I had a feeling deep down that he was really strong. So, without hesitating, I asked the Spider-Man System in my head to check him out.
"System, can you check his status?" I silently asked in my mind.
The System's response was clear, meant only for my ears. "Affirmative, Host. Initiating status complete."

Holy Cow, he's Thomas Halloway, also known as the Angel in Marvel Comics. Thomas Halloway, known as "The Angel," was born in the late 1870s and is considered one of the earliest superheroes created by Marvel. He made his first appearance in "Marvel Comics" #1 in 1939. The Angel fought crime using his acrobatic skills and agility during the late 1800s and early 1900s. He faced formidable villains during this time and even formed a badass group in the 1940s. However, in this Spider-Man universe, it seems that instead of continuing his heroic endeavors, he became a teacher and retired. thus, I conclude this predicament because there is no SHIELD or Avengers, which means there are no villains related to Captain America and other Avengers characters or shield.
As I thought about my explanation, Mr. Thomas suddenly interrupted, catching me off guard.
Thomas chuckled softly, deciding to let the matter drop for now. "Fair enough," he said, giving me a knowing look. "But let's focus on the present situation. We have a common enemy to deal with."
"And Also Just call me Mr. Thomas. I'm not the Angel anymore," he clarified, I nodded in agreement, relieved to move past the awkward moment.
Then as I saw Jord Hos, the guy behind all this trouble, staring right at me. He looked surprised and mad at the same time. I could tell he wasn't expecting to see me, the new hero in town.
"You... you're the one who's been meddling with our plans," Jord spat out, his voice dripping with disdain. his voice full of disgust. He eyed my masked face, looking angrily.
"Our plans?" I repeated, curious about what Jord meant. But before I could ask more questions, Jord looked around at what had happened.
"Well, it doesn't matter now that you're here," Jord sneered, his tone laced with malice. "I'm glad I get to kill you right here, doing a favor for my boss."
His words sent a chill down my spine, but I refused to let fear take hold. After all, when I saw his stats, he is strong. Stronger than anyone I've ever fought before. If we're talking about final bosses, then he belongs to that category. What I fought back then were just cannon fodders. But now, facing Jord, I knew I had to push past my limits and rise to the challenge. With a steely resolve, I prepared to face off against Jord, knowing that the safety of the school and its inhabitants depended on my actions.
"Your boss won't be pleased when he hears how badly this plan failed," I retorted, my voice firm and loudly. "And I won't let you harm anyone else. Plus, I'm pretty sure he won't be thrilled about the cleaning bill for all these knocked-out henchmen. Do you know how hard it is to get unconscious goons out of the carpet?"
Jord glared at my joke, his Vibranium arm gleaming ominously. "You think this is a joke?" he growled, his frustration evident. "I'll show you the true power of Vibranium!"
A smirk tugged at my lips, hidden behind my mask. "Oh, I've heard o' vibranium," I shot back, injecting a touch of dry humor. "I even got me a vibranium-coated spatula back home. Works wonders for flippin' pancakes and deflectin' punches. Handy little thing."
[Author's Note: This sentence I added has a 1940s vibe, something like "handy little thing, downright punishing and rough ride fellas" but now that I realize it, maybe I shouldn't change the text into 1940s language. What if some of you don't understand those complex words from the 1940s? So, I've decided to keep the text modern. You can just imagine that the characters' dialogue is from the 1940s. Sorry if the conversation or text seems contemporary rather than from the 1940s. You can just imagine that it's from the 1940s. "Let me know in the comments if you want me to change it into 1940s dialogue or not". Thank you for your understanding. Peace, guys."]
Back to the Scene
As Jord charged towards me, his arm raised for a powerful strike, I braced myself for the inevitable clash.
Meanwhile Outside of The School
Captain Edward Wilson arrived at the scene, joining his comrades, including Kevin Bridget, in the relentless battle against the terrorists. Bullets flew back and forth as both sides exchanged gunfire, each trying hard to gain the upper hand. The noise of the gunshots filled the air, mixed with shouts and screams as the battle continued fiercely.
"Captain, there are too many of them!" Kevin Bridget shouted over the cacophony of gunfire, his voice strained with urgency as he exchanged shots with the terrorists.
Captain Edward Wilson looked around, his gaze scanning the chaotic battlefield. "We still need more backup, but it looks like they won't be coming," he replied, frustration evident in his tone.
"What? Why, Captain?" Kevin pressed, his brow furrowing in confusion.
Captain Ed let out a deep sigh, looking serious."The Vice Captain took half of our officers to take down a big syndicate in another district," he explained, his voice tinged with resignation. "You know, the slums."
Kevin's eyes got big, realizing how bad things were. They didn't have enough help, and there was nobody else coming to help them. It felt like they were in big trouble.
Kevin looked at Captain Ed, worry evident in his eyes. "What do we do now, Captain?" he asked, his voice shaky with fear.
Captain Ed placed a reassuring hand on Kevin's shoulder, his expression determined despite the chaos around them. "Don't worry," he said, trying to calm his comrade "Spider-Man is inside the classroom."
"Spider-Man?" Kevin's eyes widened with surprise, a glimmer of hope flickering in his gaze. "The new vigilante in the city?"
Captain Ed nodded firmly ; his gaze unwavering. "Yes," he replied, his voice steady with conviction. "It looks like we have to trust in him for now, until we defeat the terrorist in front of us."
Captain Ed couldn't stop worrying about his son, Michael, stuck inside the school during all this mess. "Spider-Man, please save my boy, Michael," he silently begged in his mind, feeling both scared and hopeful at the same time.
Kevin felt really scared for his son and wife, Ken and Olivia, who was stuck in all this danger. "Spider-Man, I'm begging you," he thought, feeling super urgent. "Please, please save my son, Ken and my wife Olivia."
