I Own An Island In An Apocalyptic World
Entered into the Elven territory

Entered into the Elven territory

At the entrance of the elven territory...

"Huff... ha... huff... Damn it, I'm tired to death. Why is this elven territory so far?" Kael murmured while wiping the sweat from his face.

He sat on the ground and took a few deep breaths. Then he slowly stood up, stretched his limbs, and followed Isa.

Isa entered inside, but when Kael was about to follow her through the entrance, two arrows shot in front of his feet.

"Oh shit, that was close," Kael jumped back and looked at the arrows with a frown on his face.

"I know that outsiders are not welcomed into their territory, but attacking directly without any warning is audacious," Kael thought, his face angry.

"Isa, kick the asses of those who shot these arrows at my feet. I will give you a lollipop as a reward," said Kael, and a strawberry-flavored lollipop appeared in his hand.

"Lollipop..." Isa’s eyes lit up brightly. She cracked her fingers and jumped onto a nearby tree. Every time she jumped to another tree, an elf fell to the ground with bruises all over their face.

"Why the heck does she only target the face?" Kael murmured while holding his cheeks.

All the elves who fell to the ground started grimacing in pain. Isa jumped in front of Kael and extended her little chubby hand to him.

"Here is your reward for your excellent performance just now," said Kael, putting the lollipop in her hand.

"Let's go," Isa said, licking the lollipop with a contented smile on her face.

"Whatever race kids come from, lollipops will always be their favorite snack," thought Kael while following her.

Soon they moved away. One of the elves took out a leaf and feather, used magic in place of ink, and wrote something on it. He attached it to a little bird with very beautiful feathers.

The bird flew in the direction of the grand palace in the middle of the elven territory.

Meanwhile, inside the grand palace...

"Where is Isa? Did she go outside to play again? How many times have I warned her not to go outside alone?" A young woman was pacing left to right with a worried look on her face.

"Priscilla, don't worry. She is a smart child; she won't be in any danger. She can easily escape if someone dares to threaten her life with her inhuman strength. You know she is the strongest elven child we've ever had in our race," consoled the middle-aged man with a reassuring look on his face.

This story has been stolen from Royal Road. If you read it on Amazon, please report it

"First Princess, a letter sent by one of the gatekeepers," a guard appeared in front of Priscilla with a letter in his hands. He raised his hand, holding the letter, while kneeling on the floor.

Priscilla furrowed her brows and thought, "If it was related to an enemy attack, this letter would have gone directly to Mother, the Elven Queen. Since it was given to me, is it related to Isa?"

She reached out her hand to take the letter. Once she had it, the guard left the room.

She hurriedly tore the envelope and started reading the letter. "What? A young man is controlling my daughter and making her attack her own people?"

Anger flashed through her eyes as she finished reading the letter.

"Priscilla, what happened? What's in the letter?" asked the middle-aged man with a frown on his face.

Both husband and wife had a royal grace and majesty about them. Both possessed peerless beauty, fair skin, and sharp, translucent, pointy ears. It was hard to distinguish who was male and who was female, as there wasn't much difference in their looks.

"The gatekeeper said that our daughter is being controlled and that he is using her to attack our elven people. He is moving towards our grand palace with our daughter leading the way for him," said Priscilla, grinding her teeth angrily.

It was a natural reaction from her. What mother likes to see her daughter controlled by a stranger?

"Who is there?"

"Wait, isn't she coming towards the grand palace? Let's wait and see what's happening first. It's not good to jump to conclusions before listening to what's happening from our daughter," said the middle-aged man with a stern gaze.

After hesitating for a moment, Priscilla nodded and calmed down a little.

Meanwhile, a little distance from the grand palace...

"System, damn it, why am I getting tired so easily? Why have I become so weak after coming to this island?" asked Kael while wiping the sweat from his face.

[Host, this island is in a completely different dimension from the Apocalyptic World. Since there isn't any radiation that fuels the virus, you can't use more than 90% of your viral energy.]

"What the heck? Then I'm not much different from a normal human in my current state?" Kael was taken aback by the sudden revelation.

[Yes.]

"Ah, shit," Kael felt helpless. The reason why he was dominated by the little girl was not because she was so strong, but because he had become weak and couldn't use more than 90% of his own strength.

"Isa, have we reached yet?"

"Envoy, a little more. We are close to the grand palace."

After an hour, they finally reached the grand palace.

Kael's eyes lit up the moment he caught sight of the grand palace. Only one word kept reverberating in his mind at that moment: "Super... elegant..."

"Damn it, the whole palace is built with the hardest stone on earth—diamond." Kael stood dazed, staring at the grand palace.

The Elven Grand Palace, a masterpiece of crystalline architecture, stood majestically, built from gleaming diamond and other precious minerals and metals. Its towering spires, formed from pure diamond, caught and refracted sunlight, creating a dazzling array of colors. The palace walls were crafted from shimmering platinum and gold, interwoven with veins of emerald and sapphire. Intricate filigree patterns of mithril adorned the surfaces, adding both strength and beauty. Inside, grand halls were illuminated by chandeliers of sparkling gems, with floors of polished onyx and walls inlaid with intricate mosaics of opal and ruby, reflecting the palace's ethereal grandeur.

"I think only these elves like to live a luxurious yet extravagant life," Kael murmured inwardly while rubbing the entrance gate, which was made of diamond.
