13 - FOLLOWING A NEW STRING THREAD LINE

“No, don’t attack!” cried the little witch girl, after Zenbu took her broom, and pointed back at her, just like she had done to her before. “I don’t mean to hurt.” she then added, wanting to calm Zenbu and the others down. Feeling more and relaxed, just as planned, Zenbu spoke out “Fine, but if you lay one finger on anyone - you’ll have none left…”. The little witch girl gulped, before slowly walking into the house, and sitting down on a small wooden bench. Before and above her, Zenbu stood. “So,” she asked the girl, “What brings you here?”. The witch looked down at herself, before bringing her attention back to Zenbu and the conversation. “Nothing, I just wanted to tell you something.” she answered. Zenbu nodded, “And that is?” she asked the girl. The girl stood up, and opened her hand. Inside, was a little purple Hikidama. “You're familiar with these, right?” she asked Zenbu, as the group of other kids gathered around. “A bit - I guess.” replied Zenbu, trying to touch at the marble. “Hey! Just look, don’t touch, mine!” the witch scowled. Zenbu made an annoyed face to the witch girl, before reverting back to normal. “So, what does the Hikidama relate to?” she then asked - wanting to get to the so-called ‘meat’ of the conversation.

The witch girl went silent, before talking up once more. “To be honest, it doesn’t really symbolise much - but I wanted to bring up something related to it, and spirituality.” she told Zenbu, who crossed her arms and nodded. The witch, who was at first watching Zenbu do her stuff, now faced Meishu. “That boy,” she started, “His sister is gone.” .

Meishu sighed, feeling his heart drop down again, he knew where this would go. Just like outside, with Nainai, he would feel depressed of his sister in hell for some unknown reason - and his emotions would get the best of him. These were the exact words Meishu thought to himself. But when the witch came aloud again, Meishu’s thoughts were proven wrong. “She’s in hell,” she started - making Meishu still feel the same monotone way. But then, she came twiceth a time - “But not for being bad…” she began to open up, before Meishu stared at him. She paused. “What? Did I forget to do my hair again?” she asked, whilst caressing it ever so gently. “Quite frankly, I don’t like yours either.” she stated, before walking up to Meishu, and running her fingers through his hair. When she finished, Meishu asked “Girl-” - “Just call me Witchie.” the girl interrupted, Meishu went on, “-if my sister didn’t go to hell for being bad, what for did she?” he asked. Witchie smiled and put her hands on her hips, before recalling the story - “If I remember correctly…” - FLASHBACK:

Kaminari, alone except for Mauriamelle, stood inside of the giant cinema-like building. Surrounded by strangers, she had not a clue as to where to sit, until she remembered something. Earlier when she scouted the room, she spotted her very own mother - and thus, she ran over to the exact area where she had seen such a person. But when she and Mauriamelle reached it, it seemed as if Kaminari’s own mom had gone. “Maybe she’s on out.” Maurimelle comforted her. Kaminari moaned, “Maybe.” she said, getting comfortable in the seat, before looking forward. Just like she had seen in other luxurious rooms, the roof was filled with lighting, and the whole place seemed bright and lively. In the front, which everyone surrounded in their seats, was a giant stage, but rather than a curtain covering it, it was covered with a stable thin paper. Maurimelle leaned in on Kaminari. “That’s a screen.” she told her “Just you wait!”. And wait Kaminari did. Because, eventually, the lights went out - and the screen, just like a light, went on. Except, it wasn’t white, nor any other colour - it was multiple, and in multiple different places. Somehow, this paper thin stuff was displaying visual media information - and Kaminari was totally mind blown. Though, as for the actual production itself, Kaminari found it quite boring, and most certainly terrible. It was her own life. Being displayed upon what Kaminari now realised as thousands upon thousands of generations of family. Near the beginning of the run, Kaminari heard an old man say, “What a pitiful nasty thing.” - but, when the end neared, people said the exact same thing in the masses, but now against Cassette. So, when the film of life ended; everyone was full of sorrow and despair. “My bad.” that same old man spoke now.

Kaminari smiled - she had lived a life that others enjoyed. Now, an angel flew down beside her. “With the viewing in mind, you yourself, must now choose between Paradise and Inferno, with righteousness.” he told her. Kaminari stood still. Up in the spiritual world, it is not your mind that speaks, for it is a physical manifestation. So, instead, the true soul comes to preach. That is, the spirits of your body parts. The mouth will tell what you spoke with it, and your eyes will say what you watched with them, as well as the hands who will say what you touched. The ears will speak of sounds that you listened to, the feet will tell where you went - and so on.

But now, Kaminari’s young system stopped. In all actuality, it, as well as little Kaminari herself, had no idea as for what to say. “I don’t know.” Kaminari said, feeling empty inside. The girl was so young and innocent, that comprehension was lost within her. The angel looked down. “Do you believe you lived a life of good, or bad?” he then asked. To which Kaminari was still lost. “I spoke good thought.” her mouth said, “But I also had the bad, to which I didn’t know, but was ultimately sorry.”.

Kaminari blinked.

“I don’t know.” her mind spoke. The angel looked up. “I understand.” he told Kaminari. “If you can not make the decision on your own yet, then I’ll have you consult with the highest - based on my personal decisions.”. Kaminari nodded, before turning to look behind her to discover the sudden sound. From behind, coming back to their seat, was her mother. “Mama!” Kaminari shouted, losing attention on the main subject ( she was a child after all ).

The angel watched as Kaminari jumped into her mother’s hands. “How’d you get here!?” she asked her mom, who looked down, and began to cry. Her mother hadn’t seen her in so many years, and didn’t know how to feel. She was breaking apart, and hugging back at Kaminari for dear life. She couldn’t believe what she had become, and didn’t answer Kaminari’s question - instead, just embracing the moment.

Before her mother could speak to her, Kaminari was pulled slowly out of hand, and into the grasp of the angel. “Sorry there Mrs. Hikimori, but your daughter has to go.” the angel told her, whilst pointing up to the world above. “Higher spiritually dimensional beings await her.” he said before picking up Kaminari.

“Now, are you ready?” he asked Kaminari, who didn’t know what was going on. “I guess so.” she responded wearily. “Ok then!” declared the angel, who, on the count of three, then through Kaminari up. Unlike on Tera, where you fell back down - up in the spirit world, Kaminari began to fly, and float up. She flew straight through the roof, and continued to go up from there. Soon, she passed through an invisible screen, and began to fly through a ground, and tall forest, from there, she ascended through meadows and more, before reaching a golden curtain. When the curtain opened, Kaminari covered her eyes. “The light!” she cried, before her eyes adjusted.

Her eyes got big from there. The place was completely golden, and a giant glowing sun shone from above. Surrounding Kaminari, were pillars of glowing colour, and falling all throughout - were little white particles of heaven. Kaminari sat, or, floated, in silence, as she admired the beauty.

“Who goes there - KAMINARI?’ declared a loud and deep echoing voice.

Kaminari gasped.
