Chapter 13: A journey to earth

The next morning, they all woke up at around 8 a.m. After meeting up in the kitchen, they enjoyed their breakfast together. As they sat around the table, Hiroki once aigain explained them their plan, but he suddenly brought up some changes that he had made.

"Guys, I came up with a genius idea… Why should we form two groups if we could just go all together and ask your parents to meet us? ", he told them and went on without waiting for a reaction.

"Anyways, I already contacted your parents, and they will meet us at around 10 p.m. at Aiko's and Eichi's home.

Ah, and I also invited my parents since they know already about all this isekai stuff and maybe they can convince your parents more easily than us four. And if not, then I'll have to use my powers…"

"That's really a good idea, with this we can kill two birds with one stone.", answered Eichi.

'I know right? Am I not a genius?' thought Hiroki triumphantly.

They finished their meals and went back to their rooms to prepare for the short trip.

1 hour later

------------------

It took them around one hour to get ready and as they walked down the stairs Hiroki was sitting on the sofa, reading a book. Gaia was sitting next to him, and she was leaning her head onto his shoulders.

"What the hell took you so long? I waited for you guys so long, I even started reading a book out of boredom. Do you know when I read a book for the last time? No? Well, me neither!", Hiroki scolded them with an angrily voice.

"Well we-", Yasuo wanted to justify their lateness, but he was interrupted by Hiroki.

"Well, it doesn't matter, we have to go now, we're already behind schedule."

Hiroki stood up and they walked towards the door. As they left the house, Hiroki turned around and waved with his hands towards Gaia, who was leaning on the door frame while watching them leave. As she saw him, she blew him a kiss and shouted: "Goodbye darling, have a safe trip."

"Why doesn't she accompany us?", asked Aiko Hiroki.

Unlawfully taken from Royal Road, this story should be reported if seen on Amazon.

"It be too troublesome and time consuming if I also had to introduce her to your parents and she didn't even want to go in the first place because she had some 'girl things' to do.", answered Hiroki.

Hiroki went on to tell them to get ready for the teleport as this one will put a higher burden on their bodies as the last one from the palace to their house.

Scared of what was to come, Aiko, Eichi and Yasuo held their hands. And as Hiroki snapped his fingers, a light blue light began surrounding them. At first it was very dim, but after a few seconds it got brighter and brighter. A few seconds later the light faded away and together with the light were also Hiroki and his friend's gone.

At the entrance of Hiroki's house

Gaia had watched the whole procedure, but this time, while seeing Hiroki leave once again, she wasn't sad or angry, but instead she was rather happy.

"Are they finally gone?", asked a strange, yet familiar male voice.

Gaia turned around with a bright smile and slightly blushed cheeks.

"Yeah, now let's enjoy this day together to the fullest. Hehe", she said as she closed the door and jumped towards the voice.

Earth, 9.50 a.m.

A blue light randomly appeared on an alley, that was rarely used. As the light faded, there were 4 human outlines visible. The light vanished completely, and Hiroki and his hand-holding friends appeared.

"Well, wasn't this a great success?", claimed Hiroki loud, proud of his teleportation skills.

He turned his head around towards his friends, but it seemed that he was the only one having a good time. His friends on the other hand looked exhausted and in pain. Eichi even had to suppress his urge to puke right on the spot.

"What the hell do you mean with success? I feel like shit.", screamed Yasuo while resting his arms on his knees.

"Do you remember when we talked in school about black holes and the 'spaghettification' that would happen if one were to be sucked into a black hole? I fell exactly like that would have happened to me right now!", cried out Aiko in pain.

"Same", was the only word Eichi was able to get out, without having to vomit.

"C'mon, don't be such pussies, you'll get used to it eventually.", Hiroki cheered them up, but it didn't seem to be effective.

'I know that it hurts and all, but can't they just ignore the pain, because we are already late and have still a little way before we reach their home…" he thought.

Seeing no way out, Hiroki snapped with his fingers again and all the feelings of exhaustion and pain were gone from his friends.

"Omg, I feel so much better. Thank you so much Hiroki.", said Aiko in relief as he understood this was Hiroki's doin.

"Now that you are fit again, we should start moving, because right now we are in a alley and still have a walk of 5 minutes ahead of us."

"Why didn't you just teleport us in front of their house?", asked Yasuo.

"Well, Mr. Yasuo, what do you think would happen if I teleported us to the sidewalk of a very busy street in the middle of the day, where around 40 people would see us appearing out of thin air?", answered Hiroki annoyed. Yasuo couldn't answer, there was no need to, and he just followed his friends, who were already on their way.

Around 10 minutes later, they stood in front of Aiko's and Eichi's house. It was a rather modern two-story building made of mostly concrete and some wooden elements. They even had a small garden next to their entrance.

Exactly at 10 o'clock rung Hiroki the doorbell.

"DING DONG"
