Tyler started his rant, “THEY WHEN TO THE SAME CLASSES AS ME, HOW CAN THEY BE SO BAD! They were never in position. Sara, the mage, tried to the front line to ‘hit more shots’. What the fuck, how can she be so dumb? She is just going to die if she does that. It was so hard to keep her alive. Then you have Tom, who kept getting hit when attacking. He just ignored the enemy's attacks and tried to whack them with a hammer. It was even harder to keep him alive. Finally, you have Jerry, who somehow managed to completely fail at scouting out enemies and always got into a fight, always. Somehow he brought TWO mini-bosses back one time. How can they be so bad.”
“In the end, we had to retreat from the boss. We barely did anything to it. It punched Tom three times before had to leave. Ugh, how did your day go.” Tyler says finishing his rant.
I grin, “My day went pretty well, got to have some fun with the goblins, took down two hob-goblins and the boss. I got three artifacts, two of which I plan to sell, a bunch of mana crystals, and got to level 5.”
Tyler looked at me with shock and pain. “You cleared the first floor by yourself. Fuck dude, don’t let people know that. As easy as this probably seems to you, almost everyone has to party up for the first floor. If it got out that you can casually clear the first floor at the appropriate level and in one afternoon, well let's just say you would be forcibly recruited into a guild.”
“You’re overthinking it, people aren't desperate and who would want a curser. In my past life, I was the only one who got past floor 50 as far I knew. I know I was the only one who made a curse, got a title for it. Wait, why didn’t I get one this time.”

“I’ve been meaning to tell you, curses are pretty common. They are considered one of the best debuffs. I’m guessing this is different from your past life, given how you talk about them.”
“What, how did that happen. There were basically no curses last time. I had to make all of the ones I really used.”
As we had just gotten back to Tyler’s house, Tyler pulls out his phone and looks something up on it. “Been meaning to ask you are you Scholar of the first curse Zain. Ever since you proved you had beaten the tower once I’ve had my suspicions.” Tyler tosses me his phone.
I grab the phone and check it. It was an auction site, it was pulled up on a skill page. It was one of mine.

“But how it just copied my spells,” I say confused.
“My guess is that it copied your skills when you first won then only told you now. The point in this is that with your name being Zain and your extreme talent in spellcraft, guilds might make a mad dash if you show off too much.”
“Oh god no, I really didn’t want to deal with this kinda stuff this time.”
“Then don’t, we just need a small team of people who are somewhat like you. Talented people who don’t care for a guild.”
“How do you know all of this stuff anyway.”
“Do you not remember how I went to classes for two years on this kinda stuff? I guess I did lots of extra stuff too.
