Section 33 - The merchant-

-The merchant-

----------------------------------------

When the merchant sees you approaching, he greets you in a dark voice. He seems to be a very shady fellow. "My little treasures only cost three coins," he says, stroking the head of one of his eagles. "They're tame and I've specialized them in carrying creatures to the top of the mountain. Shrinking potions can be bought all over the country and so you can drink them, mount one of the eagles you've bought and fly. This liquid is also good for horses." Then he casts a sardonic glance at the gate not far away.

1 eagle = 3 coins

If you are considering buying an eagle, use your inventory to do so. Exchange an animal for 3 coins. But beware, an eagle only really has a function if you have a magic potion. If you also have a horse, it must stay here and with it the saddlebags (-5 inventory space).

Taken from Royal Road, this narrative should be reported if found on Amazon.

If you don't buy anything, make a note of "eagle trader" somewhere. This will be important later.

----------------------------------------

- If you have bought an eagle, go to section 77, where you will reach the top of the mountain after a strenuous flight.

- If, on the other hand, you want to investigate the gate, go to section 34.

- If you prefer to take the path directly, then go to section 42.
