Gabriela almost shouted at him but what he said stopped her, “No one leave, we must stay to know what this is.” Gabriela wanted to react but froze when the shining of the halo stopped.
The rest removed their hoods and looked again at the tree. It sluggishly stopped its blinding shine and remained in its silver, luminous state. The box was floating in the air right across the middle part of the tree.
Hundreds of white silver wisps penetrated from every inch of the heavenly tree. It danced and curled through the space between the tree and the divines’ steady bodies. A vast number of wisps split evenly and stopped across each one. At uncanny speed, the wisps transformed into a human-like silhouette, gender-less and with no details on its head.
Each silhouette stood in the same order as the divines mimicking their stand. They slowly raised their hands for the divine to touch. Gabriela looked at the rest and they raised their hands as well. Not understanding what was happening was the only common thought between the divines.
An intensive sudden throb hit the glossy white ground underneath them, shaking their robust bodies, and threatening them to fall. They held on to the silhouettes’ hands tightly; the ground cracked open revealing a blinding light astounding them. Before they could even react, the lights penetrated every inch of the cloudy palace in the blink of an eye.
The mighty light swallowed the whole place along with the angry wind hurling them into an enraged storm; it was coming toward their terrifying bodies.
The divines looked at each other screaming loudly, yet their voices were unheard compared to the loud scary noise of the storm. A strong dominant trumpet sound hit their ears loudly, stopping the noise of the storm completely.

The trumpet stopped along with the storm, which seemed frozen in its place. The silhouettes moved their hands and took steps away from the divines. Only the one standing in front of Gabriela didn’t move. Both were in the front center, with the rest behind each.
A hoarse, deep voice echoed in their ears. Greetings divines… we are the messengers of destiny… we are here to vouch for your fate. Gabriela’s opponent’s silhouette said.
Millions of wisps flew from the frozen storm around them, blinding threads of light flying in the air, aiming for one purpose. An enormous number of wisps moved fast toward the six divines, breaking through their angelic bodies and the rest flew past them toward the rest of the divines outside the cloudy palace.
A united loud groan came out of every divine along with each wisp breaking through their bodies. An agonized pain ran through them, cracking their skin, shattering, and butchering their flesh into pieces.
When any piece fell, it vanished through the air and was replaced by a striking glow new one. A moment that felt like an eternity. Their loud groans stopped as they took their first deep breath. Their clothes mirrored their luminous glow and their eyes shined like sun-burning flesh with its unstoppable light.
Gabriela’s eyes landed on the silhouette standing in front of her. It walked a few steps back and the other five silhouettes walked back to stand across each of the five divines. You are the chosen ones to lead… assigned with your fate to serve the universes. Each of the silhouettes raised their tightly pressed hands, their palms and fingers were tightly close to the upper part of their bodies. Slightly moving their arms toward the divines and slowly opening their hands, revealing a translucent glass pyramidion with silver wisps floating inside.
The divines mirrored their movement and opened their hands; the silhouettes opened theirs and the pyramidions flew to each divine, resting peacefully over their hands. Accept your fate… accept your destiny. Gabriela’s opponent’s silhouette said and raised its hands to give Gabriela her pyramidion.
