Jacob whilst feeling the massive amount of essence churning around his core gave the both of them a polite wave while they were still in puzzlement acting as if a smile was not on his face as he evisecrated and exploded kobolds, even as he waved the cuts could be seen scabbing while the bruises less swollen while for the duo he is approaching Turner was spotting a particularly nasty cut across his left cheek even now it was pulsing angrily apart from that he was only marred with small cuts here and there same with Alexander also showing a few cuts and bruises here and there somehow it added towards his manliness, Turner and Alexander puzzlement turned into relief as they took in their surroundings properly. Only corpses of the kobold were left many burned to a crisp, while the 5 or 7 kobold killed by Turner and Alexander spotted a few shallow cuts and claws stuck right into their eyes or chest. Therefore despite surface injuries and a nasty cut on Turners’ cheek the trio achieved what they set out to do in the cave. A complete slaughter of the kobolds in a bid to save the two trapped inside the cave. Jacob spoke up first to control the flow of the conversation and to guide the two.
“After we move into and finish rescuing the two of them, the two of you should take the time to feel the essence coursing through your body and gather them into one of three places. Firstly, the upper dantian it is located in between your eyebrows also known as a third eye. Secondly, the middle dantian its on the same level as your heart but located right in the middle of your chest instead. Lastly, the lower dantian its located a few fingers below the navel. The upper and middle dantian represents specific specialisation mages and spiritual for the upper dantian, warriors and physical specialisation for the middle. As for the lower dantian it leans toward general usage, the choice of where you form your core would also incline your job selection towards those Jobs. When I formed mine I got 4 Jobs from which to choose from, they have rarity levels too but if it does not fit you or if you think a lower rarity Job would work better for you please do not hesitate to choose that instead.”
Turner and Alexander both nodded in acknowledgement their faces turning pensive for their future. Jacob left the both of them in thought as he led the two of them back into the cave to free the two still trapped inside, Jacob led them through the darkness relying on his memory to bring the group back to the place where the kobold planned to sacrifice Riley and Brian. The journey took much longer this time as they had to muck around in the dark as they ran out of oil and Alexander had to use his torch defensively against the kobold. As they once again beheld the soft glow of the cave there was no screams to be heard only silent sobbing. The trio shouted out into the dark.
“BRIAAN RILEEY ITS SAFE NOW HOLD ON A LITTLE LONGER” a quick reply came out from the cave.
“THERE ARE STILL SOME KOBOLDS AROUND AAAAH” The reply was cut off halfway causing the trio to run into the cave weapons at the ready. The moment they rush in battle cry and all they were met with 20 odd kobolds staring at them, they collectively faltered seeing more than half the numbers of what they fought just outside the cave. They gathered themselves before their faces met the ground, without any other choice Jacob spurred the group onwards.

“We have the momentum! Form a small wedge behind me and slice to your left and right when you can I will cut a path through them, whatever is left we will turn around again and cut them up.”
Not bothering to check whether the two beside heard him Jacob rushed headlong into the arms of the kobolds trusting in his enhanced speed luckily for Jacob the two heard him and was behind him a few paces away unable to keep up with his speed but still trusted in his words. Jacob started the fight with his now favourite sweep this time cutting 4 of the kobolds clean through their midsection their essence quickly flowing into Jacob affirming the kills, he began widly swinging Flowing Water as the water within it started to churn once again left and right. Jacob felt essence flowing into him every other swing as he plowed through the final kobold in his sight and got clear of the mob as he ran further into the distance for another wind up run. He quickly turned around to make another rush back at the kobolds once again only to see there were 2 kobolds left and they were running away from Jacob and the rest to the forest. Jacob collapsed on to the ground Flowing Water clattered right beside him the churning waters visibly calming down. Two more thuds followed along right in front of him with the thuds came deep gasps, Jacob followed along gulping the air in large breaths. All three were surprised at how they managed to clear the kobolds and very grateful for being able to live through that ordeal. After awhile Jacob laughed, he laughed loud and hard shortly after Alexander and Turner too could be heard laughing with him.
“That was truly exhilarating however I don’t think my weak heart can take another back to back fights anytime soon. Thank you both for following after me, it definitely would not be as effective with just me.” Jacob quickly let out his feelings.
“Don’t think too highly of me I only ran in after Alexander ran in, I’m just grateful we survived running through 20 of those monsters and even caused the remainder to run away in fear if I die later to a heart attack. Atleast I would not have died in fear.” Turner quipped in, Alexanders’ reply followed swiftly after.
“I saw Michael cuts scabbing in real time, once you get a Job like him you might even be able to out heal a heart attack no need to worry about it. Also Michael had the right idea even if we turned back the kobolds would be hot on our heels, fighting right there and then would be better than wasting our stamina in a long run.”
“WHILE I APPRECIATE YOU GUYS FOR SAVING MY LIFE, YOU GUYS CAN STILL TALK LATER PLEASE GET ME OUT OF THESE RESTRAINTS I THINK I HAVE BEEN TIED UP ENOUGH FOR MY ENTIRE LIFE.”
Riley’s shout caused another round of laughter amongst the trio, Brian could be heard shouting in affirmation to Riley. Jacob got up first and gave a hand to both Alexander and Turner, before he shouldered Flowing Water. The trio walked to where Riley and Brian was relief visible in both of them as they spotted the trio. Jacob used Flowing Water to cut off the restraints of Brian and Riley, receiving their thanks in return and surprisingly both of them hugged Jacob one after the other and moved to hug Alexander and Turner. During the hug Jacob first felt two soft mounds pressing onto his chest almost melting at the feeling this was the first time he felt such a passionate hug. The next 2 mounds he felt this time on his head was anything but soft though and the hard mounds almost rubbed his face off in Brians' excitement.
