The beginning of The Adventure 2

Looking at the boy who scared the life out of her, she looked at where he shot, and she saw another boy standing there behind him. There were two women standing on both sides. Still dazed by the gunfire and the strange situation she encountered, she woke up to a second shot, but this one was directed at her. The boy shot at her at the same time he shot at the other boy and the two ladies, apparently he didn't intend to hit either of them, or else they would have been dead long before they even could realize what was going on.

She froze at her place, looking at the rifle that was facing her face. A cold sweat dropped from her face and drenched her back in that moment. Unable to come up with any reaction, she stood there like a statue. At that moment, the boy from the other side called out, "We are not your enemy, please don't shoot." The boy with the rifle turned towards the other boy, and after looking at him for a few seconds, he lowered his rifle. Without saying any other words, he turned to the other side and pointed his rifle there, looking through the scope.

At the moment the two children started crying, both of them hanging on their mothers' shoulders, everyone was still standing at their place; some were scared like Adline, others were shocked like Aden, and two women stood beside him. The young boy turned to the mother and told her, "We are still in danger, please keep them quiet." The mother looked up at him with sad eyes, and silent tears came down from them. She then started shaking them, trying to keep them calm.

.....................

On the other side, where Ozak and the guard with him were coming from, a man was running towards them, not far behind him, another man was chasing behind him. As soon as he noticed the man running towards him, he stopped, understanding immediately that they were the ones who were shooting the gunshots that they heard before and coming to check it out. By instinct, with one step, he hid himself behind the tree he was just passing by, and the guard behind him did the same thing at the same time, none of their moments or actions alerted the two men chasing each other, although the distance between them was less than one hundred meters.

But since they were concentrated on the other one, probably that was the reason for them not to notice them. That is what Ozak thought. They were running straight to them, and in a few seconds they will be reaching here, so what is going to happen? As that thought came to his mind, suddenly the one who was running in front slowed down for a second and turned back. Surprised by the sudden change, the one who was chasing him stopped and immediately raised his weapon and said, "Stop or I will shoot."

The man didn't listen or even hesitate for second, though there was a gun pointing at his face, within a second he was in front of the of him, be bent down 90 degrees and lunched up with his fist hitting his face, which resulted in the other man loosing his balance, because of the unexpected hit on his face, but he didn't fell on the contrary he adjusted his balance immediately stepping a side to avoid any other punch coming towards him, as he expected he saw another punch coming towards him precisely at his face again but now at the same location he was standing now, one more he stepped to the same side he came from, his reaction was incredibly high, but his attention was on his hands, unexpectedly a hard kick came to his waist instead of the punch he expected on his face.

The kick was stronger than what he could stand, which resulted in him almost falling down. He tried to steady himself by putting all his weight on his legs and leaning backwards instead of falling sideways, but that wasn't all. The first kick came from his right side, and again another flying kick came from his left side. Simultaneously, one kick after another rained down on him, and he tried to block it with both of his hands, which he was holding the gun with, which actually helped him as a defensive weapon instead of an offensive one.

In front of Ozak, there was a fight going on when suddenly the man who had been chased turned to fight the one who had been chasing him. That in itself was strange, but he wondered why he was running in the first place and if he was capable of fighting this way. The fight itself was something that Ozak had never seen before, it looked like some type of martial art, but none existed on earth. Their movement was so precise, without any excessive movement, and also so fast, that was what amazed him the most. He thought, "It appears to be that both of them are equal in skills, but the old man is much stronger." But he is holding out, I don't know why. "Paying his attention to the fight once more after glancing at the guard who was just a couple meters beside him, he noticed a third man approaching the two men who were fighting.

Within a second, the third man reached them, he was also holding something that

looked like a shotgun and immediately aimed at the unarmed man before he even had a chance to shoot. Ozak saw the gun flying out of his hands. He opened his mouth in shock when he saw the guard who was beside him just now. Within a blink of an eye in front of the tired man, he didn't even know what happened that caused the gun to fly from the man's hand. The distance between Ozak and them was not that great to begin with, but if he wanted to move toward them, it would have taken him at least twenty seconds to reach them. Still, what shocked him was how the guard was able to do it in what literally could be called a "blink of an eye."

That was not all. After disarming the third man with a split of a second, with an unbearable or even possible look in Ozak's eyes, he kicked the man at his chest so hard it sent the flay backwards almost five meters. Still dazed by that action, he didn't even blink. The guard was behind the second-armed man, and the man he appeared behind suddenly fell down on the ground. Ozak was unable to comprehend what was going on, let alone how the guard did what he did so fast.

All that happened within a couple seconds, the two armed men were lying on the ground, and the first man, who was practically standing in front of the guard, took a couple steps back and took a defensive position without saying anything. At that moment, without even a visible movement, Ozak saw the guard appear in front of the man, and both of them were on the ground, followed by a few gunshots, one of which hit the same place the man was standing less than a second ago.

Ozak instinctively hid his head behind the tree he was watching from, afraid of the upcoming bullets, which started to increase and rain down where the man and the guard were, even some of them hitting Ozak's tree. He murmured to himself, "Is this the way my life ends in this world? At least I would have had a chance to survive in this place if that monster guard was still with me." Since, in his opinion, no one was able to survive this many bullets, he assumed that the guard and the other man were both dead.
