Scepticus took a deep breath and entered inside the forest. Immediately he felt a strong gust of hot humid air which after a while made him start trickling with sweat. After walking for a while, he heard a rustling coming from one of the bushes.
A boar then came charging out from the bushes and Scpeticus barely dodged it. “I just got reincarnated and now a bloody boar of all things is going to kill me?!” mumbled Scepticus. Scepticus then composed himself and grabbed a somewhat sharp stick.
“Sword Style: 10 fold cut” Scepticus chanted.
Scepticus moved so fast in this attack that the blood was too slow to even touch the stick and he also hit the boar before it could hear the sound of not being hit. The boar then died. Scepticus then proceeded to cut and dismember the boar so that he could use it for cooking later.
Scepticus continued moving through the forest with nothing eventful happening. It was always the same chirps, the same pecks or the same roar. He thought that this Forest was pretty boring.

Scepticus then recalled his past and remembered the forest where he grew up training in. It was called the ‘Great Badger Woods’. It was pretty notorious for the honey badgers that used to bite off peoples testicles but nonetheless Scepticus would still go there to train.
Although there were quite a few S-Rank monsters there, none were as notorious as ‘The Badger of the Pyre’. If anyone had seen it they would come back with one or two lost testicles. But that was not the dangerous part about it.
The Badger was covered in a black flame that all those who touched the flame would be burned before they even knew it. At least if that’s what the badger desires. The badger can control the rate of burning and even the speed of it spreading.
The Badger itself was a pretty smart beast so it was pretty surprising when Scepticus managed to defeat it in battle. After Scepticus had finished thinking about everything, he arrived at a clearing and in front of it was a massive lake. Scepticus sat down to rest after a while since his legs were aching.
“Darn this human body,” cursed Scepticus. “Well sooner rather than later I’m gonna be at my full glory again. And this time I won’t die. I’ll kill them. Delmius. Indras. Ralforus. You too Corra. I’ll kill you all!”.
