“Master Scepticus, it's been so long! I know for a matter of a fact it’s you since anyone else would not have remembered their previous transmigration” said Asmodeus, “But why did you take so long to transmigrate? It only should have taken ten years instead it's already been more than 800 years since you died”. “Maybe it’s because I was stabbed by an anti-demon sword. But that doesn’t seem right since they are only supposed to do more damage. This is either the work of an artefact or a god” Scepticus replied. “But why would a god target you? Don’t we have a peace treaty signed between us?” Asmodeus asked. “Those stupid gods must be thinking of making a move. That probably means that some shit has fallen down” said Scepticus.
“But what kind? Holy shit?” Asmodeus asked. “Nice joke, although now is not the time. We need to think about what we should do next. Hey little girl! Send us out of here” spoke Scepticus. “Okay. But I can only send you out… Devlin…Scepticus? I don’t know your name anymore. By the way my name is Celaine Abott” Celaine said. “Ok send me out now. I’ll catch up with you later Asmodeus,” said Scepticus. Scepticus then felt his vision get distorted and after a while it returned to normal. He noticed he was kneeling and mud was on his black pants. “Welp I’d probably better get a move along,”
The King of the Kingdom of Everrail had just passed away. The town which Scepticus was in was under their rule and a new king had been crowned. His name was King Edward Santos the Third. The Kingdom was quite segregated as it was on an island. Although it was an island it was still a big kingdom. The Kingdom’s circumference was 455 km. There were approximately 22 million people living in this Kingdom and Scepticus had managed to find himself in a town somewhere in the middle between the outskirts and the middle. Generally the closer you were to the middle of the Kingdom(Where the Royal Palace is)the richer and higher class you were.
After a voyage across the sea(which would have been approximately 140 km), you would arrive at the Democracy of the Kobolds. This Democracy was quite small compared to Everrail being only 125 km in radius. Next to the Democracy of Kobolds was an Empire. It was called the Empire of Azarath. This is essentially the world map. Now we will continue the story at the Kingdom of Everrail.

The King of the Kingdom of Everrail, was beginning to gain a reputation amongst his citizens. He was thought to be a crazy maniac with an insatiable lust. Rumours about him spread like wildfire. The people thought that he bought slaves just so he could experiment on them. Often to try creating a perfect body. One which had infinite mana and maybe even infinite stamina. But in the two months he had been King not enough proof had surfaced for the citizens to try doing anything. But they were still unhappy. After King Edward took over from his father he increased the taxes by more than 20%. This caused some of the citizens to leave the Kingdom hoping to survive in the dangerous forest outside. In fact, it was so dangerous that there’s an almost 50% chance of you getting lost and being killed.
One day after King Edward had his breakfast he went searching for one of his nobles. This noble was quite infamous for being a money launderer but King Edward didn’t really care since he was going there to fix this problem anyways. This Noble’s name was Baron von Confectiores. He was a fat noble. He had a castle(that was near Scepticus’ town) although nothing as grand as the royal family’s one. King Edward headed out toward the location of the Castle. On his way there his horse hit something and fell down causing it to get a leg injury. He had left without guards. He had all but one servant. His most trusted advisor and right-hand man, Aeron. He waited for 30 minutes hoping that his horse had nothing but a minor injury but it didn’t appear to be the case. Aeron then said “Your Majesty, I believe we should get a move along. We can get another horse at the Baron’s place or at a town nearby. It should be fine” Aeron said. “Well it’s nice to have at least one positive-thinker around here,” Edward replied.
At that moment Celaine appears from one of the bushes. “Excuse me, your majesty. If you need a horse, I am a stable girl and I could help you out with getting you a horse”. Edward looked clearly startled as he wasn’t expecting anyone to be here at this particular time since it was almost night. The people believed that it was during this time that ‘The Necromancer of the Twisted Woods’ would begin his work. The King had gotten to know about this issue since there were a lot of towns that were surrounded by or around the ‘Twisted Woods’. Edward then says to Celaine “Lead the way,” .
Celaine walked through the ‘Twisted Woods’, the heavy downpour feeling as if it might crack her skull soon. She pushed away giant leaves eventually stopping at a town. The streets were empty due to it being late but Edward recognised it as one of the towns around the forest. It was called Baymore. Edward eventually stopped at a humble-looking stable and entered it with Aeron following behind him. He entered the stables and stared at the wooden frame of the stable which appeared to be rotting in some parts. Edward eventually noticed an old man with white hair. He had a thick goatee and fluffy white eyebrows. The old man saw Edward, kneeled to him and then said “Good evening, Your Majesty. How may I help you?”. “I would like a horse. Any horse as long as it isn’t injured” he said. “Are you renting it or buying it, Your Highness?”. “I think I’ll buy it,” Edward replied. The old man then enters a room where all the horses presumably were. He was there for a good five minutes. “Is this fine enough, Your Highness?”.
