The next day came so quickly, it was as if someone had snapped their fingers and the new day was out in the world. I made a little breakfast this morning. They didn't have much here, but it was enough for ordinary omelettes. We ate with bullets together at the same table. It was an amazing feeling to eat with them and sit so close to them. That's when I remembered our first time at the table. I mean, more like the way Fuyu threw me. I had to smile. It hurt me, and I'm more afraid of Fuyo than I am of the officials, but it's a mix-up.
"What are you smiling about?"He asked, with his mouth full, Natsu.
"Nothing. I'm just in a good mood."I replied, smirking more.
"Don't worry, he'll get over it."Said Fuyu, smiling slightly.
He's really weird when he smiles. I don't mean it the other way around. He looked good.
After we finished eating, the boys went back to the town hall. I clearly said I wasn't going, so I set about cleaning up. I'm still being paid, and even if we're not on Earth, I have work obligations either way. I tied my hair back in a little ponytail and went for it.
An unreal mess, as always. It took me two hours and I just wiped the dust, swept, and washed the dishes. It's been awful here. But somehow I've gotten used to it. As I was cleaning things back to the cubby, I heard the door click.
"We're here!"Haru yelled at the whole house.
"Yeah. I'm not deaf."I croaked and walked out of the cubbyhole.
"Oh, sorry. I thought you were upstairs."Haru apologized to me on my arrival.
"All right. So are we going to sign me up then?"
"You're kind of excited for me."Aki smiled faintly.
And he was right, I was really looking forward to it. I wasn't exactly the type to like to try or discover nocé things, but it's completely different here. Hell, I'm on another planet where there's magic! I thought. This is where my new life begins. In fact, since I left the orphanage threshold, my life has been like one big adventure for me. So why not look forward?
I didn't answer Aki. I got lost in thought. All of a sudden, someone's poking me in the face. I wake up from a trance and see Natsu's finger stuck in my face.
"Yeah. He is live." He spoke to Natsu and grinned.
"Sorry. I pondered."And had his teeth uncovered. "Okay, me and Aki will go with you. Haru and Natsu have some work to do here."He said Fuyu and took the handle again and opened the door.

"See you then."I said goodbye and followed them.
"Hi. Good luck." Haru yelled, and Aki closed the door. Without hesitation, we broke into a whirlwind city.

We're outside the wizards' main building. I have to say, I expected a little more and not an ordinary house like this. Anyone could live in that house, or have a shop here. If it hadn't been for the wooden "School of Wizards" sign above the door, I'd have passed in peace.
“It's not a shack, maid."Fuyu retorted.
I just stared him down and went in. Unfortunately, the white-haired moron was right. Inside, it was giant and modern. This is exactly how I always envisioned university. A long, dark wooden staircase with railings where at each end was a giant sphere of some interesting mineral. Walls high and ornate with oblong images of different people or landscapes. On the ground, the red carpet, and here and there shelves of books that scented the room along with the ink.
Both Aki and Fuyu smiled smugly and continued up the stairs. I stared up for a moment, still dazed by the beauty. People here were young old human and inhuman. It wasn't until we got to the right floor that I awoke from the dazzling trance imposed on me by this school. I don't even know what floor we've stopped on, we're already in line for our entrance exams. Well, truthfully, I was afraid I'd be the only one here who was 18 years old, but luckily there were a few, give or take, individuals of the same age.
"Hey, Iruka, wait here, we're just going to grab a drink. Fuyu is getting on the nerves of so many people."Aki said derisively.
I just laughed and nodded my head. Aki grabbed Fuya and they disappeared.
"They must be fun, right?"Said an unknown voice. I turned and there was a young boy about my age. Again, I had to lift my head a little because it was taller, but not as much as the Brothers Naruno.
"Yeah. They're like kids now and then."I answered and smiled at him, too. He extended his smile, and dimples formed on his cheeks.
"I am, Samara Kenji."A blond young man introduced himself and held out his hand to me. "
Hi. I'm Huro Iruka."And I shook it.
The flames of happiness glistened in his sapphire eyes. It was clear we were both glad to at least know one soul here. He seemed very likeable and I was hoping to share a class with him.
“Then how did you come to be a magician?" Kenji asked. I chuckled at this memory.
"Well, a dryad told me. "
"Oh. Well, they've got a good sense of this."
“Yeah, they do. And how did you come up with that?"
"Well, it runs in the family." He said dryly.
"Oh.”
I wanted to add something, but the lady at the counter interrupted. I wrote down my name and a questionnaire and a stack of papers were thrust into my hand. I was leaving and reading a questionnaire. Normal questions. The type of where I'm from, how old I am, how many times I apply, my parents and so on. I had to wonder about that. Who am I supposed to write if I don't have anyone? Bad thoughts crept into my mind, but fortunately kenji's voice stopped them.
"I don't like the woman."
"How so? How many times have you applied?"
"The second time. I wanted to try as a kid. Those 10-year-old kids flying around, not many of them actually make it at such a young age. Their strength is yet to develop because. He must have great courage to try. "And he nodded to the crowd, where there really were little kids I hadn't even noticed before.
"Yeah. I'd be scared to come here at that age, too."
"Anyway, I've got to go. Nice to meet you, Iruka. See you at the tests."
"Nice to me to you too, Kenji."I said goodbye to him, and they went their separate ways.
I found the boys halfway.
"Now let's go to the library. To study!” Aki grinned.
I just sighed loudly and followed with slumped shoulders.
