Dillia looked around impatiently and sighed. " Can't we go back? How much more do we have to wait?" She
-" Just a bit more! I know that they will come." Baltsar was no less anxious, but, he was sure that this was the address of the hideout that some of his companions used.
Dillia sighed once more, all her patience was exhausted as they already spent closer to three hours waiting. She wanted to nag Baltsar to leave again, but, the sound of footsteps echoed before she spoke up.
A group of five men stopped their steps as they saw Dillia and Baltsar waiting by the front door of the hiding place, their eyes filled with suspicions.
-" Donis? Kanmi?" Baltsar lowered his hood as he called for his old companions. "It's me Baltsar."
-" Baltsar?" Donis's suspicions wavered, but, he still had his guard up, times were tough and they could trust no one. "Where are Arvad and Akhar?"
Baltsar felt his heart sink as Donis mentioned his fallen comrades, their death had a profound impact on Baltsar, but, there was nothing that he could do as Oppius and the groups were too strong. " We messed up and provoked someone that we couldn't deal with."
-" Messed up?" Kanmi grasped his sword as he gazed at Dillia. " I'm going to ask again, Where are Akhar and Arvad?"
Baltsar felt so much shame that he couldn't even look his companions in the eyes. and began to sob as he continued. " Akhar and Arvad... I'm sorry." Baltsar completely broke down as he mustered the courage to give the news. " They died, we were raiding a caravan and someone killed them."
Donis was flabbergasted, they all grew up together so the news about his old friend's death hit him pretty hard. " Dead? What do you mean? Who did this?"
Baltsar's heart ached, he wanted to tell them the truth, but, he knew that this only would bring them to their death. He took a deep breath as he prepared himself for lying.
-" Hahaha? What is that?" Dillia laughed loudly as she observed the scene. " Aren't you northern men supposed to be manly?" She didn't have the patience for such an emotional reunion, so she decided to get the information they wanted by force;
-" Who is this woman?" Kanmi was still holding his sword hilt, the mysterious woman gave him chills, so he never lowered his guard.
-" Dillia! Stop!" Baltsar looked at her with his eyes full of fury. " She is someone I'm working with, we are looking for Dalmaak."
-" Baltsar... Who is this woman?" Kanmi found Baltsar's dodgy answer suspicious so he drew his sword and pointed toward her.
Dillia's smile grew wider as the man pointed the sword at her, she felt that this was all a waste of time as she could force them to tell whatever she wanted with strength. " Your friends... They died in this very way. they pointed their weapon at someone that is out of their league." Dillia's nails flashed yellow as she swung her hand toward Kamni, sending five sharp arrows of energy toward the man.
Kanmi face darkened as he saw the attack, his body moved in instinct to dodge it, but, the small space of the alleyway didn't give him any chance of evading the attack, forcing him to block the energy arrows with his sword.

Kanmi gritted his teeth as he covered his sword with a thin layer of aura, however, it all proved useless as the energy and the swords were destroyed by the yellow energy.
Donis watched as the energy arrows pierced Kanmi with rage, and hastily rushed towards Dillia, who already had prepared another wave of energy arrows.
Donis gritted his teeth and his muscle swelled up, he showed no care for his own safety and meet the next wave of arrow switch his bare first. " Baltsar!! You betrayed us!"
Donis's attack was just as useless, and he too ended up lying in a pool of blood as the energy arrows dilacerated his body. He could only stare hatefully at Baltsar and the mysterious woman.
Baltsar face was completely pale, just the thought of losing even more companion caused him to shudder with terror.
-"Dillia!" Baltsar retrieved a small dagger he had hidden in his pants and pointed it at Dillia's neck. " Stop this or else!"
Dillia laughed as she put her foot on Donis's neck, her overbearing and insulting attitude making the rest of the Baltsar companions even more enraged. " Or what? Are you going to help them?" She showed no worry about his threat and even pressed her neck against his dagger.
Baltsar bit his lips, he felt completely humiliated, but, Thorin's image quickly came to his mind. " I'm telling this to Thorin." He was sure that he could tame the wild girl if he used Thorin's authority. " Can you imagine how mad he will be when he learns that we didn't get any information due to the way that you are acting?"
Dillia's face twitched in anger, she couldn't believe that she was really being blackmailed by such a lowly person. " I just need to get the information, right?' An even more vicious smile appeared on her face as she turned around and faced the rest of the group.
Kamni, who was agonizing on the floor felt a chill run down his spine as the girl laid her bloodthirsty eyes on him, he felt the urge to ask for help, but, he knew that no one in his group could do anything to her.
-" Just stay silent! She can't kill you guys." Baltsar gulped as he grabbed Dillia by the shoulder. " You already caused too many problems! If you don't stop this now, I'm telling everything to Thorin."
Dillia slapped his hand and gathered even more energy around her. " Who the hell gave you permission to touch me?" Baltsar constant threats made Dillia even angrier. " Do you think that I fear Thorin?" Dillia hated being touched, especially by those who she deemed inferior to her.
Baltsar gulped nervously, he didn't expect Dillia to grow even more enraged after he mentioned Thorin. " It's best for you to stop and let me talk with them." Baltsar took a few steps back and retrieved a small stone Thorin gave him. " I just need a few moments with them."
Dillia was so infuriated that she didn't even notice Baltsar crushing the stone, the only thing on her mind was the disgusting feeling of being touched. " It's best for me?" Dillia dashed towards Baltsar and grabbed him by the throat. " I'm Dillia Von'Altmann, who are you to order me?"
Baltsar gasped for air as Dillia tightened her grip over his neck. " I-I-I-'m S-S-Sorry." Baltsar could barely speak, the pain of having his throat squeezed was too much for a normal person like him.
Seeing that his pleas had no effect, Baltsar held Dillia's hand and tried to break free.
Dillia's bloodthirsty smile vanished from her face as she felt Baltsar touch again, and a flurry of memories came to her, drawing her to a dazed state. She shuddered in panic as memories of a dark room overtook her, in the corner of this dark room, she could hear her younger self softly sobbing.
Baltsar noticed that Dillia looked to be in a dreamlike state, and with his reaming strength he broke free from her choke, he felt a mixture of confusion and relief as she didn't react, and rushed to his companions.
Dillia bit his lips as she gazed at her young self crying pathetically. "Hey..." She called out to the sobbing figure, but, no answer came.
-" Hey! Why are you crying!" Dillia shouted to the image of her young self, her voice full of emotions. " You're a noble! A Sun Blessed!" Dillia's voice trembled as she continued to shout, a strand of sadness and hopelessness slowly overtaking her.
She wanted to go over and slap her mirror self, but, she discovered that she couldn't walk. " Is this a dream?" Fear and confusion took over Dillia, she had heard stories about others Sun Blesseds that were consumed by their inner demons.
-" Dillia, you need to calm down." She tried to reason with herself, but, the sound of the door unlocking behind her sent another wave of terror across her body.
She tried to turn around to confirm who entered the room, but, she wasn't able to move any part of her body, however, it didn't take too long for the person to appear in front of her.
Leger, one of the Cardinals, was holding a small lantern as he gazed at the young Dillia, a wicked smile plastered on his face.
-" Dillia, right?" Leger's creepy voice echoed softly in the dark cell. " Don't worry, I'm one of the Cardinals of the Chruch."
-" A Cardinal?" The young Dillia hid her face as the light caused her eyes to hurt, she was locked in this dark cell for close to two weeks. " Will you let me out?"
Dillia's face paled in terror as she screamed. " No! Go away!" She tried to move, but, no amount of effort made a difference. " Don't let him near you!"
Dillia's shouts vanished into nothingness, it was clear to her that this was just a dream, but, no matter what she did she couldn't wake up.
-" Of course, I will." Leger's creepy smile widened as he gazed at young Dillia. " You just need to do a small thing."
Tears fell on Dillia's face as Leger approached her younger self, she bit her lips as she tried to close her eyes, but, she wasn't capable of even this. -" No! Go away! Don't do this!" Dillia's shout grew ever more desperate as she watched the traumatic memory playing in front of her eyes
