In the early hours of this morning, there was an alert at the ADI (Arcive of Dangerous Items) and a response team was deployed to a home close to the Wizzle Academy. With the renowned secrecy of the ADI little information has been released. Thankfully there was an eyewitness in the form of Mr Scrooge who supposedly saw and experienced the whole thing.
"So, what happened Mr Scrooge?"
"Honestly, how could I have known that the house was enchanted to entice us in! I just thought there was a party going on, with so many of my fellow ghosts heading inside. So I thought, what the hell the place looked like paradise, so I jumped right in too. Inside it was chaos, salt was flying everywhere, ghosts cursing to their heart's content. Wishing I was in hell I tried my best to get the heavenly body out of there.
Unfortunately there were so many of my comrades, enticed by the house, coming in after me that I couldn't get away. We were being packed in tighter and tighter and sometimes we broke the odd item, as we each realised the truth and struggled to go aginst the flow and remove ourselves from the premises. The tide of fellow apparitions wasn't stopping and it got to the point where there were so many of us that I could no longer move.

Then that blasted party pooper the owner of the house, got in some of the worst entertainers I have ever heard. They came in shouting gobbledygook and swinging horrible smelling smoke, and the owner actually paid for it before they left. Absolute rubbish I tell you. It just made the odeal worse.
Thank goodness for ADI and their monitoring of ghost ectoplasm, otherwise the thousand of us would have been stuck together as one ectoplasmic blob."
"Thank you, Mr Scrooge, for the interview."
Update
Indeed on the day at 01:34, 31st October, the signs of an ever-enlarging ball of ectoplasm was detected by ADI and they sounded the alarm and a squad of exorcists were sent out to investigate. They found a ball of tightly packed ghosts merging into a spectral threat.
After searching the house, the team found the offending item. It was a wind charm that was enchanted by a student of Wizzle Acadamy who had accidentally caused the charm to attract ghosts instead of repelling them as intended.
The Academy informed us that all failed enchantments are recycled or destroyed, but they will be assisting the ADI and doing their investigation into how this could have happened.
As is known in the field of Ghost exploration that if you get too many ghosts in one building or trapped together, they will eventually go insane and rampage, as one unit, becoming a class A threat.
