After the interviews I was heading towards my new store, I decided that I would stay a little longer in the capital of Solaris to put the finishing touches on my store, one of which would be painting and organizing, i intend to make this store like the stores of my past life, but there is only one problem that prevents me from going ahead with my plan, in this world they don't have glass yet, so, I have already decided that I will go as soon as possible to Henry and try to ask for his help with this, I am sure he will be interested in the glass he will make.

But besides windows we will also be able to make several other things using glass, such as glasses, plates and even cutlery, I am sure that I will also make a lot of money selling all this, in this world, I will be the pioneer of all the technologies from my old world, while I was thinking about this, I could already see my store from where I was standing, in front of it there were some people wearing overalls, there were also several gallons of paint next to them.

These people were hired by Bernard to paint my store, after it is painted, I will start decorating the inside, in the future I intend to make modifications by putting store windows in front with my products on display, but unfortunately I will have to do the windows first.

"Good afternoon, are you the people Bernard hired to paint the store?"

I asked as soon as I approached the men, seeming to have noticed me they all looked at me with doubt on their faces.

"Oh, you must be the boy that Bernard said was going to open a store, although I was thinking he was joking by the looks and truth"

Said the man as he looked me up and down.

"Anyway, we are the people Bernard hired"

Said the man again.

"That's great to hear, I've been waiting for you, I think Bernard already said this but I want you to paint all the walls white, including the second floor"

My plan was to have almost the entire store painted white, I wanted to give a clean and hygienic feeling to everyone who entered the store.

"Yes, he had already told us that, the job will probably take about 3 hours to complete"

"Alright, I will need to do a few things in the meantime so I leave my store in your hands"

I said starting to walk away, the men waved their hands and picked up the gallons of paint and carried them into the store, it looked like they would get right on with the work, with that finished it was finally time to go see Henry, I want to see the final result of the watches I asked him to make for me and I will also order the glass, with this in mind I walked to Henry's store, the sun would be down in a few hours which made me wonder if those men would spend the night painting my store.

The streets of the capital were quite busy even with the night coming, the city at night was also quite beautiful with the various lights illuminating the street, as I was thinking about this I had finally arrived at Henry's store, as soon as I entered the store to my surprise Henry was sitting in front of the counter.

"Oh, you finally decided to show your faces"

Henry said with a raised eyebrow.

"Haha, sorry about that, there's a lot going on so I didn't have time to come here"

Hearing my words Henry sighed.

"Anyway, I assume you've come here for that, haven't you? It's already done, it's in the back"

Saying this Henry got up and started walking to the back of his store where his workshop was, once we got to the place it was finally in sight, it had a look similar to those old wall clocks, it seemed to be working perfectly although the time is wrong.

"And your first time seeing it no? Bernard had seen it when he came here before but... what do you think?"

Henry asked as he looked at me, honestly what should I say, I'm actually surprised he was able to make something so identical to my past life just with details I gave him.

I thought as I looked at the watch.

"I also made the wrist version you asked for, but, well... for now they are just prototypes, you can test them and tell me if there is something wrong with them"

Henry said.

"I plan to use the one that hangs on the wall in my new store, I think it will be able to show what to expect from the new technologies, that we will have in the future"

"Hmm? and the wrist one, what do you intend to do with it?"

Henry asked, taking the wristwatch in my hand I started to look at its details, it was still with a metallic color, it and quite similar to the old wristwatches of my old world.

"I intend to paint it to give as a gift to someone"

I said making Henry look at me with a smile on his face.

"What?"

I asked not understanding the reason for his smile.

"Possibly your gift could be for a girl?"

Bernard asked widening his smile, looking away I decided to answer the truth.

"And yes, well... I don't know if she will accept but I still want to give her a present before I go back to my city"

I said as I put my wristwatch in my pocket.

"Anyway, there is something new I want you to create for me"

Bernard raised an eyebrow upon hearing my words.

"Again?"

"Yes, I want to use this in my store, although I may have some hindrances, I think this one will be pretty easy for you, I mean"

I said as I looked at the clock on the table, after sighing Henry seemed to agree with what I was about to say.

"So, what do you want me to do this time?"

With a smile on my face I answered Henry's question with enthusiasm.

"This time, I want you to make glass for me"

I said as a smile formed on my face.
