I spent the next few weeks, a few days at Tabitha's, a few days as the Oracle, and then a few days as the Princess of Leonidas. Without much fanfare, I moved between the dimensions I knew.

I had met and spoke with the major entities at the Temple of Norfolk, the majority of the council members began petitioning me to give them all the authority they had been exercising. I understand something needed to happen while the Royal family was an unknown; but now that there was a member present, most entities refused to abide by the council's decisions unless I had directly made statements about what they wanted done. so they had lost all of their perceived power.

life seemed to start becoming routine again, me getting used to being a girl, jumping dimensions every few days; Tabitha's Divorce hearing was quick, and uncontested, I hadn't received any more letters about my Higgs Boson experiment, and hoped that was still going well. No news, is good news.

Two Days before Christmas, 'Dad' came over to Tabitha's with a man I didn't recognize, and asked me to sit down. the man didn't look well.

"Sierra, this is someone like me, an administrator, as you call us, however he has come to me to ask for your help with something."

I sit there and wait for a bit, and he realizes I am waiting for him to tell me what was going on.

"So, you are aware of the different dimensions, and we can give you a portion of authority and that authority tends to work in other dimensions as well." I nod, understanding him so far. "Well, my dimension is exhibiting signs of collapse. Technically, the first sign of collapse showed up sixteen years ago Christmas Day. A Child named Rebecca was born into my dimension with a minor ability to manipulate time, and a medium ability to manipulate space."

"So what does that mean?" I ask, seeing Tabitha put Tea in front of each of us, I grab her arm to have her sit next to me. a slight nod from 'Dad' tells me he agrees with Tabby listening to this.

"Becky, like you, hasn't overly abused the power she was born with. and its not an ability within my authority to revoke. but its one of the first signs of a dimensional collapse. The issue is, I know its not my dimension on the verge of collapse, rather two other dimensions will be collapsing into mine, and I am busy dealing with what the fallout will be."

"How long until collapse?" 'Dad' asks, seeming to already know the answer.

"A year at most, three months on the shortest." the man replies, then looks to me. "I know you are new to this, so let me explain. for those of us who have single-dimension authorities, its a death-sentence to the two individuals loosing their Dimensions. their essence will be devoured by the collapse itself, and fed into the resulting dimension. giving that, using your words: administrator, a portion of their authorities." he seems to collect himself. "I want to stop the collapse, at least for another millennia, but I need your help to do it."

"With the, almost godlike, abilities you have, why would you need my help?" I ask him.

"The two people loosing their dimensions are friends of mine, I would rather keep them around for a couple more eons. and I can use you to stop the collapse. currently, you can't move a sentient being with you; I have enough authority to connect a soul to yours, and allow you to move that person. just any one, but only that person. If you take Becky, out of my dimension, you will stop the collapse, as well as gain something you don't have otherwise: someone who can act as a bodyguard at all times, and be with you."

"Can you make it to where I can go with her?" Tabitha asks, with both of them shaking their head no.

"I can connect a single soul from my dimension to her, but that's as far as I can go. I can't let her take any other sentient beings with her, I am also limited in that I can only do the attachment with people from my dimension."

"can you describe what this collapse looks like?" I ask

Portals in the sky will open up first, the first portal will be a single thing come through, usually a single photon. the second one will start having food, and altering the food on the dimension being collapsed to, the third instance the collapse occurs, major roadway shutdowns, major tornadoes across the mid-west. hurricanes over all the coastal countries, and continents. and then it gets interesting. After the eighth or so occurrence, inhabitants of my dimension will be able to see the planets of the other dimension, and the most powerful of creatures will be able to arrive into my dimension."

"How will moving Becky, prevent this?" I ask.

"if she isn't in my dimension, then the warning sign for the next year's apocalypse will have not beein present in such a timeframe, its ready to go back to sleep."

"I think this person would make a good body guard for you, and since we are talking about her being able to follow you completely, we can attach her appearance to your Character window as 'follower' so the only thing you couldn't do to her with the window is change her physical appearance sliders aside from age."

"At any rate, it should be her decision. what would be an appropriate compensation to discuss with her for something like this?"

our conversation went on into the late afternoon where I finally decided to at least make an offer to the older girl. we shall see how she handles the offer to leave her dimension.
