*Murmur, Murmur.*
In a big hall, people stood on either sides, talking among themselves. By their dress and behaviour, one can say that they belong to nobility.
“*Whisper* What is happening? Why has the head scholar suddenly called a meeting among the members of the family AND.”
Among the nobles, one of the noble whispered and asked to another noble beside her, seemingly intrigued by the escalation of thing that happened in mere moments.
“*Whisper* Can’t you see, the eldest son, who was on a journey to establish a guild suddenly returned. And more interestingly, he dragged with him the younger son, while in a very bad state.”
After saying so, the noble looked at the centre of the centre of the hall. Following his gaze, the lady noble beside him too looked towards the centre of the hall with a mocking gaze.
“*Whisper* I guess the mighty, last clan of the great warrior class is about to end.”
“*Whisper* I cannot wait to see the fall of this ‘mighty’ clan of barbarians to finally disappear from the face of the continent.”
“*Whisper* Me too. I cannot wait when this land will host the flag of the might empire under the direction of the great goddess.”
Seemingly, other nobles too were occupied with whispering among themselves the same thing these two were saying.
And in the middle of the hall stood Gan and the older brother, while Ashv who was silent, sat on his knees while having his hands tied. His eyes were all sore and whole of his body had multiple bruises while the clothes he wore were all torn out.
“Young Master, why did you suddenly called a meeting?” Gan, who was standing behind the older brother asked. Seeing the outsider nobles who they were forced to call family, whispering among each other made Gan feel guiltier.
“You are worried about these people? How come I have never seen this side of you, Gan?”
The older brother jokingly said, while hiding the anxiety behind. Even he was in turmoil that whether his decision to suddenly call the meeting was right or wrong. Seeing the nobles whispering among themselves, he can already guess what they were talking about.

‘These damn fucker!! I know they were the one who are responsible for this. They turned my brother like this.’
From the childhood, he has seen many nobles who always sang glories of the heroes, the knights and the goddess to him and his brother, and at that time, he somehow believed them too.
‘If father hadn’t told me the truth that time, I would have also turned out like Ashv.’
He remembered the day when his father told the truth of their family and on that day, he realized that whatever they are studying, what they were being told is all a lie and is nothing compared to the truth he discovered that day.
‘If only father had told the truth to Ashv too. Then this wouldn’t have happened.’
He looked down at his brother who was all bloodied and bruised because of him. Seeing his brother in this state, he clenched his fist tightly. But there was nothing he could do. The water has already been spilled.
“Even if it means getting the name of our family tarnished, I will not back away now. What he has done, he has to pay the price.”
Though he said that, his voice had another meaning that only Gan understood.
‘Even the Young Master suspects the nobles?’ Gan realized the hints that the older brother gave him. He had already suspected that whatever happened to Ashv, the nobles might have a hand in it.
‘But there is no way we can blame them now. For now, the name of the family will get tarnished no matter what.’
“Do not worry, Gan. Though we are helpless, truth will prevail on day, if not today.”
“Yes, Young Master.”
Suddenly, the guard, guarding the hall gate announced the arrival of the one everyone was waiting.
“ATTENTION!!” On his call, everyone present in the hall turned their heads towards the gate.
“King of the victorious land of Ajay. One of the great beings. The last of the ruler of the great warrior family. King Kirn Tej enters the main hall!!”
As the announcement finished, a man entered through the gate as his steps resonated in the silent hall.
‘Father!’
The older brother looked at his father like he is seeing a God. When all his mind was thinking everything negative, his father boosted his confidence and whatever doubts he had, all vanished.
The nobles, who were whispering not became all silent and kept their heads down. Even though they have the ambition to turn this last land into their territory, they cannot deny that until this man is alive, they cannot do a single thing.
‘Just until this man dies. Then the whole of this land will be united with the great land of the goddess.’
While everyone was silent, the man walked towards his throne of gold, embedded in various gems. The flag over the throne, having a sun symbol on it represent the might this man holds.
Reaching in front of his throne, he turned around, took his seat and rested both of his hands on the throne.
Beside him, a man in white gown came forward and bowed to him after which the king spoke.
“Head Scholar. Start the meeting.”
