----------Ivy’s Dad’s POV----------
[Ivy] “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!”
I jump awake at the loud voice belonging to our princess and goddess. What could have made her this upset?! I look over at my wife and we both nod our heads. I rush up the stairs and enter her room. When I enter I about had a double take.
In her room my daughter is sitting on the floor with tears coming out of her eyes. She looks up at us and our hearts are wrapped tightly. What happened?!
[Me] “W-what h-happened sweetie?”
[Ivy] *sniff* “My teddy bear…” *sniff* “..is gone”
WHAT?!?!?!?!?!
[Wife] “WHO. WAS. THIS. FOOL?!?!?!?!”
[Ivy] “M-mom…” *sniff* “I-I’m okay… really…but, can I have a new one?”
She looks up at us with her glimmering eyes and I her expression was so hopeful that even a god would not dare to destroy such a scene. I must buy her ten… no twenty… no HUNDREDS of teddy bears!!! I look over at my wife with new resolve and see something that I wish I hadn’t.
[Wife] “S-someone dared... Someone dared… SOMEONE DARED TO TAKE HER TEDDY BEAR! I will make them pay… I will *censored* and *censored* and then *censored*”
She then begins to mutter the rest of her threats half delirious. I look over at Ivy and see that she was looking at her mom with open eyes and with an opened mouth. I walk over to her to reassure her.
[Me] “Don’t worry sweet heart, I won’t let your mother search for the person…but if she finds the guy he’s going to wish he were dead.”
[Ivy] “?!?!”
[Me] “Well… Ivy stay in your room, and I will go with your mother to a ‘little meeting’ that we ‘forgot’ that was happening today. Bye-bye sweetie!”
I walk out and look at my wife.
[Wife] “I announce the mandatory meeting now…”
[Me] “And I will get the meeting place set up as well as begin to prepare our speech.”
I walk off and go into the center of the town. Then using my earth abilities I make a stage and get onto it. Just then I hear an announcement ring through the entire village.
[Wife] “EVERYONE MEET AT THE CENTER OF THE VILLIAGE IN HALF AN HOUR! WE HAVE IMPORTANT NEWS REGARDING OUR GODDESS!!!”
Within ten minutes everyone in the village, excluding our daughter, was gathered around me. My wife jumps onto the stage and tells me to begin.
[Me] “During the glorious festival that we celebrated yesterday we had given our daughter a teddy bear!!!”
[Villager 1] “The blessed teddy bear was glorious!”
[Villager 2] “I could not see anything better then our Goddess Ivy and her divine teddy bear!”
[Priest 1] “Should our goddess ever wish too we would love to have it enshrined into the church!”
[Me] “This morning our goddess has realized that it was missing! We believe that someone dared to take her possession!”
[Villager 1] “WHAT?!?!”
[Villager 3] “WHO WAS THIS FOOL?!”
[Head Priest] “THE THIEF DARE TAKE THE GODDESS’S TEDDY BEAR WHOS NAME IS SO SACRED WE WERE NOT PREMITTED TO KNOW IT LEST THE HARSH BLADE OF JUDGEMENT FALL UPON OUR MORTAL SOULS! HE DARE STEAL THE TEDDY BEAR OF GODDESS IVY! DIVINE JUSTICE! I DEMAND DIVINE JUSTICE!”

(Author’s Note: This is a slightly edited version of what Slaggedfire put in the comments in chapter 5.)
Yep. This is the reaction that is needed!
[Me] “As we do not know who this thief is we must take other actions! We shall work together as a village to design the perfect teddy bear for our goddess!”
[Crowd] “YEAH!!!!! LETS DO THIS!!!”
…and thus it was settled that we will work together and make Ivy happy once again.
----------Ivy’s POV----------
(A little earlier)
I woke up to another day finally ready to train. Yesterday I went to the festival, so I think Mom and Dad will let me go. I make my bed and grab my teddy bear, ready for the day… or at least I would have. I can’t find my teddy bear… it can’t be… did I forget to get it back from Ryan?!?!
[Me] “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!”
I can’t believe it… why luck? Even to my teddy bear… Although it could be partly my fault for forgetting it… but why?!
Mom and Dad rush in and ask me what is wrong. As I tell them I see Mom’s face slowly getting darker as she begins to mutter about things I’m half afraid to even ask about. Dad on the other hand seems to have his head filled with various ideas… I wonder what? Dad then seems to notice Mom and walks over to me.
[Dad] “Don’t worry sweet heart, I won’t let your mother search for the person…but if she finds the guy he’s going to wish he were dead.”
Umm… Dad? You know I can hear you right? You won’t do anything unnecessary right?!
[Dad] “Well… Ivy stay in your room, and I will go with your mother to a ‘little meeting’ that we ‘forgot’ that was happening today. Bye-bye sweetie!”
Little meeting? At this hour? Forgot? You never forget meetings…
As I was pondering they had already left. I shrugged off the sneaking thought that something was about to happen and got dressed. Just as I was about to open my door I heard something that confirmed my belief.
[Mom] “EVERYONE MEET AT THE CENTER OF THE VILLIAGE IN HALF AN HOUR! WE HAVE IMPORTANT NEWS REGARDING OUR GODDESS!!!”
I quickly try to open the door just to find out that it is locked. Now I could break the lock with my new stats, but then it would be obvious that I grew REALLY strong in just a few days. This forced me to sit on my bed as I thought up the worst scenarios. Ryan, I wish you luck… oh wait… maybe I shouldn’t have wished that… my luck…
After a while I hear a loud cheer. My neck as a cold sweat as I wonder just why are they cheering. Soon after Mom comes in and unlocks my door.
[Mom] “Okay sweetie, our little meeting is over.”
[Me] “That was no something preplanned, was it?”
[Mom] “Fufufu… it might as well have been…”
…I’ll just pretend that this morning never happened.
----------Ryan’s POV----------
Something’s weird today…
The maids somehow managed to spill tea on my five times within one hour, and a practice sword was accidently flung into my room from the window. Turns out two people were practicing their sword skill when suddenly the sword got flung out of view…
I also strangely developed this cold sweat when I looked over at my treasured teddy bear… I wonder what’s up.
