On his throne, King Acrisius sipped his wine goblet, watching the three Furies dance in front of him. They twirled their bodies in circles like dancing birds while waving their arms in the air. Indeed, they were beautiful, but not enough to satisfy Acrisius.
He wanted more than to rule the Underworld. He wanted to return to the living world. A world with fresh air and water.
Hades' realm doesn't have any of that, except in the Elysium, which he couldn't break into. Acrisius knew his bastard grandson was there, living in a perfectly safe environment while Acrisius suffered in the Tartarus. If Acrisius could break into the heavenly area, he would torture Perseus for all eternity. Maybe have his way with Andromeda if she was with Perseus.
But only souls with the purest heart can enter the Elysium. If an evil man or monster tries to cross the bridge, the invisible wall will teleport them back to the Tartarus. Hades and his minions can enter if they need to check the region.
Acrisius felt foolish locking Medusa back into her cell inside the Tartarus. However, he feared she would try to take the throne from him when she got the chance. She may have freed all the monsters in the Underworld, but the serpent woman was so mad, she could ruin everything for the sake of her vengeance. Medusa was too dangerous for her freedom, and she needed to be dealt with immediately.
But she stole the Scepter of Power, which opened a portal to the living world. If Acrisius got his hands on it, the Underworld wouldn't be the only realm he would rule. He would build a new kingdom on Earth with no god interfering with his way of life. More wine, more women, and men respecting him if they don't want to be roasted inside a Brazen Bull. His iron fist will rule his world like a god himself. If only that could come true.

Acrisius finished his cup and placed it on the floor. "Furies!"
The women stopped and faced him in unison.
"Bring me food! Meat, or whatever! I am tired of drinking wine on my ass!" He demanded.
The demonic bird women bowed to him and left the throne room. While obedient under his control, the Furies will do whatever he asks them to do. Even if he ordered them to kill each other. They were good in his bed too, giving him the best pleasure than how his former queen performed with him.
It was a shame his Titan blood couldn't control all the inhabitants of the Underworld. Only the weak-minded can fall under his venom, and he was lucky to tame the Furies without losing too much of his life force. With them on his side, he sent Hades and Persephone into the Tartarus. And now he has the Cerberus under his feet.
If he could control Medusa, he would have done it already. But the wicked woman was immune to his blood somehow, and he didn't want to waste his time trying to dominate her. Without his blood, he would return to the Tartarus and lose his freedom forever. And he was too clever to waste his blood on one untamable monster.
He picked up his goblet and stared at what was left of his wine. "If I cannot be the ruler of the godless world….. I will be the new god of death!"
Before his lips touched his cup, Acrisius paused when his neck tickled behind him. He quickly grabbed something behind his throne and tossed it toward the floor in front of him.
A man in a black armor suit appeared on the floor, holding a dark pitchfork with two tipped blades.
Acrisius widened his eyes. "Hades?"
