During the time between the destruction of the communication network and the first wave of aliens being called to their world, the humans were slowly pushed back on every front, the demi- humans seemed preprogrammed for precise destruction, every village, town and city they passed through had its water, power and communication systems completely destroyed luckily the populace of most of the centers of population had managed to escape long before the wave of demi-humans got to them.

Even all of the hydro electrical dams were destroyed as the demi-humans advanced, the only luck that humanity had and the only reason they survived long enough to create the summoning system was thanks to the demi-humans not being united and frankly most of the demi-humans couldn’t stand each other. The goblins hated the hob goblin who hated the trolls who hated the snake people etcetera.

When the scientist managed to finish the experiment and call the first wave of alien they messed up and called people from a world that hadn’t felt pain in a thousand years, they were told something about utopia and magic being used to promote calm minds etcetera. They ignored them and sent them out but most of them went insane from the sensation of pain which was completely unknown to them. After a month they managed to reconnect the summoning system to a different world, the problem with that world was that even though they understood war and had experienced pain they were unfortunately all pacifists. After they were deemed useless they were sent back to their world with a few technologies as payment for the inconvenience. Finally we come to now, the scientist had found a way to determine the nature of a world and had successfully connected to a world deemed extremely aggressive but reasonable…. And that world was Nebels…

Oh ya, by the way, currently in Nebel’s house, Bö was sitting on Nebel’s bed, she was still wearing her uniform and was sitting right up beside him watching him game… well actually poking him in the stomach and saying brother in different languages in an increasingly annoyed and loud voice. “Big Brother!!” Poke Poke Poke “Onii-chan!!” Poke Poke Poke “Elter Bruder!!!” Poke Poke Poke Poke Poke Poke “HERMANO MAYOR!!!” she didn’t look like she would give up anytime soon…

Well anyway back in CAIFELIT, Nebel had finished reading the pamphlet and his walk at nearly the same time and was now standing outside the adventurer’s office, as he walked in mike walked out.

“Good luck” they both said to the other.

Nebel walks up to the same office worker and she says “Let me guess you are the last guy’s friend and you also have a bounty to show.”

“Exactly here it is, oh and can you tell me where the nearest abandoned village is?”

After counting the daggers he pulled out as proof, she swipes his card through a small box and hands it back to him. “The closest village destroyed by the demi humans is through the forest, along the mountain path and in a valley at its end. There’s only one path you can’t miss it. But I wouldn't go there if I was you, that whole mountain is a hot zone. Goblin seemed to have set up a nest there, it might even be that village.”

“Ok thanks I’ll keep that in mind. By the way is there a special reward for clearing out a village?”

The woman scratches her cheek. “Well there is… but it’s not expected that any rookies will be able to manage it. The council expects the first nest to be cleaned out in six months. Your friend will most likely come back to make a group after failing the first time, then the group will fail and form a raiding party. I expect that by the time he manages about that much time will have past.”

Nebel winks at her and turns to leave “we’ll just see won’t we?”

Having left the adventurer’s office, Nebel boards a small train prepared especially for the alien’s that takes him back to the out skirts of the city, it was the same one he had used with his friends early, it seemed everyone else was still behind them but their head start wouldn’t last for long. As Nebel was leaving the train at the outskirts, he was thrown off of his feet before he could even see anything coming.

“Hey, cousin what’s up?” a teen said while looking down at him. “Hey Nebel, why didn’t you wait for us?” asked a second voice from on top of him.

His cousins' had caught up to him, well actually they weren’t really his cousins no one could remember how they were related exactly. About nine months ago they showed up at the front door with super similar faces most of the family traits and a letter of introduction that Nebel’s father didn’t even open before declaring them family. Something about their last name being unique and every person with it being family.

But anyway Mitchell and Lucas were welcomed into the family. Almost immediately both of them started idol worshiping Nebel, at first it was kind of cute they would watch him study, play console games and practice a few abilities he had pick up but then it started getting a little much, they cleaned his clothes and sheets daily, cleaned his shoe while he had them on, wouldn't stop calling him the heir to glory unless he yelled at them and were following him around constantly. The worst part was they were very good at it, the first month they tracked him by his electronics so he had to take apart all of them and manually change the mac addresses so they couldn't track him that way anymore. The second he food out they had placed a gps bug into his breakfast… on top of all that they judged his friends and had deemed them all as in adequate for him and tried to toss them out. Well I think you get the point, Nebel didn't hate them but he sure as hell didn't want them around.

Nebel pushes Mitchell off of him, jumps to his feet and says “UP!” while jumping forward, like a while ago when he was chasing after Chris, thanks to the Spell lowering the effect of gravity on him, Nebel was able to jump a good ten feet and using a mixture of Up and Forwards he swiftly made his escape.

“Ahh come on, your highness the Heir to glory.” We just want to serve you, Mitchell shouts to Nebel while trying to catch up. “Sir, I understand. If you need alone time I will silence my sister.” Lucas says in a strangely carrying voice.

“What the hell are you thinking? Don’t kill your sister!!!” Nebel shouts over his shoulder.

“Who said kill? I was going to break her legs and giving her a Tracheotomy.” Lucas says in a monotone.

After a few minutes Nebel loses them… it helped that he used backwards on their feet to make them face plant…well Mitchell face planted, Lucas just fell into a push up…

Anyway Nebel was now deep in the forest, on the mountain path. He couldn't moon run anymore because of the low canopy over the path but he was still making good time thank to all the energy he saved by not having to run.

“Damn, it seems like there really isn't any way to evade them forever.” Nebel mutters to himself while think of the two siblings. “They've got to be connected to Bö everything else is.”

Outside the game, the girl in question was now weeping while looking at the fridge… “Gurrurrah!!” growled the mighty stomach of the ten year old. “….so hungry….”

Once more in the game Nebel was walking through the forest along the way he had been attacked by an increasing amount of goblins, he had gained another level but was no longer gaining much experience in the fights but oddly one of his last fights had gained him more experience than his first fight with a goblin.

While he was walking up the slowly increasingly inclined path, about six goblins had jumped out blocked his path, like most of his fights he had slashed his way to victory using his spear, while either crippling or killing them with forwards or backwards to make them fall, when one of them threw a knife at him. None of the goblins he had fought had done this and it caught him off guard, Nebel raised his hand to ward it off while imagining it been pushed back towards the goblin but he only had time to think about saying forwards when the knife reached him.

“What!?” the knife had been pushed by an invisible force just like the effect of his vectors always looked like and had spun end over end before burying itself deep in the goblin’s eye.

Nebel didn't have time to study what had happened due to another goblin attacking him but after the fight he did try to replicate the act…it just didn’t work. Anyway after a few minutes Nebel noticed that that fight had given him a lot of experience points and he had no idea why.

Ring Ring Ring “Oh, I’ve got to stop.” Nebel had set an alarm to go off when it was time to stop playing CAIFELIT so he quickly opened the alarm to turn it off TIME: 3:30pm. Nebel turned off the alarm and looked at the time to make sure it hadn’t gone off early… “Something’s wrong…” TIME: 3:30pm

“Oh,crap!!!” Nebel opens a different screen REAL TIME: 5:00pm “I set the wrong alarm!!”

Nebel shouts his way out of the game and shuts off the vr gear. Awakening in his room Nebel strips the vr gear off of his neck, jumps to his feet, tosses it on his pillow and runs through the house looking for Bö.

His room, no. Her room, no. Living, office, dining, no, no, no. Kitchen, yes! Nebel finds Bö in front of the fridge, some bread on a plate, her finger somehow cut by a bread knife and her face covered in tears… Nebel grabs a first aid kit, cleans and disinfects her finger before putting on a band-aid. Saddened by her tears he gives her a small hug and he takes her and places her on her favorite spot but then he remembers that she’s really an immortal dictator and feels stupid for hugging her. he starts to make her a sandwich...
