"Luisa, we've been going out for some time now, and in case I haven't shown it clearly enough, I want you to know that I like you. I like you so damn much. "Yes."

Alden paused. "I didn't even finish."

"I already know. And my answer is yes," Luisa said.

An amused smile tugged at Alden's lips. "So that means you'll marry me?"

Luisa's eyes widened, almost bulging out of their sockets. Alden.......you..."

"You should see your face," Alden burst into laughter. "I was joking, gorgeous. I mean, it's definitely not a bad idea, but even I know it's too quick for you,'

Luisa let out a breath, trying to look annoyed, but the smile she was fighting won out, and she smacked him on the chest. "You clown."

Alden chuckled as he wrapped his arm around her waist, pulling her closer. "So, what do you say? Would you like to be my girlfriend?" Luisa beamed. "I'd love that."

They had stepped out of the cinema just a few minutes ago, and there were people walking around them, but Alden didn't care as his mouth swooped down and captured her lips.

His kiss was slow yet fervent, his mouth insistent as he claimed hers, their tongues dancing in a sensual tangle. By the time he broke the kiss, they were both panting for breath. Alden pressed his forehead against hers. "I should probably stop right now, or I won't be able to stop myself."

He was aroused, Luisa could see that. Even if she couldn't see, the pressure of his erection pressing against her belly was enough evidence, and she felt even more breathless. Alden began to pull away. "Come, let me take you home."

But Luisa held him back, shaking her head. "No, Alden. Take me to your penthouse."

Heat flared in Alden's eyes, mixed with uncertainty, as he cupped her face. "Luisa, are you sure?"

She wasn't sure. God knew she wasn't sure. But all she knew was that she wanted him as much as he wanted her, and she couldn't deny herself the need to have him. Biting her lip, she nodded. "Yes."

A groan escaped Alden as he claimed her lips again. They must have spent a full minute kissing before Alden broke away once more.

"We'd better start going before someone reports us for indecent behavior in public."

Luisa chuckled as he took her hand and led her to his car. The ride to his penthouse felt like an eternity, even though it only took a few minutes.

As soon as they were alone in the elevator and had punched in his floor number, Alden pushed her against the wall, and they began to devour each other again. Luckily, their ride up was uninterrupted.

By the time they reached his penthouse and he unlocked the door, his buttons were already undone, his belt unbuckled, and his zipper down. Luisa's dress was halfway off her body.

"I want you. I want you so fucking bad," Alden whispered breathlessly against her lips.

"I want you too. So much," Luisa echoed. "Take me to your room."

"My pleasure."

His hands roamed all over her, their tongues continuing to tangle as they made their way up the stairs. God, he tasted so good. His body felt so good. His scent was intoxicating. Luisa couldn't get enough. Alden pushed the door to his bedroom open, and they entered, still kissing-until they heard a woman's voice.

"Babe, you're finally back. I've been waiting for you.""

Luisa froze, then abruptly broke the kiss. Her heart sank as she looked at the bed. A redheaded, naked woman lay there, staring back at her with equal shock.noveldrama
