William slammed the phone down, and sighed loudly. Two guards in one night. One dead, one a convict. He leaned back in his chair, and a thought crossed his mind. Mike… seemed very… familiar. He wheeled his chair over to a filing cabinet, and fished some newer files out for hired employees. He flipped through the names. Michael… Kyle… and then some for the old location… Jeremy… Mork… Fritz. He looked at the images for Mike and Fritz… and was met with a rather unusual occurrence. Either these were lookalikes… or they were one in the same. Michael looked at the background check for them.
They were different, but the more he read, the more far-fetched they seemed. Almost like… a lie made up on the spot. And then something else hit him… he had the same messy black hair that he himself had, and… her eyes. The same gentle green that could draw the truth out of anyone.
He thought quietly… until…
Michael.
It couldn’t be… but there was so much evidence that added up to it being his only son. He wasn’t just some random people… no, it was his son. HIS son.
He broke into a grin. Nothing was going to take his last child away from him. Not some bear, or anyone else.

2 Hours Earlier.
Freddy had been fixed and patched up, along with Bonnie, and they were placed back on stage, with the pizzeria closed for a long while.
Freddy chuckled and walked off stage, staring down Bonnie and Chica, who were staring him down in disgust, the bear stared down Bonnie and Chica, a sadistic smile on his face. Seemed his success had brought him more confidence. Or rather, more sadistic joy.

But upon walking off and entering the West Hall, he felt the nightmare’s presence again. His smile faltered to that of being more annoyed.
“I know you’re here, shadow.”
A high pitched laugh, and the sound of rusting paper.
“My my, very perceptive, aren’t you.”
“More than you’ll ever be.”
Nightmare laughed, “You humor me.”
Freddy growled.
“What's the matter, FazBear? Cat got your tongue?”
“You have a habit of… disrupting my plans.”
“I fail to see how that was planned. From what I saw, you were getting DESPERATE.”
“I WOULD’VE killed him in a more graphic manner had you not shown up.”
“L+ratio cry about it FazBear”
“You're so very amusing.” Freddy growled.
“Am I testing your patience, FazBear? Go ahead, try to strike me down.
Freddy would indeed attempt to tackle Nightmare, instead, he ran face first into the wall, his claws passing harmlessly through the form of Nightmare, who laughed.; Freddy turned, and snarled.
“You can’t cheat death, FazBear.”
And with that, Nightmare faded. Freddy growled. While Michael was his bigger deal, Freddy knew Nightmare had something planned as well… and he was prepared.

There Michael sat, in court.
“On the case of breaking and entering, and the murder of Kyle J. James, I am afraid… you are guilty.”
With the little to no proof they found, they convicted Michael. No weapons were found, and no sign of foul play was found. But it was the most logical case they had. It's not like the animatronics could move and think on their own, let alone harm a person to that extent. Logic overruled the truth once more.
And so, Michael was imprisoned for eighteen long years. He would get out at some point, then that bear would pay for his vicious acts.
He would make sure of it.
