2:30 AM

As soon as she hit the floor, she heard a voice yelling her name repeatedly, in panic. Tracy opened her eyes, her vision swimming. She then stood up, dusting her jeans off, quietly wondering what she tripped over.

Tracy looked up and saw Aaron kneeled over her, tears streaming down his face in worry.

Tracy gave him a disarming smile, and looked around some more. "I'm ok, Aaron."

Aaron trembled, "Y....you fell asleep and wouldn't wake up."

Tracy went pale, and had a faint memory of a headache, her eye sockets hurting when she moved her eyes.

"Did you... see anything Aaron?" she asked gently, rubbing her head gingerly.

Aaron shook his head. Of course, the only other person in that room saw nothing that she did.

"You looked.... Dazed, and I tried to get your attention, but then you fell on the floor."

"Well... we should go find Gary, and Matthew and... Grant..." she said, looking down right as she said Grant's name.

They'd left him behind...

Overwhelming guilt.

In spite of the crushing guilt she felt with herself, leaving her friend behind like that, she held Aarons hand, and kept walking, hoping to find the rest of the gang somewhere nearby.

Matthew and Gary had found the parts and service room again, Gary hiding under the table, and Matthew sitting on the table quietly, trying to remain as still as humanly possible. Matthew had never felt like such a sitting duck before. Any moment now, that bunny could walk into the room and see him sitting there, but there wasn't room for one more under the table. Matthew looked over at the stack of animatronic heads, and thought... could he use one as a disguise?

That was when the door swung open, causing both of them to flinch. The rabbit walked in, staring around the room. Matthew dove for a mask before the rabbit saw him, picking up what once was a brown dog and placed it on his head as a mask, his amber eyes wide in terror, watching as the rabbit drew closer.

The rabbit stood at the table nearly where Gary was... It couldn't see him, could it?

The rabbit then turned toward Matthew, having gained a significant interest in him, and leaned over, his snout against the brown dog's own, which locked uncomfortable eye contact with Matthew, who's breathing was growing faster.....

That's when Matthew heard it....

A sound machinery shouldn't be able to make.

Breathing. Human sounding breathing.

The rabbit stared at the dog in confusion and mumbled something, "sp-s-sparky... I thought F-f-f-freddy tore you apart..."

Matthew didn't know what to say.... Or if he should even respond at all.

The rabbit let out a chuckle. "Oh well, Fre-e-e-eddy won't m-m-m-mind an o-o-ol-ol-old friend. Its awf-f-fully lonely here."

Matthew just kept still, his breathing getting quicker. The rabbit, after several long minutes backed away, and flicked the dog's snout before turning around, and limping off.

Matthew took off the mask, took cobwebs out of his hair, and sighed in relief.

Gary would slowly exit from under the table as well, shaken.

"What... what did you do?" Gary asked, looking in shock at the still alive Matthew.

"I..... I dunno." Matthew answered honestly, his own voice wavering. He didn't expect such a stupid plan to work, but he was glad it did.

He hopped off the table, and turned to face Gary, "We should get out of here, don't want the rabbit to come back."

Gary nodded. They couldn't be sitting ducks anymore.

They exited the room, and listened for any footsteps, before walking quietly to some other section of the pizzeria.

As they walked, Tracy and Aaron heard noises coming from the Dining Area.

Aaron paused, and turned to Tracy

"What's that?" he asked, shaking a bit.

All Tracy did in response was shush Aaron and prepared to look around the corner. Any noise they made could be considered their downfall if it was in fact something they feared it to be.

She would then peer around the corner.... Only to be greeted with amber eyes. Tracy instantly jumped back, her heart nearly pounding out of her chest.

"Matthew, what the fuck!?" Tracy nearly screamed.

"S-Sorry Tracy!" Matthew responded, looking equally as startled. Tracy stared at Gary, who was arriving behind Matthew, looking tired and sweaty.

That's when Tracy got a bad, nagging feeling...

"W-Where's the other guy....?" Aaron suddenly asked in a scared tone, confirming Tracy's feeling.

Matthew and Gary looked around as well... Grant was nowhere to be seen.

"... S-Shit... we left him behind." Matthew said, his amber eyes looking dim with the realization that Grant was...

"D-Don't w-worry.... He could've hid somewhere like the rest of us!" Aaron tried to calm the situation, but being nine years old, even he sounded like he didn't believe it.

"Aaron's right... we have to find Grant."

Gary shrugged, but decided to follow the other 3, scanning the floor for any sign of their lost friend.

The group scanned the area, and saw nothing for a while, until they went to the corner by Pirates Cove.
