Yan felt alive, he felt as if he was finally living the one piece lifestyle. He felt strong, he knew why they called Whitebeard the strongest pirate, it was because he had this power. Yan wondered if the old man knew it himself. There was a small regret in his stomach that he didn’t swallow the fruit itself, but he wouldn’t dwell on it too long. There was no time for regrets, there was only time to push forward at full speed.
The two headmasters were still shocked and they haven’t recovered yet. This was his chance, his chance to end it all. Yan would not draw out this fight, he would show them what it meant to have the strength of the pirate king. The strength that people dreamt of, the strength that no one would be able to stop.
Like a chariot, he blasted off in their directions. There was no stop button, no restarts, he knew that when he came here. He doesn’t have another life, he only has this one. If he wanted to be a true pirate king he had to risk it all with his life on the line. Only then, and only then would he become a king.
The two headmasters flew towards Yan as well. Although Yan was fast, they were fast as well. They knew it, the only way to get rid of this threat was for them to work together and attack at the exact same time. If they didn’t do that they knew that it would not end well for either of them.
As he went forward golden flames left a trail behind his every step, and with it a path of ash. With his grip over his sword tightened and the distance between both headmasters shortened, he swung it. With a mixture of everything he has learned over the years, with the feeling of being truly strong, he put everything into this one attack.
With armament haki covering the blade it had the sharpness to split mountains like tofu. With golden flames that swirled around it, it could make even the ugliest thing in the world look like an angel. Using Kokuto Issen from his movelist, along with the power of the Gura Gura no Mi devil fruit. This attack, this single attack had the strength to spilt the heavens apart.
The two headmasters didn’t see this coming, they figured that Yan had something up his sleeve. They had a feeling that what he showed could not be his true power, but they never expected it to be this great. Behind Yan, they could make out a blurry image. Maybe it was due to their fear, or maybe they were not imagining it. However what they saw was a golden statue that could not be reproduced no matter how many times one tried. They both knew exactly what that figure meant, what it symbolized. If one had this figure behind them, then they knew they were doomed to die today. Simply because that figure, that blurry image was Buddha.
Yet, they would not give up their only life they had because some youngster had Buddha behind him. They were older, they were part of the alliance, they were stronger! They would not die today.

Headmaster Lin’s arms had a terrifying black aura around them as ravens emerged. Headmaster Li’s whole body sparked as white lightning emerged all around him. In front of this youngster they would not hold back.
As for Te Lin, he didn’t want to use this technique due to it meaning he would lose more than forty percent of his cultivation strength for five whole years. Yet, he had to use it because if he didn’t he would die.
He already sent a message to his friend not the interfere in this battle. He told him that if he couldn’t make it out alive, then the alliance must know about the threat they currently face. His Demon Falcon would not suffer another fate that it has faced before, it would not die once more. It has already lived a life full of hardship, it was time for them to go their separate ways.
As his ravens covered his entire body, he felt a new strength emerge from himself. A boost of fifty percent in strength. To others he seemed like a grim reaper ready to take its next victim, but only he knew that this moment would only last one minute.
Yan’s sword attack distorted the world as his flames turned everything in front of him into a blazing inferno. His eyes didn’t miss a beat as the transparent cracks in the air broke apart both the headmasters techniques. Their entire body was being torn from the inside out and there was nothing they could do to stop it.
This attack was enough to stop two headmasters from using their techniques to their full potential. It was enough that their moves did not collide. It was a one sided slaughter, and Yan was the predator. Headmaster Li spat out blood as the white lightning surrounding his body vanished as if it was never there. A moment later, his body was burning with golden flames that engulfed him. He couldn’t even scream in agony.
It was better for Headmaster Lin as he fell to his knees and the black aura that covered him despite. Blood was covering his body coming out of all his pores, yet he was still alive.
Yan was breathing heavily, this attack really put everything to use and yet he felt it was still not enough. One was alive out of two, this was not good enough. He barely had the strength to use another attack like that, but he could do something else instead.
As Yan was about to finish off Headmaster Lin, a black falcon swooped down and grabbed him. Its speed was truly fascinating, and as Yan was about to follow it he felt his limbs crack as he coughed up blood.
An aftereffect, he didn’t think he would have one. He was still too weak to even try to use this type of strength multiple times.
He wasn’t satisfied, he was actually disappointed. A prey got away from the predator, this was not something to be proud of.
“Yan!” A voice called towards him, but he couldn’t even force himself to turn around. He didn’t realize a sword could be so heavy, it felt as if he was holding a mountain. At the moment he was about to drop his sword, someone caught him.
Gazing up he realized it was Leah, he was too broken to even say anything. He only hoped she would understand what his eyes were saying before they shut.
