Sheila doubted her perception. She thought that Adrian couldn’t possibly kill a Crime Lord. He only had a trash ability!
The Baller had better ability than him. At least, the latter only needed to store one day’s worth of earth’s energy in his ball to use it. It was unlike Adrian’s five days. It was quite strong as it pierced through the body of North Crime Lord a while back.
The Trumpeter also had a decent ability. She could shoot air to attack akin to bullets, levitate off the ground, and cast an air wall in front of her!
Vince the Swordsman was better of all. He was just second to her in terms of standing and achievement.
Of course, Polygon Randolph’s ability was toxic.
But what was happening?
They saw Baller’s beaten body. Trumpeter became useless. Vince coughed out blood and could only retire. Randolph could barely move due to the gas entering his insides!

Sheila touched the mask she was wearing. Her ability was very adaptable and versatile. She could create anything within the scope of her imagination.
In addition to the mask, her hands transformed into a shield and a gun. Her face showed a valiant expression! But it still didn’t make her feel secure!
In reality, Sheila felt nervous. She started to think that Adrian could really kill a Crime Lord!
Clap. Clap. The sound of palms hitting each other traveled across the night. It was deafening and resembled the ramblings of earth.
“You are too kind, Sheila.” Adrian showed himself. He was also wearing a gas mask. “You lot sacrificed people for a weapon creation. You are bringing these people to collect more data against the Crime Lord while staying on the back safely. But you can’t sacrifice this town? You sure are kind.”
Sheila glared at him and spat. “There are things a person can and cannot do! Without the town, everyone will fall in despair!”
“What you are protecting is just a symbol! A place that people can easily erect!” Adrian shouted back.
“You don’t know anything! Everyone sacrificed themselves to protect this town! Adrian!” Her shrill voice grinded on Adrian’s ears.
Without wasting more breath, Sheila fired her gun. But Adrian swaggered in a zigzag. Right when they were only separated by a few tens of meters, Adrian aimed his gun.
“I know you people. You are unwilling to believe. So, let me show you.”
“Death!”
And then a huge shadow descended.
