Town’s Management Manual:
Abilities are classified into offensive, defensive, support, and utility.
At first, everyone considered offensive the best. But gradually, they learned that offensive trait is the least of concern.
No matter what the strength of an ability is, it proves unrealistic in killing a Crime Lord nor it can reach the firepower of a Crime Lord.
Defensive, support, and utility became the symbol of a strong ability then.
Defensive trait means it can ensure the survivability of an individual or group, even facing a Crime Lord. The latter become the benchmark of mighty figures.

The support trait is quite similar to the defensive trait because it also pertains to survivability. However, it is skewed in maneuverability and flexibility. An increase in speed and agility are considered support traits.
Utility trait is all about the earth’s energy. Just like stamina and endurance, one’s energy will also be consumed. Thus, the more one can activate his ability in a prolonged battle, the better its utility.
Abilities are divided into three tiers.
Low-Tier, almost every type of offense belongs here. Most of these people join teams to assure their survival.
Mid-Tier, balance in all aspects. They can venture alone but they had to prepare for everything. Even in team composition, they are considered valuable.
As for High-Tier, they overshadowed the two below. Even alone, they could survive with limited preparation. They are always the leader of a team. Famous High-Tier individuals are considered as the one-man army or natural-born leaders.
People with High-Tier abilities are particularly valuable in the current state of humanity. They can suppress a horde's attack and defend a human town.
