Eleven templates hovered in front of Hildelith. Each template bearing the description and stats of seven different races.
Before looking and starting their creation she willed out her panel. One glance was enough to understand her predicament. There were two separate panels with the other hovering right beside the first. The First being the stats or attributes of this shell.

Hilde blinked at the annoying panel.
"Now I understand you, Thor. Odin sure was a dick. Relegating you to this just to make you less arrogant. " she shook her head with a sigh.
The second panel had only three words.
[OBSERVE]
[INTERACT]
[POSSESS]
However, the third one was grayed out for some reason and also its explanation was withheld. Observe was the state she was in now, unable to act or make any contributions to her planet. Just a wandering ethereal form.
Interact solidified her making her mortal. She would be able to use things normally then like her Mind which she suspected was substituted for Focus. She figured it was this observer mode that had her stats as question marks.
Looking back up to the templates she appraised and applied them. A different prompt came up this time asking her where she'd have them settled.
While she had added various terrain and abilities perks she knew the system could randomly scatter them making it even more interesting or in this case difficult for her new NPCs to survive.
So she chose carefully. Since she didn't have the game system there was nothing like advanced or basic races again. While she could have gotten Akasha to figure it out Hildelith knew she didn't want such diversity. Eleven races were enough to stir the social pot in Vaustaris. Making some higher rated than the other would just be a pressure pot left unattended.
The races on the templates were quite good if I said so myself.
The Argonnes of Argon Spires.
The Elosas of the Frostspire Peaks
The Qitsalrmer of the Celestial Archipelago
The Undules of the Verdant Vale
The Evershu of the Lunar Plains.
The Lomries of DuneMarsh
The Emberkin of Volcanic Pyrehold
The Argats of Solaris Savanna
The Sunforged of Solisian
The Moonborn of Lumina
The Verdani of Sylvanreach
Hildelith had no intention of putting any local race template in her world.
"Hopefully they'll grow and rise fast enough to start suppressing the beasts around them before the players come". Still, she had one issue left.
The players of the alpha test were obviously going to be made as her gods. Which meant she had 1400 hours of in-game time to get adjusted to meeting players.
Another issue was the main flood of players waiting. Would the storyline she had in mind work?
The game wanted them to make their lores and tales which meant they were on their own.
"This game is different levels of confusing." She stood silently for a moment letting the sound of wind blowing around her calm her mind.
" I love it here".
"Now how the hell do I level up this form".
Like an answer to her question, a roar reverberated through the air shaking the mountains and quaking the forests. Birds flew off the treetops and animals within the woods and around her scurried away.
While Hildelith seriously wanted to comment on the presence of more normal creatures than expected she could only for the moment look up at the form blotting out the twin suns of Origin. One that made her look like an ant next to it despite the power difference.
The Black Divine of Origin had arrived.
"You've changed" Her facial expression betrayed her surprise at seeing him.
Molliwag was no more the green-eyed scaled beast that once sought to consume her. In his place was a true Great Dragon, his black scales shinier, more glorious than savage.
His eyes now single pair glowed a luminous blue, one that dazzled her. Atop his head grew four horns, two larger and pointed upwards but to the sides and within the two smaller ones.
The skin below his wings was a dark red while the red glowing lines of what should be fire dimmed and brightened along the top of his wings.
His roar in response to her statement blew through her presence without actually touching her. It just cracked and deformed the mountain on which she stood a bit.
"Mother. You finally came".
His words gave Hilde a pause. 'Finally. Was I expected or something? Was I gone long?" Whilst confused her head bobbed a bit.
"I see I was expected".
"Come Mother, make haste, My presence stifles the world you birthed. There are things to be seen beforehand". The dragon made a flap before he descended his head lowered in a gesture that was obvious to Hildelith his words lost to her.
"I'm not riding you boy" she argued. She could barely remember the last time she had been so high in a plane. While she doubted having a phobia for heights testing it on a dragon's back wasn't something she wished to attempt.
The other issue was knowing if truly Molliwag was now less murderous. While the cold ember divinity was pushing him to consume her it didn't cover the fact that he actually accepted. Trust was a fickle thing.
"Your tiny feet are unable to get you up to our destination, especially in this new shell of yours". he scoffed as he urged her to get on.
Hilde found herself climbing up the smooth scales on his wings using the ridges on his sides and finally settling on the crook of his neck.
"Hold tight Mother" the dragon warned before he leaped tearing off into the skies with a powerful jump his large wings flapping and pushing him up and up. A whiplash hit the female astride his back with a vengeance as he shot through the blue skies of Vaustari.

Hilde glared down at the dragon's neck as she cleared her head from the dizziness of the jump while the dragon uttered a throaty laugh. His body moved through the air with a grace a beast of his form shouldn't have possessed.
Yet as they flew and she looked around enjoying the beauty of Vaustaris, the bright greenery and blues of the various streams or rivers flowing into the lands Hilde noticed something.
It wasn't something about the lands but something about Molliwag. With each flap and each space he moved he left behind a crack in reality. A bit of a tear like a line on a mirror. It stayed for just a moment before stitching back together.
"What are those?" Hilde couldn't help but ask. Molliwag made a slight tilt of his humongous long head to glance at the cracks before a deep sigh left his maws.
"My eviction notice"
Her confusion lasted only a second before she understood. Just like she couldn't descend with her real body so too could the others not descend with their true bodies, probably even the gods. Molliwag had a moment of grace or was it the other way around since he was already present when the World was forged? But he was seemingly running out of time. Or More like Vaustaris was running out of time.
Which brought her to the present.
Was this what she needed him for?
"I can't help you stay Molliwag?". she warned. The dragon was silent for a minute before he nodded.
"I know. " he responded
"Think of it this way..." she tried to reassure hating his sadness, though she was curious as to why he felt down on having to leave. "... you are meant for great things. Dragons soar the skies and rule the clouds and highest mountains. " she tapped his scale. "Just not in actual worlds and especially not when they are Primordial beings".
"You, my son are the Great Dragon. A Dare one now instead of Dire it seems," she noted the difference in his panel with a nod feeling much better in being around him.
"You were meant to fly beyond realities and within the boundaries of my nothingness. Bringing warmth and protection. You were meant for the nothingness where your siblings reside".
"Siblings. So there are others" a bit of coldness radiating from his voice.
"Don't blame them, neither they nor I knew of your existence, you were born during the creation of this universe. I only found and knew of you when we met. It was my fault, had I been all seeing it could have been averted and your hate unfed".
"So, a mistake then". he nodded in acceptance.
Hilde was stunned not knowing what to say. Her lips parted to form an argument when his throaty voice filled with sadness uttered. " We have arrived".
Then like an arrow he descended.
His form tore through the air with the precision of an arrow as the tiny pricks of land below got larger and larger till it finally was clear enough to see their position.
Even before Akasha made its announcement in her head she knew what this place was. A place that seemed to have already been named by her FirstBorn.
[The Valley of Dusk]
The place that forged a path to the Chasm of Molliwag in which a hole to the world's core lay. It's physical core at least.
"Why bring me here Molliwag?," she asked as she stood on the soil of the flourishing place, an improvement to the deathly grounds of the former lost world. Thick trees and grass grew all over and birds chirped as did insects.
Molliwag led her within, deeper into the Valley of Dusk.
Thick vines of green form barricades to what looked like a rocky circular hole. A hole was placed at the center of what she found to be a village. Moving around with either purpose or lack of were the Unknown. Or at least the purified ones. The first true life of Vaustaris.
A place that could be found by players if possible and unlock a new race or could gain their benefits if there were any. But it seemed to not be the Unknown that Molliwag wanted to show her.
His huge form carefully lumbered through the village while the Unknown gathered staring open-eyed at her. Their white skins contrasted the environment, their six pair of eyes following her. They no longer walked on all six feet but rather stood on two legs like bipedal beasts while their four arms carried tools and different things. Their ears twitched as they watched and their eyes blinked with the glow of blue light just as Molliwag's did.
So focused on observing the changes to these Unknown she didn't see the dragon stop and ended up bumping into him.
"Ouch". rubbing her head she smiled at her ability to interact with him even in her Observe state.
'Probably due to him being an Administrator or his divinity. Wait doesn't that mean other divines would see me too'.
Her attention came back to Molliwag who was looking at something in front. Her eyes followed his line of sight to land on a flower bed that spread into a circle.
Flowers with yellow petals and a white stalk grew from the ground and stopped just at her knees.
'Beautiful' was her thought as she waded into the flowers then halting she plucked one and brought it to her nose. A refreshing scent that she couldn't name blasted her senses.
"What are they?" her will roughly brushed against the flowers still stubborn to use in this shell. But its antics were ignored as the prompt flashed in her eyes.
[Divine Flora]
[Advanced]
[The Golden Rose]
Grown from the divinity-soaked land within the Valley of Dusk this flora holds a bit of the immortal essence of the Creator Hilde.
Effects - Grants immortality without any power up to its ingestor.
"Is this what you brought me to see". She asked with a whisper.
"Yes and No".
Hildelith nodded her eyes not leaving the flower. Then she turned and smiled at the dragon.
"I'll accept, but only..." the dragon sighed. "...if you give me a chance". Hildelith finished catching the dragon in shock.
"A mistake Molliwag is an unintentional error committed". her eyes bore into him. The dragon stiffened a bit. "While unintentional is debatable I would never call you an error son".
"You are coming home. Even if I have to wipe out this village to make you see reason" While the threat was unreasonable it gave Molliwag the sense of how serious she was about wanting him to follow her.
"You are coming home with me, son" She changed the last word finding it better than boy, more endearing.
Walking past him flower in hand she stood before the dragon facing the still-watching village.
"Everyone, you all know me. I'm sure you remember just as I do what once was". many nodded while a few just remained watching.
"A cold dark place that lacked life and made you, my grandchildren hateful and savage in ways that forced my hand. ". she smiled sadly.
'No need to have those players knowing about the immortality flower for now' she thought in her mind. Its uses unknown especially since players might be already immortal in a way. She continued her speech leaving her thoughts for later.
"I, Hildelith 'Fearghal' Ironstone apologize. " a murmuring ran through the crowd. It was certainly expected that she would have justified her actions. And while she was right to cut down their brothers and sisters an apology from her was not expected.
Molliwag behind her looked just as startled.
"I know you think me some cruel being but I assure you I'm not. I apologize for separating you from them. I apologize for your pain".
"But here, and now. You have a new future. A new path to take. A hidden people whose purpose is to preserve this new and beautiful world. To keep any evil from returning it to what it once was what it once made your family into. ".
"More Lost worlds lie out there, with your siblings suffering the same pains as you went through. I do not like it but it is the way the universe was born. It was out of my hands and still is out of my hands. I do not wish to murder my grandchildren, so I ask that you help to save them, it is not out of your hands. Will you let your brothers and sisters born of the same blood, same bones, and same energy go through such pains?"
A resounding no tore through the crowd shocking her. She didn't expect them to reply or even with such enthusiasm.
"Will you let this world and those on it experience what you have"?"
" NO!"
"Then I ask you to protect it. I ask you to guard the entrance to the World Core. I ask you to grow and live and become a people that your father can be proud of. I ask you to be ready. For when the time comes and the stars align you shall lead the charge to subdue, aid, and purify your family". the crowd hooted with a cheer as she ended while turning to look at Molliwag.
"Your Father won't be by your side anymore". A hush fell on the crowd. "Not because he abandons you. No! But his leaving will keep this world from breaking. From being lost. Remember he leaves for you to enjoy this comfort, so protect it with your lives. " she urged. The silence became deafening as all eyes went to Molliwag with sadness and shiny silver liquid running down their devilish faces.
"You, grandchildren are not Unknown anymore, I see you. You've fought evil or not to aid your father. The race that stood against the creator herself. "Hilde smiled at them passionately.
"You drew the lifeblood that grows these flowers. Your strength should not be looked down upon. Afterall, you..." She made a dramatic pause "...are my Luminari, for just like your father you will Herald the light upon lost worlds. So..." Her right hand shot up and then struck above her left breast. "Raise your heads and beat your chests blood of Ironstone".
Behind her, Molliwag raised his head, jaws parting as an emotional roar was uttered. His new noble look made him even more eye-catching and the glare of his gaze sent a beat of excitement through everyone.
Molliwag hadn't brought her to just see the Golden Roses. No. The dragon knew the effect his presence had on Vaustaris. Yet he had a tether. His children.
Unable to leave and abandon them as he felt his mother once had. A problem was now solved. By giving a race that once fought just for him a new purpose and assuring them of his presence even without seeing him. He felt content.
