THIRD PERSON POV
Hildelith had only two questions as she floated watching her baby revolve around less than half of what was once Sol.
How?. What happened?
But of course, there was no one to give her an answer. Atleast verbally. Even if Haero could talk it was doubtful he would say anything. Bothered about his proximity to the sun yet surprised that he was technically fine she quickly appraised him. There was also the worry that her taking the boy out of Sol's orbit might disrupt some in-game shenanigans.

What she saw made no sense though. Some of the boy's stats had changed and he was higher than before. The question as to how he increased some of those stats was answered when she saw a new title in his panel and several new skills, as well as a new category termed Abstract and an entirely new one, called the Arts.
This tale has been unlawfully lifted from Royal Road. If you spot it on Amazon, please report it.
The Sol Devourer title was enough to tell Hildelith what transpired. But it didn't tell her the why. The Arts showed her a whole new field that her son had opened to himself. It was amazing and maddening.
'Was he perhaps just curious and suddenly consumed it? Or was he hungry? ' she thought. Looking at the Sol she realized something about it.
"That's not the Sol I made is it?" she asked no one in particular. Looking to Haero who still orbited the Sol then back to it she made a presumption.
"Tried to put the Sol back. Must have backfired. Must be the Sol Bond title". Nodding like her answer must be it she moved, grabbing her boy and pulling him out of Sol's orbit. Sol flared as if angry, its light surrounding her while its flare burned brighter. Hildelith tensed expecting an attack or something.
The light dimmed as Sol returned to its calm blaze while she watched it unharmed and unburnt.
"Did it sense me. " remembering the feeling of probing she got from the sun it made sense. Sol was protecting her baby.
"That solves where to leave you eh" she chuckled looking down lovingly at Haero. With a small smile, she floated off to the Divine palace where she set him down on his now smaller crib.
"Hmm. He's grown too". Shaking her head she adjusted the crib size with her will before smiling at the boy who snuggled into himself. Feeling nothing he whined a bit.
"Oh. Want a cuddle buddy huh". Hildelith chuckled at his cuteness before tapping her lip in wonder.
Pulling up her panel she opened the player inventory she had found when the rewards got sent to her and pulled out one of the Advanced Racial Templates.
Pulling it up she began recreating what she needed. The Advanced template was off a Unicorn. While wondering what was advanced about a unicorn she began tweaking it.
Looking at the hologram beside her as she worked she focused on making the creature perfect. Once done with the design she inputted the stats allocation for its basic character panel.

After a moment of consideration, Hildelith shook her head This was a gift. She could always make other characters for sale. Declining she was then asked for a name which she gave.
"Tempest Pegasi"
[Would you like to apply it as an Administrator]
"No"
Hildelith had seen something else when perusing her system. She could now create other things that weren't her administrators but of course, she knew that she had to make all her administrators first.
Clicking on the tab she brought up a new list of beings to select from. The list was an unlocked group of entities that could be created after the administrators though some were locked.
[Divine Beasts]
[Deities (Pending)]
[Daemons (LOCKED)]
[Divinities (LOCKED)]
She wasn't bothered by the other locked entities. What she needed after all was the Divine Beast. After selecting the divine beast a new prompt appeared.
[Select Racial Type]
This was the part I wanted to see honestly. I'd always be kinda confused and interested in how each ability and skill was granted. 'A perfect test subject '.
I didn't bother looking at the list that appeared as I simply selected Primordial Beast. 'Seems anything that gets created now gets the primordial tag'.
A new list I didn't expect appeared before me. 'Is this for being beasts or what?'.
[Behemoth Physique]
[Angelic Beast Physique]
'Behemoth'. My answer was quick and without hesitation. The next prompt was the end fortunately and I accepted.
[Create Divine Beast]
[Y/N]
Navigating through everything she finally clicked on the Terrani Pegasi and watched as yet again something else was formed. She hadn't been able to see it well when creating Haero due to her ethereal form. But now she could.
Hildelith watched as a golden stream mixed with various energies floated out of her hand and formed a shape in midair. Unlike the administrators whom one could choose its stage, the divine beast came out as an infant.
It dropped into her palms and it twisted its neck trying to understand things. Looking it over Hildelith was as usual awed by the design and the realism of the game.
First was the pristine white tone of its body, a head to neck covered with black scales and a mane of fire, its eyes glowed white. Its hooves were rock-like and its legs were thick and muscular with streaks of lightning flashing from it and up to its body. Said body was sturdy and yet strong looking for a little monster.
In her palms, the pegasi with its white eyes looked up adorably at Hildelith making her smile. Or maybe it was because of the next prompts she received.
[First to Make a Divine Beast]
Rewards - +20 to MIND.
[First to Forge a Variant Template]
Rewards - +20 to will.
"I'll call you .. Uhm .. Zeus" The Pegasi seemed to approve of the name as it whinnied a bit.
"Now Zeus meet Haero, your new hu...". 'No, God would sound weird too..." she muttered to herself. 'How about, new giant. Yes, meet your new giant." she set the Pegasi down next to the now enlarged crib watching it glance down at little Haero.
Pegasi though younger was quite larger than Haero being double the godling's size. It looked up to her for a moment then back to Haero who still slept, back to her once again, and then slowly back to Haero.
At that moment Hildelith saw it coming. That was the look Dester always gave their parents right before he did something.
Smack.
Zeus struck his left hoof down in a flash on the baby's head before it dropped into a sleeping pose eyes closed. Haero's eyes shut open in alarm his eyes looking up first to the ceiling and then to Hildelith who wiggled her fingers at him with a wide smile. His little eyes rounded a bit before he noticed something to his side. Slowly he turned his head and stared at the horse.
As Hildelith giggled while turning to leave Haero had a look of contemplation. First, there was confusion, then curiosity, and understanding showing up last.
Already at the door, Creator 79 made one last glance her platinum blonde curls slapping as she gazed at the duo. The look on the baby's face while cute and funny showed he had figured it out.
The door shut just as a loud thump echoed from the room and an equally loud whinny from the Pegasi escaped the room its head throbbing from the headbutt Haero gifted.
"Ah. Friendship". she chuckled while memories of her and Dester much like that back in tbe days flooded her mind. A solemness descending on her.
"No. " she shook her head. "Enough girl. You came here to get out of that cage of agony and pity so let's do this. No negativity. " Pumping her fists into the air she nodded with a smile walking out the door with a bop to her step.
