A little bit about Beyonder of The World.

A series of the first writing that I uploaded after deleting the previous one. Well, after facing what is often called writer's block, I stopped writing this series and thought about writing other stories.

Maybe this story will be different and I will finish it. Chapter 1 still has similarities with the previous one where the protagonist Ivo Graham was killed by his own brother. He woke up in the game world he played and was shocked when he saw the same building that he often saw.

The premise is probably the same as many other transmigration stories. The MC wakes up in another world, maybe a novel, game or famous stories, accepts the system or gets benefits from the knowledge they have. But I try not to go into a conventional route like that.

Beyonder of The World will emphasize more on the story where you have to move and make choices. If you don't make a choice, someone else will, if you don't move forward, you will be left behind. There are many schemes carried out by the characters in this story and there are many difficult decisions that someone must make.

This is the thought that probably first came to mind when I tried to write this.

Ivo woke up in the world he loves. As a veteran player, what will he do?

Grinding? No way. There is no level system in this world. Why should the world follow a game? This is another world.

Looking for Heroines or finding such great characters? No way. This is a world where you can't just act without knowing who you're approaching. Besides, why are those heroines so useless when faced with danger?

Can't they have a little sense of danger and be a little prepared? When the world they live in is so dangerous, why be stupid and end up having to be saved by the Protagonist?

So, let's make a female character who won't be a burden to the MC. At least the side characters can take care of things without the MC's help. Just think about how the MC's collaboration can help the storyline become more immersive.

It's weird... but when I think about it, I like this concept. When I think about it again, and think about how this story would look like in my head when I'm bored in college, I like this concept. So I wrote it.

Unfortunately before the rework, I faced many problems in writing that made the story weird even though it had passed the island arc. By the way, you can read the series before the rework on Webnovel with the same title.

That's it. Let's talk a little about the genre of this novel.

As a gamer, I always think about the concept of the genre of entering another world by having help like an in-game system. When thinking about the character, why don't they just grind and have to involve themselves with unnecessary problems?

Why do they have to do Quests that are forced by the system. Where is the freedom in playing the game itself? Where is the freedom to determine what choices we should go through. Even when I read some novels like this to kill time, I found this strange and thought, why should I bother forcing the MC I made to follow the plot of the game?

Therefore, the first thing I did was remove the Level and Quest systems from the story concept. I also removed the premises that were often in the novel like the destruction of the world or whatever. Because some Korean novels that I read seem to force the MC to be silent without changing the storyline and will save those who will become heroines, then I will delete it.

Then, the problem is, how to determine the goal of the main character? If the main character in other stories in this genre will survive and prevent the destruction of the world, I am like that too.

Create a character who has the desire to survive. But not from the threat of world destruction or other nonsense. Make that the character and Voila, I made another character in my head.

Ivo Graham. (A little bit took his first name from my friend in college. So even though it's a little strange with a foreign name, but I still use it. It's easy to remember and my frind is also fun.)

Although it has various concepts that are the same as other characters that I made during daydreaming, in the end I finished the draft of this character complete with goals, ambitions, and background and past.

Oh yeah, the character of Ivo Graham in this rework novel is different from the character in the series before the rework. So don't be disappointed when comparing them. I made it a little more human than the previous one.

Finally, if you ask why I wrote this, it's probably because I'm bored. It's 3 am now and I have to think about making questions during campus activities in the field of education. Being a teacher is quite fun but it's a problem because the salary is so small.

and the worst thing is, I don't even get paid. Not that I have a problem with it. As a student, the experience I get is probably more valuable.
