Chapter 139: Escape From The School (Part 1)

After raising my hands above to surrender for 5 seconds, a monster soldier slowly walked inside the restroom while pointing his gun which seemed to be a Winchester M1897 Shotgun at me. The monster was blue-colored, seemed to be a lizard by the thick skin on his body, he had a tail that was visible in my sight and it was now touching the floor because the tail itself was too long.

After the lizard soldier who wore brown leather armor and a helmet came in, the other soldiers came inside too. I noticed that these soldiers could be distinguished by the colors of their armor, as if these colors were designed to help me to classify the monsters.

The Orc would be classified in purple and had heavy weapons, the one who was in front of me was pointing at me his BAR gun. The goblin would be classified in green and had small weapons, there was also one in front of me who was holding an M3 gun.

About the dark elves that were pointing their weapons at me, they were all black and mostly held Thompson guns but the one who seemed to be the Commander held an M1911 pistol. The dark elf Commander who wore a purple beret suddenly looked at the room in which Shera and Reimi were staying in, he later looked at me with a threatful look.

"Are you the only one in this room, human?"

"No..."

The dark elf Commander kept looking at my white tank top and then looked at my pants, his eyebrows suddenly widened as if he noticed something...wait, shit!

I was wearing my green military uniform but I gave my uniform to Reimi and now my military pants were the last clue to show me as a soldier. Which meant I could be killed by these men...I must protect Shera and Reimi at all costs, I must not let them die!

"What took the people inside the room so long?" - The elf Commander asked me

"They are...changing clothes..."

The elf Commander slowly signed the elf soldier beside him who seemed to carry a radio on his back. The elf Commander took the radio and then pressed it to his ear as if to make radio contact while reminding his soldiers to keep pointing their guns at me.

"Roper, w nuof ht no hw raew kil a ratilimi am ub emranu, reht sum b eno hw ra alimis t iht am ou reht."

(Report, we found the one who wears like a military man but unarmed, there must be ones who are similar to this man out there.) - I could not know what did the elf Commander say to the radio but it seemed very serious

"Sealp vig u oissimrep t oohs ih, Uoy Senhgih."

(Please give us permission to shoot him, Your Highness.) - That elf Commander suddenly glared at me with his soldiers as if they were about to do something bad to me

"Commander, can you hear me?" - Advisor called me, luckily that I was wearing airpods and Special Conversation was on so only I could hear my device talked

"Good, I've found out how to translate these monsters' language, you need to reverse the Englis words and you will understand what they say."

"I would make the translated language sounds to let you understand what they are saying, Commander."

"Thanks...I just want to get rid of these fuckers."

The glares of the monsters kept looking at me and then the restroom door had been opened, Shera and Reimi walked outside and then stood forward to me.

"Princess, Reimi, stay behind me quickly! Don't expose too much, they will kill you!" - I was about to charge forward to cover Shera and Reimi but the monsters had pointed their eyes at me as if willing to shoot me if I charge

"Raise both of your hands above or we will shoot!" - The monsters yelled to Shera and Reimi, they immediately raised their hands

"Hey, can you people let these girls stay behind me?"

"Shut up or we will shoot!"

The elf Commander kept pressing the radio in his ear to wait for the order or something like that, he kept saying to the other side of the call when he saw Reimi and Shera.

"Did you just call the blonde girl "Princess", human?" - Shit, I was wondering if they were thinking about killing Shera or not, I must cover her!

"Do not move!" - The elf Commander pointed his M1911 at me with his threatful eyes

(Soldiers...dropping weapons mean surrender, do not shoot the surrendered enemy.) - I could finally hear the voice of a monster saying through the radio

(About the blond Princess girl...only kill the King, his officials and the lords, do not harm civilians, especially women and children.) - That woman voice made me feel she was very familiar...but I was glad to hear her order

(Roger that, Your Highness!) - The elf Commander turned off the radio call and then looked at us

"All of you stand here to let us check for weapons, do not make any suspicious acts, now get here, now!"

"I'm scared, John..." - Shera said to me with her trembled voice

"I will protect you, my Highness..." - Reimi said to Shera

"Don't worry, I will protect all of you, I would take the lead..." - I slowly walked toward the monsters and stopped to let them check my body

Shera and Reimi later walked toward the monsters and then stood beside me, the dark elf soldiers slowly touched our bodies from above to below to check for weapons. Reimi and Shera seemed very annoyed because their bodies were being touched by the monsters but the monsters later stopped the check process.

(Hey, I found something...it looks like our technology, Commander.) - An Orc soldier said to the elf Commander when it saw my Advisor

(Do not take prisoners' belongings, Basor! Remember that the one who is commanding this invasion is Her Highness, not Her Majesty.)

(No one of them is armed, Sir!) - The lizard soldier said to the elf Commander

"Good...now the three of you follow us back to the dining room." - The elf Commander later opened the way to let us head outside

These monsters for some reason didn't tie our hands, I, Shera and Reimi later walked in a column line when the monsters were pointing their guns at us from behind. Shera and Reimi were quite shocked because there were many corpses of teachers, school guards and students who died and were lying on the floor.

I kept looking around the hallway and saw many students and teachers being led by the monsters to the dining room, all of the prisoners were untied. I looked around for more and saw some windows of some classrooms had been broken due to bullets, there was also much blood around them as if there were brutal fights there.

I hope Shera and Reimi would be fine, Reimi seemed very calm to see the death scenes but Shera kept avoiding looking at them, poor my wife. I have already gotten used to killing and used to seeing many dead people so I didn't scare much, I would be very scared of fighting but I have already gotten used to that was not a problem for me at all.

But not for my wives, I could handle things alone but if I was fighting in a warzone with my relatives, I would be scared to see them die. Luckily that these monsters were kind enough to spare the civilians' lives in this invasion, but I could not conclude it yet, must find out more.

Maybe the elf Commander of the attacking in this school was kind enough but only him. Maybe many people out of the streets would face more dangerous things than us, so lucky when we were safe. I was a bit far away from the windows so I could not see things outside properly, I was wondering how was outside.

"John...what will happen to all of us now?"

"Shera, please calm down. Everything will be fine, don't be worried too much."

"You've already told us that the weapons you have are called...guns, not magic tools, Sir Rigen! Are the things in these monsters' hands also guns?" - Seemed like the three of us were now talking low to not let the monsters detect our conversation

"Yeah, Reimi..."

"What are you people talking about, huh! Fucking go now or we will shoot!" - The Orc soldier yelled while pointing his BAR gun toward us

I was wondering if the scenario of this invasion would be ended like the Red Dawn movie. If the Red Dawn scenario was possible, we would have to teach the people in this world to use guns first before forming the "Wolverine".

Maybe I should stop illusion myself, I was wondering how would our fates go from now on because we were all jailed in this school. We slowly walked to the dining room and then the soldiers opened the door to let us get inside with the other captured students and teachers.

Maybe the monsters had chosen to lock us inside the dining room because the room was very huge to store many people. I noticed that the captured people were very much, maybe because most of the people had run to this floor to hide away from the monsters.

I noticed that the hostages were students, teachers, school maids and cooks, I didn't see a school guard, maybe they had all died during fighting against monsters. I could see that the hostages outnumbered the monsters...but I knew no one would be crazy enough to fight the people who had guns.

I saw blood on the floor with some corpses of the students and teachers who were still holding the magic sticks when they lay on the floor, maybe these people had chosen to fight back and be shot to death. Most of the students were all terrified to see the corpses, some monsters were pulling the corpses away though blood kept draining out into long lines when the corpses were being dragged away.

I heard many gunshots outside of the schools, I also looked outside of the windows, the planes that carried the paratroopers earlier had gone away. Maybe these monsters had sent enough paratroopers for the invasion so the planes had finally left the place.

"Now all of you humans sit down and stay here, do not do anything stupid to get harmed!" - The elf Commander yelled to give us the order

"Why do we have to do that!" - Some students yelled

"Yeah, you filthy monsters cannot order us to obey you! Get the fuck off our school!" - Maybe these dumb students didn't learn anything

"Mama! Papa! Ahhhhh!" - Some female students yelled and cried because thinking of their relatives

"Now obey us and we will let all of you live, your parents would be safe if they surrender our soldiers! Do not worry about them!" - The elf Commander yelled at us again

"Sir Rigen, how do we escape this place?"

"We will think about that later, Reimi...patience."

"What will happen to my brother, John? Also how do your subordinates survive? Could all of them be safe in the Palace?"

"All of them will be safe, don't worry." - I hope the Palace was still safe

"Guys, we have larger numbers than these monsters, no need to be scared!" - Other dumb students, fuck!

"Yeah! We will ruin them all!"

"Yahhhhh!" - Some people had stood up and charged at the monster soldiers

"I said fucking obey us!" - I saw the elf Commander snatch his soldier's Thompson gun and pointed it on the school's roof

"Gunshots!" - Many loud gunshots had been fired by the Thompson gun, bullet shells kept spurting out from Thompson's chamber non-stop

"Ahhhhhhhhhhh!" - All students yelled in panic, they all covered their ears, the people who were charging toward the monsters had all terrified and fell to the floor

After the Thompson's gun had been fired all of the ammo, the gun's barrel popped out some smokes and then the elf Commander snatched his soldier's magazine to reload the gun. The empty magazine had been dropped on the floor, according to my vision, the magazine size of these monsters' Thompson guns must be enough to hold 30 rounds.

"Now sit down and listen to us, I swear to the Goddess I would not harm all of you..." - The elf Commander warned us with his cold voice

All of the students slowly sat down on the floor with their nervousness, they were all whispering to each other, Shera held me because of scared. Reimi was now looking around with her tension, most of the students were crying low and whispering to each other, some were looking out of the windows.

"Do not say too loud, stay here and we will be sure to keep all of you safe, do not against us." - The elf Commander said to us when he was standing beside his soldiers

"Hey! What are those flying things!" - Some students who were looking at the windows yelled so I slowly walked with Shera and Reimi to the windows to see what was happening outside

The soldiers seemed like didn't ban us to look outside, some of these soldiers were also chatting with each other but kept glancing their eyes at us to make sure all of us would not escape. Except for the sad and the depressed people, some teachers, maids and students were now looking out of the windows same as us.

I looked outside of the windows and saw something that looked like helicopters were hanging things like armored vehicles on their straps and putting them down on the streets. I looked closer and realized that the purple helicopters that I saw on the streets had a design that seemed very similar to CH-47 Chinook - The military transport helicopter.

I also looked closer and then noticed that the Chinook choppers were dropping vehicles that looked like M113 Armored Vehicles on the streets, all of the people looking outside with me were all shocked and stayed silent. After dropping APCs on the streets, the choppers flew away and vanished out of our sight while the M113s were roaming the streets, I also saw an M113 run past someone down there and killed that person, what a terrible scene.

"What are those metal things?" - Some students whispered

"Are those monsters' pets?" - Some students asked each other

"Have you seen anything like the things before, teacher Ukra?" - Some students asked an old man who seemed to be an old male teacher

"Sorry, students...I do not know anything, your parents will be fine, don't be worried, we will all fine." - The teacher named Ukra said to the student

"Can you explain to me the things down there, John?" - Shera asked me

"No...sorry."

"Commander, do you hear me?" - Advisor suddenly asked me

"What?"

"I have turned off the call sounds but you must know about this, Sarah has called you 6 times and now is the 7th one, the situation in the Palace must be very dangerous."

"I will contact my subordinates when I get out of here, now silent."

Reimi later grabbed Shera and then all of us returned to our seats and sat down, some students were still looking outside of the windows. I bet this floor had about less than 20 soldiers, the people in the cafeteria must have about hundreds but as I said to myself earlier, no one would be crazy enough to charge into guns to kill themselves.

Some students were still looking outside but the soldiers didn't do anything, the elf Commander kept looking outside as if he was waiting for something. The students who were crying earlier had stopped, the people in the room were whispering to each other very low as if they were thinking about the plan to get out of the school.

(Lieutenant Waley, I came here to report the duty, Sir!) - A goblin soldier ran inside the room, stood straight and saluted the elf Commander - who was named Waley

Most of the people in the room were now focusing to listen to the soldiers' conversation though they didn't know what the monsters were talking about. Luckily that I had Advisor so I could understand what these monsters were saying, I hope I could dig some intel by hearing this conversation.

(Report, Private Gob.) - Waley talked to the goblin soldier

(Our platoon which has 40 men has lost 4 and wounded 3 during the attack in the school, Sir.)

(We have killed dozens of enemies during the attack, the school guards have all died or fled so we have no choice but to kill some teachers who did not listen to us but kept fighting against us.)

(We have surely locked all of the people in the dining rooms on each floor but we haven't checked this final floor yet.)

(Sir, please permit us to check this floor, there may be some students or teachers are still remain here to fight against us.)

(I would send five men outside to check this floor, now return to the first floor to guard the people, Private Gob.)

(Roger that, Sir! But may I ask you a question, Sir?)

(Speak up, Private Gob.)

(What are we gonna do with the hostages, Sir?) - What...these people captured us but didn't know what to do with us?

(We will wait until Her Highness give us the other orders, we cannot harm the hostages...) - So 50 - 50 chances that we would be killed, I would find a way to escape from this school with my lovers

"Ahhhh! Ahhhhh! My skin! Help me!" - The goblin soldier fell to the floor and yelled, his back was burning terribly, the parts of his skin which had been shot by water started to tear out and exposed bones

"Ms. Weira!" - Some students, even Shera and Reimi yelled when they saw a woman exposed from the cafeteria's door

"Die, you monsters!" - Weira, who had short orange-haired, wore a black uniform dropped a thing that seemed to be a magic stick on the floor, she drew fast her longsword and charged toward Lieutenant Waley

"Bang!" - Waley shot his pistol and Weira got shot in her chest, she kept raising her longsword as if trying to swing it down to kill the elf Commander but later fell

"Teacher Weira!" - Shera cried and was about to charge into Waley but I and Reimi managed to grab her

"Shinu!" (Die!) - Akane suddenly exposed from the door and threw 3 things that looked like Shuriken into a Lizard soldier, that soldier was still standing after his chest was hit heavily

"Yahhh!" - Teacher Ukra suddenly charged into Lieutenant Waley, he was struggling to stop this elf Commander to pull the trigger

(Kill the ones who fight back!) - Lieutenant Waley yelled at his soldiers while struggling to point his pistol at teacher Ukra to shoot him to death

"Get up, guys! Fight back!" - Some people who were sitting had stood up and started to charge into the soldiers

I would stand up to fight too but I must tell Shera and Reimi to keep sitting, they would be safe if they didn't join the attack. I noticed that Akane had drawn out her Katana and the blade suddenly glowed blue, she used the chaos in the room and charged into Lieutenant Waley.

"Reimi, Shera! Stay here!" - I told my girls to sit down and then later charged toward the soldiers with other people

I saw that an Orc soldier had already covered Lieutenant Waley, he was pointing his BAR gun toward Akane and was about to shoot her.

(Do not shoot that black hair girl! She is King Ashura's daughter!) - Lieutenant Waley yelled to the Orc soldier - whose name as I could remember was Basor

"Bang!" - Lieutenant Waley managed to pull the trigger

"Ahhhh!" - Teacher Ukra fell on the floor and died after being shot

"Wha-, ahhhhhhh!" - Basor's upper body had been sliced in half by the Katana

Akane after killing Basor, she flee away and the people in the room stopped charging into the monsters and slowly got back to their seats in terrified. I felt my back had been tapped by someone, I turned around and saw Shera and Reimi, both of them had charged alongside me but I didn't know, shit!

"Sit down, filthy humans! We have already floated here for minutes to open a slaughter if all of you charge into the soldiers!" - I heard a male voice call us, that voice come out from the windows

I looked behind with my girls and saw a bunch of soldiers in purple leather armor who had black horns, wings and tails, they were floating in the sky. These soldiers were holding long purple rifles in their hands which looked like M1 Carbine rifles, all of these soldiers exposed an aura that was very special to look at.

"Get back your position!" - Lieutenant Waley pointed his pistol at me and all of us later returned to our seat

(Are you alright, Private Kenn?) - Lieutenant Waley asked the lizard soldier who had been hit by Akane's shurikens

(I'm fine, Sir! My skin didn't bleed.) - The lizard soldier slowly pulled out the shurikens that hit him, the shurikens only tore his armor a bit, not thrusting inside his body yet

Lieutenant Waley later pointed a dark elf soldier beside him to order him to check the goblin soldier, who had been shot by water magic earlier or something like it. The goblin was now lying on the floor and didn't move an inch, the dark elf soldier examined the goblin for a few seconds and then shook his head when he raised his head.

(Shit...Gob is dead...poor him, his wife is still waiting for him back home...fuck!) - Lieutenant Waley squeezed his hand and then looked at his soldiers

(The three of you go outside to check the place, kill every resistance, only spare King Ashura's daughter!) - Lieutenant Waley ordered his soldiers to go outside of the cafeteria to do the patrol, now only 5 soldiers in this room including him

(Soldiers, drag the corpses outside, we will burn them later.) - Lieutenant Waley also ordered two of his dark elf soldiers to drag the new corpses out of the school's cafeteria

Now most of the eyes were staring at the demons who were flying in the sky, some people were holding each other as if they were very terrified to see those soldiers.

"Demons! They are demons, the flesh eaters!" - Not just students but also adult people in the room were scared and held each other

Maybe I was the most calm here because Reimi and Shera were now holding me with their terrified and didn't want to let me away from their hands. Lieutenant Waley put the pistol in his holster and then made a military salute toward a demon, he was saluting a black Demon who seemed to be the Commander of the other soldiers beside him.

(Lieutenant Waley - From Infantry unit, School Intruding 4 - 5 Platoon.) - Lieutenant Waley greeted

(Captain Taura - From Wings unit, Wallbanger 5 - 7 Squadron...how's your situation in the school, Captain?) - The demon named Taura greeted Lieutenant Waley

(It's quite bad, Captain! We need reinforcement to maintain this school, we have 40 men earlier and now we lost 6 and wounded 4, we need more soldiers to control the people in the school.)

(Can't do it, Lieutenant! We are gathering our forces to attack the Palace, we are very surprised to see this Kingdom's Capital is the last one standing.)

(What!) - Lieutenant Waley yelled in shock... that meant all other Kingdoms in this continent had been defeated except for Warsaw

(In the worst scenario when we can't kill the King of Warsaw, Her Majesty would order the Knight Special Force to intrude the Capital to kill the King.)

(What are we gonna do with the captured people, Captain?) - Lieutenant Waley asked Captain Taura

(Don't know, the purpose to bomb the entire continent to kill all humans has been aborted.)

(Her Highness took over the command authority from Her Majesty so our plan has been changed from bombing to invasion.)

(We are thinking about Her Highness's purpose for making up this invasion, Captain! Why don't you draw yourself a theory for me to hear?)

(We may kill all the humans after all Capitals fall or just simply enslave them and take their lands for ours, that's my theory.)

(Ahh, you Drone boy! What's news for us to hear? Did Keris Capital fall apart?) - Captain Taura's finger had been parked by a metal creature that looked like a bat, it was hanging on his index finger

I noticed that Shera was crying while hugging me, I also saw the ones beside us were Sasa and Raptu also crying similar to Shera, these girls had cried when I didn't notice, I think so. Reimi was hugging Shera to comfort her, I was wondering why they were crying, the other people in the room were now depressed or still terrified at the flying demons.

"What's wrong, Shera?"

"Ms. Weira...Mr. Ukra, they were my teachers, they have died, John...ahhhhh!"

"Sorry to hear about that, Shera." - I slowly hugged Shera and she pressed her face to my chest to keep crying

I must find a way to get out of this place fast, I would find a way to get out of here, I must gather intel from these soldiers to do it.

(What's the intel that little Drone brought you, Captain?) - Lieutenant Waley asked Captain Taura

(The Palace hasn't fallen yet, many of our APCs and soldiers died during attacking in there.)

(The intel also told me that some crazy woman shot down our APCs by using the Bazookas that she stole from us, I didn't know what the fuck I should say, Lieutenant.)

(How bad could it be, Captain?)

(We should have added Tanks instead of using APCs in this invasion, Lieutenant! Now all of us are ordered to get there to fight.)

(Can I help?)

(Yeah, send us as many of your troops as possible, Lieutenant!)

(I would send 4 troops to join you guys, okay?)

(One more news, Lieutenant!)

(What, Captain?)

(I just have got another intel from our Drone, Lieutenant! Our weapons have been stolen, the enemy soldiers holding in the Palace are trying to use our guns.)

(Well, the intel said they cannot aim our guns properly but at least they have already learned how to shoot and reload...good luck, Lieutenant!)

(Wallbangers, follow me to the Palace!) - Captain Taura dropped his hand out of the Bat Drone and then flew with his soldiers in the direction of the Palace

I guessed more than an hour had passed after the conversation between Lieutenant Waley and Captain Taura. Shera and her friends had stopped crying after mourning their teachers' deaths, I must find a way to make all of us escape now.

Lieutenant Waley was now visiting his soldiers on the ground floor, we could use this chance to do something to escape.

"John...I want to pee..." - Shera called me and she said she wanted to urinate, this must be a good chance

"Do you know what I mean, John? I want to "pee"."

"Okay, understood, Princess." - Maybe she was hinting that she was pretending to have felt like she wanted to urinate, we would return to the restroom to take our weapons

"Wait here, Sasa, Raptu... I will return." - Shera said to her friends and all of us stood up and walked toward a dark elf soldier

"What are you humans want from us?" - The soldier asked us cautiously when his soldiers were pointing their guns at us

"Shera said she wants to urinate, can she?"

"Hey, we also have our problems too! We want to get in our restroom!" - Some people yelled at the soldiers but they later went silent when guns pointed at them

"Then I would guard this woman when she goes to the restroom to make sure she would not escape."

"We have to go with her too, I'm her fiance and Reimi is her bodyguard, Shera cannot go without us."

"Hey, Ruska! We are not allowed to do things without Lieutenant Waley!" - The lizard soldier named Tenn as I could remember, he told the dark elf soldier named Ruska to not let us go

"Don't worry, I will be back with these humans in 5 minutes, if I don't, go tell our Commander, I have a gun so I cannot die easy, you know?"

"Be careful..."

"I have been forced to enlist to join this invasion, humans! I hate to go to war when my wife is still waiting for me back home." - Ruska said to me

"If today is the last day all of you humans can live then I must treat you people well, now follow me." - Ruska led us outside with the glances of other soldiers

We walked outside and noticed that all of the corpses had been dragged away though lines of blood were still lying on the floor. The gunshots outside of the school seemed to be less than before, maybe the enemy hadn't encountered any Warsaw guards in this area anymore.

But the thing that made me nervous the most was about a strange M113 Armored Vehicle under the school, that APC was now roaring around the place as if to join with the soldiers below. I saw that the soldiers who patrolled around this floor were very less, we could use that advantage to escape, but we must get to the toilet first.

We walked into a restroom together, I chose this room because I hid my weapons there earlier, the dark elf soldier named Ruska seemed very friendly but was also very careless when he let me go behind him. I would use his pureness to escape with my girls, I saw that the area around the restroom had no guard, good!

"What are you doing, human?" - I pretended to be scared and sneaked behind Ruska and pushed him forward with curious from Reimi and Shera

"Before Shera go inside a room to pee, can you check a clean room for me, please?"

"Well, I'm scared of cockroaches, I heard restrooms have many of them..."

Ruska slowly walked to the first restroom which was the place we were hiding our weapons, he grabbed his hand to the door's handle.

"Crash!" - I immediately neck broken Ruska from behind, that man could only realize my action when he died, his dead eyes kept looking at me as if wanted to ask me "Why?"
