Ebony’s aunt comes as soon as my father calls for her. “WHERE IS SHE?!” She yells when she comes through a black portal. “CALM DOWN LUPA!!” My father yells at her, though yelling in my ear, making me flinch. Lupa sees Ebony leaning on the wall. Then she looks at me. “You… Who are you to my niece…” she asks, her eyes narrowed. “He’s her boyfriend Lupa…” My father says, and her eyes widen.“What’s your name…” Lupa asked, though it was impossible to decipher her tone. “Argus, Argus Astaroth…” I say, my mouth suddenly goes dry. Ebony’s eyes open slightly, “Aunt Lupa…” Ebony says, wincing as she attempts to sit up. “Ebony…Don’t get up…”I say, still worried. “Please don’t…” Lupa says. Then someone comes through the door. Wolf, followed shortly behind by Addex, his older brother. Addex bends over panting, “I… I tried to stop him…” He says as Wolf walks over to his mother, his eyes wide with confusion. Wolf stays fairly quiet, just stares his fist clenched then he turns and looks to My Father. “Why… the hell… is she here…” He says coldly, his eyes dark and pupils are slits. “She’s here to heal Ebony…” My father says. “Wolf… Ebony is your cousin…”. Wolf just stares at him, saying nothing, then he turns to Addex. “You knew…?” He asked with a snarl, Addex shrugs with a guilty smile. “A-Addex… Wh-Where’s A-Artrix…” Ebony said. “He is on his way…” Addex replied. Wolf let out a low growl, then left the room. Ebony collapses in My Fathers arms. Now I notice there’s something in her hand. I walk over and gently take it from her hand. It’s a necklace, a beautiful one at that. Lupa and my father’s eyes widened. “How did she get her mothers necklace… We all thought it burned in the fire her writings were lost in…” Lupa says. Dusk runs into the hall. “EBONY!” He yells. “What do you need Dusk…” My father says. “IT’S ZEKE… HE’S HERE FOR EBONY!!” Dusk says, huffing. “WHAT! IT’S ONLY BEEN FOUR WEEKS!” I yell. “GRIAMORE, GET EBONY, ARGUS AND LUPA TO SAFETY…DUSK YOU GO WARN BLUE AND THE OTHERS…” My Father orders. “I’M NOT STANDING BY WHILE THEY GET HURT. I’M GOING TO HELP…” I say. My Father sighs. “Fine… Just don’t get yourself killed… If you do, Ebony will be devastated… You know this…” I nod and disappear, reappearing with Blue and the others. “What’s the plan…?” Akko asks as Cyne and another male neko disappear with Gemini. “Well you're the only one here who seems capable of coming up with one…” Acadia snaps. “The plan is to buy Lupa enough time to heal Ebony…” I said, standing behind Blue. Wolf flicks his tail, staring at his feet, his arms crossed. “How long should that be…” Blue asks. “An hour and a half… or less…” I answer. “Well we better get suited up if we’re going to fight against Ezekiel’s army…” Blue says. “Ebony had new armor made for all of us… To best protect us from the attacks of the undead warriors in Ezekiel’s army…” I tell them all, then I look to Colby. “All of them are done, though I don’t know how well Gem’s armor is to fit her…” Colby says, then he turns around to Acadia. He looks her up and down, “I guess I can make a few alterations…” He shrugs. “Or She can use Ebony’s old armor… It should be about the right size…” He says. I nod and Acadia glares at me hard. “First off I’m not taking anything from Ebony, second…” She looks at Colby, “I suggest you keep your eyes to yourself…” She hisses. Colby stumbles backwards, Blue wraps his arms around him quickly. “Chill my dear sis, he has no interest in you… I would go with him down to the armory before we run out of time...” Akko says, putting his hand on Acadia’s shoulder, smiling greatly. She rolls her eyes, Colby walks away at a fast pace, nearly running and she follows close behind.
