“W...we have searched everywhere sir.. He’s nowhere to be found…”Libra said nervously. “WELL SEARCH HARDER!!!... IF THAT DAMN BOY ESCAPES I WILL BANISH THE WHOLE LOT OF YOU!!!” I yelled. The Four Guardians disappeared, but Libra’s brother Aries stayed behind. “Sir… is this really ness…” Aries went to say, but I interrupted, “If you value your life, Aries, then yes, it is necessary…” I said in a tone like a snake. “Finding that boy is the key to the success of overruling all of mankind and all species… SO FIND HIM...DEAD OR ALIVE I WANT HIM!!!” I said, and Aries disappeared.
(Two Years Later)
‘Well done Argus… seems you're not such a… disappointment…’ My father said in my head with a wince, and I bit my lip. I wouldn’t last much longer like this, and I was afraid my father knew this. But his heart was a cold stone, he would never care. Once we find the boy, Blue, it doesn’t matter whether I am alive or not. “Sir Argus…” I heard the housekeeper, Elvana, call to me. “I believe Master Lucifer is here to see your father sir…” She said and scurried off. Lucifer, if only she would not have said his name. My heart ached at the thought of his daughter, Ebony. Damn was she amazing, and I have never been able to tear my mind off of her. So beautiful, so strong, so powerful, and her voice when she sang was amazing, she was just too perfect. I clutch the Clockwork necklace she had given me close to my heart. Then a jolt pained my chest, and my father stood in front of me. “Stay here and keep yourself quiet, I wish not to draw attention to you…” He said and stormed out of the room. I was so weak I collapsed on the floor, left alone with my thoughts. I missed Ebony so much, and I longed so much to see her. I wish I could have enough strength to get to her, then possibly she could help me. If I could get to Aristotle, my pet wolf, he could help me get to her. I laid where I was, figuring out a plan. If only I could connect to Gemini, he could help me get there as well. I tried, and it connected, I could see Ebony standing there. But before I could cry for help, my father corrupted my body once more… “Sweet Ebony… How nice to see you again My Dear…” My dad said through me. “Why...why did you have to do that? You have put a bounty on your son’s head that's 200 times higher than mine in the Archangel Kingdom! Please, just please, let him go, I miss Argo...” I heard Ebony’s voice, and my heart ached badly. Argo, the nickname she had given to me when we were kids and that made me miss her extremely. Ebony used a spell and disconnected my father’s con=]-’[pl/.,ection, and he appeared in front of me as I collapsed once again. “Not very smart laddie…” My father exclaimed, then began to laugh. “Once I control the 8 Gates, then there will be no need to try and escape to her because there will be no Ebony to escape to….” He laughed insanely, and my eyes burned. “Crying is a sign of weakness my son… Don’t worry, you will be perfectly fine without her… It’s not like she really would need you anyway…” He said. Somehow Ebony knew this was happening, she appeared in front of him, an angry smile on her face, with the scythe I had given her in her hand at his neck. His eyes were wide with surprise and anger. I laid, too weak to move, and my father glanced down at me then at Ebony. Then once again, he corrupted me, making me stand, facing Ebony. “You wouldn’t hurt your dear Argo now would you, My Dear, you do not belong here…” Leviathan said. “Oh hurt Argo, I’ve done it before. I’ve broken almost every bone in his body.” She replied, and my father laughed. I tried my hardest to fight him, but his thoughts consumed my own, and I was forced to let him play me as if I were his puppet. Ebony’s hand then flies back towards my face. HER HAND, IT’S METAL! Her metal hand collides with my neck, hitting the pressure point located there. My father exited me, making me once again collapse, this time, nearly passing out. My head spun and I coughed violently. A healing and blocking spell activates on her hand healing me and blocking my father out of my mind. I stood up slowly, still in shock that my Moonflower is here, “Try as hard as you like, no one can break my spells” She said to Leviathan, and I smiled. Then Aristotle appeared beside me, snarling at him. “Ari… NO” She says with a growl that makes him whimper. Weird, Aristotle usually never whimpers unless I yell at him, and why did she call him ‘Ari’ I’ll have to ask Aristotle later. I hear Moonflower’s voice in my head say, “I know you can’t last much longer without blood, I’ll get some for you after I finish this BASTARD. I know how you feel, like there is a painful pit in your stomach and whenever you see blood you get hungry, and if you don’t look away you’ll go berserk and try to kill your comrades. It’s painful, I know.” She said, and I felt slightly relieved. Ebony had not changed a bit, still as amazing as she was so many years ago. All of a sudden she glitches and a man appears beside her, he had a sword on his back, Hanafuda earrings, and a fox mask on his face. He looked so happy to see her, “Hello Lady Morningstar,” He said with a small bow and a smile. “Hello Tanjiro, Sorry I haven’t called for you or Yoriichi in a while, I haven’t been in battles as often as usual.” She said, hissing as my father’s claws slashed across her leg, he drew his hand back with a pained expression on his face. I looked at his hand and all of the claws that were there when I had last checked were gone and his hand was bleeding badly. When I looked at Moon's leg, to my surprise, IT WAS METAL TOO, what could have happened to make her lose a leg and an arm. Then I heard a deep, guttural growl come from behind me. I turned slowly to see a huge dragon hovering on the other side of the window that was behind me. “FORETHOUGHT NOW” I hear Moonflower yell. I spread my fireproof wings wide and wrapped them around Ebony, Tanjiro, and Myself. Forethought releases a blast of blue fire, nearly killing my father. I froze in shock, and even though I had missed Ebony so much, I disappeared.
