We stood in silence for a while, and my heart pounded, but my breathing was calm and quiet.“I love you Ebony…” I whispered silently in her ear, and she smiled. “I know…” She said, then again there was silence. Then I did something I was probably going to regret, and I knew that instantly. I kissed her briefly on the cheek, then to avoid being killed, I disappeared…
