I have searched for Ebony everywhere that I could think of, but I can’t seem to find her. It worries me sick thinking that something could have happened to her. Blue walks in with a small smile.“I found her… but you may not like it.” He says and my mind immediately starts racing. “WHERE IS SHE.” I ask, urgency and worry in my tone. “WHOA, Calm down. She’s with your father. Don’t worry she’s safe, I put a guard outside his cell.” Blue said, and my eyes went wide. I disappeared reappearing in the Dungeon in front of my father’s cell. As soon as I get there father puts a finger over his lips telling me to be quiet. Smiling, he lifts one of his wings revealing Ebony leaning against his side, fast asleep. I stood still, shocked, confused, slightly scared even. “She came to me during the Gala crying. So I did what I did when she was little and offered to hug her and a few minutes later, she fell asleep just like she did back then.” Leviathan said, and I clenched my fist. “Why would she come to you..?” I asked mindlessly, instantly regretting it. “My son, please, I wish you would calm yourself… I admit I had done wrong, but you should not hold that against me, even now…” My father said pleadingly. I stayed silent, keeping my gaze low at my feet, “You expect me to let it all slide when you caused me so much pain, so much suffering, caused me to deceive everyone I had ever cared for, you expect me to forgive you just as if nothing happened…” I said angrily. Both my father and I hear Ebony whimper slightly. My eyes immediately turn to her, my heart sinks with guilt. Her eye had a large wolf scratch scar over it. After looking a small bit closer I realized something had torn the scar tissue on it and it was bleeding a good bit. “You do not understand my son… There is much to explain here… But first and foremost Ebony has dreams and most of them include her hurting her friends and family or even herself against her will...” My father said solemnly.
