I stood still, Ebony stood not far in front of me. Ever since I had made a move in Ebony, I could never keep my mind from the fact that I still didn’t know whether she loved me or not, and it worried me, and I began to tremble uncontrollably. “Argo, please calm down,” Ebony said gently, and it made me jump slightly. Thing was, I couldn’t, not easily at least. My heart raced, I began to get butterflies, and the trembling only got worse. Ebony teleports to me, hugging me, “Please, Argo, please calm down.” She said. I couldn’t help but smile, I hugged her, putting my cheek on the top of her head, pulling her close. My heart rate started to go down, and my trembling ceased, but I couldn’t stop myself from feeling the way I did for her. So again, I whispered in her ear, “I love you Ebony…” I said, “I love you too Argo” She replied, and my heart rate went up again. Then I heard a rustle in the flowers, and I pulled away starring out, something seemed wrong. Then there was a white flash and two male wolves grabbed Ebony and put something over her head to cover her eyes, one she-wolf did the same to me. “Don’t fight us and we won’t have any reason to hurt either of you…” A male said with a thick British accent, his voice sincere and sophisticated. “Let her go…” I said mindlessly, and the she-wolf pulled my arm back further. “Wh-Who a-are you?” Ebony asked, and the male laughed a bit. “My name is Grey Marais Laurier… Alpha of the Jungle…” He said .“DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHO I AM?!” Ebony yelled furiously, and he seemed amused. “I certainly do Ms. Morningstar… but I need to assure you we mean no harm… we just wish to stay… hidden…” Grey said, he laughed again slightly. “Alpha of the Jungle… Jungle Pack… the one that’s been missing for years…” I mumbled to myself, and the girl behind me giggled. “Sir Argus… hidden not missing…” She said, her grip loosened. “If we don't get caught we stay alive... unlike everyone else…” Said a softer males voice. “We need your help… but we can’t receive it if you're going to threaten us just because you are of more power to us…” Grey said, “Do we have an agreement….?” Grey asked. “I respect any and all ranks below mine. I do agree but I need a significant period of time to recover my strength.” Ebony said, and Grey said something under his breath and the other wolves let Ebony and I go. “Keep the blindfolds on until Alpha says... Or else we will have no choice but to hurt you… I can assure you, you won’t enjoy it….” Said a third male’s voice, his tone sounding pleasured and amused, the same as Grey’s; Then all of them but Grey disappeared. He flicked his tail and the blindfolds disappeared from our heads. “I need your help…” He said apprehensively, looking down at his feet, his silver eyes looking frightened and watery. “One of our Wolves, My mate, Verda Cheryl, age one hundred and fifty-six moons, thirteen years, has gone missing… and we believe it has to do with someone you are housing in your castle…” He said.“Who exactly?” Ebony asked, and he looked up only slightly, “A human named Colby Williams…” Grey said firmly, his thin eyebrows narrowed. The shock on Ebony’s face surprised me, I have never seen her this way before, it scares me. “How long has she b...” I started to say, and Grey had already processed my question and interrupted. “Two weeks at least, five at max…” He said, and I started to think. For that exact time Colby wouldn't leave the corridor, he worked on something, something he called his “Big Project”. The thought of the connection between Colby and the young she-wolf frightened me. “He hasn’t left his corridor in almost two months. So, the assumption that he’s connected to her disappearance is invalid…” Ebony says. “Not entirely… Colby may not have left, but Remington has…” I mumbled to myself, and I regretted the thought but it was the truth. “I know he killed Aries and the thought that he is betraying us is very certain… but adding Colby into this assumption isn’t very wise…” Ebony informed me. “If we had better evidence maybe we c…” I started again, and Akko appeared in front of Ebony. “Colby is missing, he's not anywhere in the castle and Blue ran off to look for him and hasn't been seen in hours…” He said gently. My eyes widened and my heart dropped, I disappeared leaving Ebony, Akko, and Grey behind...
