So, after a lot of paperwork was done, three members had been added, with Exeo as the leader, and Ember as the right-hand. The members would currently be Valens, Bo, and Riggs. Although the higher-ups had approved this, there are actually two roles the team was assigned.

One, once they will be given a mission, it is up to their discretion whether the target/s would be given a warning or not. Two, based on their roles, if they are to only give out warnings, they would need to use a different name: Nuntius Messor aka NM, and Mors Messor, aka MM if they need to assassinate without warning.

However, this was opposed by Exeo and Ember, if the target/s will be given a warning, it doesn't mean that they will change their ways. However, this was what was wanted by the higher-ups, as they reasoned, to not provoke a war aggressively, and two, for the members to not take a life so easily. The higher-ups also let the team think of the innocent lives, especially those civilians, that were forced to partake in those crimes.

Of course, there are heinous kinds of people who are an exception who needed to be assassinated, and so, Exeo and Ember accepted it with a heavy heart.

Though there are two different names based on their role, they have decided to also give the team a name as a whole, when they will go on public: The Unknown. This much like the other side of their team, they will go on public for other missions, though not exposing their faces and identity, and on the other side, as an Elite Team of Assassins.

The team also has its own office, but this is currently hidden in plain sight. Although it is still in the same building, instead of them going in from the front of the building, they need now to go from the back. This has been constructed for a long time by the previous Assassins Team and has been in good condition.

Right now, all members of the team are in the office to report. Exeo started by explaining the roles, in which, the 3 members also reacted the same way as Exeo and Ember when they heard about those two given roles. However, Exeo clarified that it is still up to the team's decision, and he also added, "I have also informed the higher-ups that we will not take any missions within 2 years, as we will be having intensive combat training. This is for us to get comfortable with each other's abilities, and teamwork. And so, we'll meet here tomorrow and depart to a remote island south of Clareo for training, be here by 0700. Dismissed."

And so, the day of their departure came, all the members had gathered in the room. Val kept on yawning, and everyone noticed that he had dark circles under his eyes. Val's usual cold appearance was replaced by a tired and sleepy expression.

Bo was beside him, and so he asked in a whisper, "Didn't get any sleep?"

Val looked at him, started to yawn, and said, "Yea, too excited."

Bo didn't know if he was serious about it or not, he thought, 'That's some tired face to be excited about.'

Exeo interrupted everyone, and said, "The chopper is ready, the doctor will be with us. Let's proceed to the helipad." And so, everyone this time wore combat uniforms but were covered in long black cloaks. Once they were in the helipad, they went in one by one, and it started to ascend towards their destination.

Once they arrived, the doctor said, "This is an artificial forest, so you can rest at ease. You can go all out here, but please make sure you don't damage the barriers surrounding the island. On the outside, it may look like an abandoned island, and it would be a lot of work if they see the barrier being damaged."

The group nodded and soon walked towards the center, which is a dense forest. After an hour or two of walking, they saw a small cabin and decided to stay for the next two years.

And so, their intensive combat begins.

Six months had passed and from afar, a series of explosions from all around the place can be seen and heard.

This is because currently, the teams have split into two and fight with each other. Currently, Bo and Val are teamed up, while Exeo, Ember, and Riggs are in a group.

Bo and Val were running fast, with their earpieces on, Val said in a huff, still running, "Bo, the weather, I think it's going to rain."

Bo, who was previously nervous, has been able to overcome his nervousness. However, there will be times that he will revert back but unnoticeable at times.

After hearing what Val said, he replied, "Yea, let's hide for now." They have passed the cave but didn't choose that, for one, they are being chased by the three, and if they stay there, it will be a dead end. They decided to camouflage near a cliff. They stopped, huffing and Bo simply touched Val from his back. Slowly, their bodies are blending into the surroundings.

Val asked, "Are you able to freeze from where we started running earlier up until this point?"

Bo frowned slightly and said, "It's a wide range, but I'll try.", and so, Bo bent one of his knees, and his hands touched the ground. He looked straight on the path they were from, and a mist is slowly coming out of his mouth and hands.

Then, with a blink of an eye, the whole ground, even the trees have been frozen. The temperature dropped suddenly by this.

Bo stood up and said, "I guess this is fine?", asking Val while a white mist is coming out of his mouth and nose when talking or breathing.

Val just nodded, a mist had also been coming out of his nose when breathing. Then, Val said in a low voice, "They're here.", staring at the direction where they went from earlier, and from afar, a series of light footsteps can be heard. Since Bo also released freezing mist to surround the area, all they can see are silhouettes of three people, although, they already knew who they were.

"ACHOO!"

There were three silhouettes coming into view, of which Bo and Val knew. Ember kept on rubbing his arms, and a sniffle, when he walked towards the two.

"I..*sniff*...can't stand...the fucking...*sniff*...ACHOO!..cold"

All of them sweatdropped, but soon, Val had a slight smile and glanced at Bo sideways. Both are now completely camouflaged and are completely not moving. Val nodded and Bo slowly put one of his hands behind his back. Then slowly, mist are coming out and the surroundings are getting difficult to see.

The mist is getting thicker, and when it got too thick that even they couldn't see some of the parts of their body, Bo ran towards Val, and in a low voice he said, "Let's go"., and both ran towards the east.

They could still hear Ember sneezing, while Exeo was talking in a low voice to Riggs.

"We have to run, Riggs might catch up to us", Bo said, and Val nodded in agreement.

They soon see the cave, and Val immediately said, "Block the entrance of the cave then let's go behind it." So Bo had blocked the entrance, and the mist in the eastern area is also getting thicker. Both heard from afar that the running footsteps suddenly stopped.

After blocking the cave entrance, he went behind the cave and hid. Beside him was Val, and Val motioned for Bo to turn off his earpiece, this is because Ember's hearing would be increasingly sensitive that even if they lower their voices, he might still hear it. So, they turned off their earpiece, and Val continued to motion with his hands.

Both can see each other as Bo can control the mist and so when he saw what Val meant with his hand signals, he nodded. What Val had said in the form of hand signals is that 'If they break the cave, quickly go run that way, and I'll go the opposite.'

Exeo raised his sword and with a purple aura covering the sword, he slashed down the cave in one blow.

Val's guess was right, when they heard the explosion, they quickly ran separately to each other, running fast, both turned on their in-ear earpieces. "Bo, try to stall for a little bit, I'll catch up to you soon", Val said, with a 'Roger' being responded to by Bo.

Val looked back slightly, and he could hear running footsteps.

'Seems like Riggs is my tail.'

He thought and abruptly stopped, turned around swiftly to Riggs's direction, and then ran forward. Riggs can only see a silhouette but he knows that Val turned around to face him. He was ready and clenched his fists when there was a light tap on his shoulder.

Val tapped his shoulder as his support, jumped over him, and rolled above him, landing behind him He continued to run going in the direction where Bo is. Riggs was a bit dazed but then soon composed and gritted his teeth, he muttered, "Dammit."

Val kept running but soon heard loud sounds of crashing. "Bo, are Ember and Exeo in front of you? Don't answer if yes, if it's only one of them, cough once." Bo didn't answer, which means, both are in front of him. And so, he sneaked an attack behind his brothers, pulling out a dagger trying to slash them left and right, making their attention drawn to him. They turned around to dodge but then he suddenly shouted, "NOW BO!"

Both had shocked expressions and soon, the ground where Val was standing, was slowly lifted by an ice platform. Val stopped the attack and balanced himself on an ice platform Bo made. Bo also made a wall of thick ice in between him and the two older males, it stretched 4 meters high and at least 15 meters wide. When they turned around, they were blocked by the wall of ice, with Val who just jumped on the other side with Bo.

Both Exeo and Ember snorted in disbelief, and when Riggs arrived, his eyes widened in surprise. He didn't know that Bo could do something like this.

Exeo and Ember got near the wall, and Exeo knocked on the wall, he said, "Impressive."

Ember just nodded, while Riggs also slowly walked forward, still amazed with half mouth open.

Val said, "You good?", kneeling on one knee in front of Bo, who was currently leaning against the crumbled rocks, and just nodded in response. He was thrashed and thrown away by Exeo to the remaining cave wall. Val stood up and stretched out his hand, lending Bo a hand to stand up. Bo groaned but still grabbed his hand and stood up, balancing himself slowly.

They both turned around and they could see that the three are currently being focused on the wall of ice. "Told you, you could do it.", Val glanced sideways to Bo, with a smug look, with Bo, who only snorted.

Then Val said, "Hey!", he shouted to the three of them, which made them draw their attention to him, "Is the training finished? It could take a while for you three to break this", Val smirked as he pointed to the thick wall of ice in front of him.

Exeo just nodded, and the two on the other side also nodded. Val just said, "We'll go first." and suddenly, he slashed something into thin air with a dagger, and a small slit of dark portal opened.

He dragged Bo, who felt dizzy when he was dragged, sounds of 'Ack! Be careful, my body hurts-Ack!' then disappeared.

The three sweatdropped and Ember suddenly said, "I'm worried.", with a sweatdrop. The other two thought the same, they were not worried about Val, but worried about Bo.

On the other hand, a small slit of portal suddenly appeared inside the cabin, then Val slowly got out, still dragging Bo behind.

He threw Bo on the sofa, with his limbs limped from tiredness. Val walked directly to the kitchen to grab some water and get some for Bo. He walked back with two glasses of water, and offered one to Bo, he said, "That was great out there earlier.", Val said.

Bo who was lying down, got up and grabbed the water, and after gulping it down.

"PUAH! Thanks. How did you know I can make something like that?"

Val replied with one of his brows raised, "Huh? No, I don't know you could make one like that. Uhh, how should I say this..", he frowned then said, "Hmm, your ability element is ice, so, I guess I just thought that whatever is related to ice is, is you can make it."

"Is that so.", Bo sighed and didn't further ask him. Slowly, he caved into sleepiness, Val left him and didn't disturb him. He let him rest and soon, the other three had arrived.
