Suddenly, black chains shot out of her body, tightening around her as if trying to crush her. However, instead of causing harm, they suppressed the Regal power that was spiraling out of control.
After a while, Aurianna regained her sanity and rubbed her aching head. She looked up to see Boara standing before her and Kiana by her side.
“Are you fine, child?” Boara asked.
“Yes, I am,” Aurianna nodded and got off Kiana's arms.
“So, back to what I was saying, I agree for you to become my master,” Boara stated arrogantly, but her actions spoke otherwise as she fully bowed down to Aurianna.
“Wow, that easy? I thought you were lying or something,” Aurianna chuckled.
“I’m not one to go back on my word,” Boara stated nervously.
‘This child, I wonder how far she’ll go,’ Boara thought with an excited smile.
“Cool!” Aurianna beamed.
“Hey Angels, can I take her as a familiar?” Aurianna asked.
[That’s not allowed, and we couldn’t hear anything until now. What did you do???]
“Well, I don’t care if it’s not allowed. I want her to be my familiar,” Aurianna declared, hands on her hips.
[What if she goes out of control?] the angels questioned.
“Then I will deal with her myself,” Aurianna declared boldly.
[Can this human really deal with Boara?] the Angel of Time asked the Angel of the Sea.
[We saw her fight. I don’t know what she is, but she’s a monster. So I can’t tell if this is a good or bad thing. But it’s clear that she can handle Boara.] the Angel of the Sea replied coldly.
[Fine.]
“I now declare you, Boara, my familiar!” Aurianna declared as the diamond shape in her eye glowed brightly. Immediately, a white circle appeared in Boara's eyes.
“This feels weird,” Boara said, touching her heart.
‘This kind of binding!’ she thought with a deep frown. ‘How does this child know soul binding?’
“Can you change your shape?” Aurianna asked curiously. “You’re too big to walk around with.”
“I guess I can take on a humanoid form,” Boara stated before her body began to shrink quickly, smoke swirling around her.
Suddenly, before Aurianna stood a ten-foot-tall woman in a long blue dress. She had four piercing blue eyes on her face and very long, straight, beautiful black hair. Two tails extended from her back, and three massive rainbow-colored horns adorned her head.
“Remember the deal: make my master a familiar as well,” Boara stated coldly.
“Yeah, yeah, I hear ya,” Aurianna responded, but she had a displeased look on her face as she looked up at Boara.
“I can barely see your face because of those massive things. Shrink them or something!!” Aurianna yelled, pointing up, struggling to see Boara's face.
“Aurianna, stop being jealous,” Eva sighed.
“Who said I was jealous! Just give me a few years!!!” Aurianna yelled back.
“Who’s she talking to?” Boara asked Kiana, who was as tall as her.
“Someone who’s quite hard to see, but I promise she exists,” Kiana answered.
“Well, I guess you're in the same situation as me,” Boara laughed, placing her arm around Kiana.
“You think…” Kiana muttered, tears welling up in her eyes.
“The next door has opened!” Kiana beamed, noticing the door appear.
“So, master, what was I here for? We didn’t even use the weapons,” Hadina wondered with a gloomy expression.
“Oh yeah, I totally forgot,” Aurianna answered.

“Master!!!” Hadina cried before going back to the space.
“I need to get my arms back,” Aurianna mumbled, looking at her crystal arms. “And I guess Queen and Pectus can stay around for a few days, so I won’t send them back,” she added, turning to stare at Queen and Pectus in smaller sizes.
“Why is everyone so damn tall?!” Aurianna pouted and huffed.
“Are we going to that space again? I need some rest,” Kiana complained.
“Stop being lazy, you barely helped in the fight!” Aurianna snorted.
“Well, I sang to weaken Boara a bit, but I doubt my power could do anything to her,” Kiana said quietly, and Aurianna eyed her.
“We are going where?” Boara wondered as they all walked toward the next room.
“To a space,” Aurianna answered.
“What space?” Boara wondered.
“You’ll see,” Aurianna grinned before sitting down on the soft, grassy floor.
“So now everyone should just sleep,” Aurianna said before lying down and closing her eyes. Boara stared at her strangely but, seeing everyone else do the same, she reluctantly sighed and slept as well.
Once Boara opened her eyes, she was in a completely different place. She looked around in shock. “What is this place?!”
“Aurianna, who’s this?” Leila asked, pointing at Boara.
“My new familiar!” Aurianna declared proudly.
“Why are you getting so many familiars?” Leila wondered, eyeing Boara with a displeased expression.
“Well, I need an army, and so far Hadina and Boara are the strongest I’ve got!” Aurianna declared.
“I guess that makes sense,” Leila sighed.
“What is this place? How is this possible?” Boara wondered, still confused.
“I had the same reaction,” Kiana said, giving Boara a thumbs up.
“So, is she training as well?” Leila wondered.
“I guess you can say that,” Aurianna said.
“So why did you agree to become my little sister’s familiar?!” Leila came forward and asked Boara, standing on top of a rock.
‘Could this be master's sister? Because they look like twins!’ Boara wondered whiles staring at Leila.
Boara's eyes settled on Leila with a serene smile. “I have no ambitions of my own, I'm nothing but a wandering beast, but she’s interesting. I'd love to follow her and see how far she'll get before her end,” she said, her voice tinged with a cold smile as her hand rested on her chest.
Leila laughed, "I doubt my sister will fail. She'll achieve every goal she sets, and I as her big sister will support her all the way!” Leila declared, her hand on her waist, her white eyes glowing with pride.
“Aww Leila!!” Aurianna cooed, jumping on Leila and hugging her, rubbing her cheeks against Leila's face.
‘So Aurianna can be that cute. She's always showing me a dead face,’ Kiana pouted, watching Aurianna and Leila.
“And it seems my big sister has finally managed to control her flame eyes!” Aurianna cheered.
“Of course. I can't keep covering my eyes. I need my eyes to witness the beauty of everything I see, even you, little silly cat,” Leila chuckled, pinching Aurianna's cheeks.
“Also, Aurianna,” Leila called out.
“Yes, Leila?” Aurianna responded.
“What kind of monsters should we fight today?” Leila wondered.
“I dunno but wait! I feel like I'm forgetting someone very important,” Aurianna paused, frowning in concentration.
“Ahhh, I can't believe I forgot about my Zagan!!!” Aurianna yelled in shock, her hands on her head.
“Zagan?” Leila asked, her mind creating an image of a black cat from Aurianna's memories.
“He's another familiar I have, ahhhh!!” Aurianna exclaimed, scratching her head.
“Eva, can you bring Zagan here?” Aurianna asked, looking up with a cute expression.
“I guess I can,” a hologram of Eva appeared, floating before Aurianna and Leila.
‘So that was the other presence I felt but couldn't identify. So it’s this woman,’ Boara thought, her four eyes examining Eva.
‘This woman, she's probably more dangerous than these two girls. Way more dangerous. The way the surroundings respond to her and the way she speaks with my new master means she’s the first servant of Aurianna as well as the owner of this strange place. How does this young child have so many powerful people around her? I truly underestimated her,’ Boara thought, a smirk playing on her lips.
“I assure you, there are more powerful people here who listen to Aurianna and me, but we haven’t made them our servants yet,” Leila said, appearing beside Boara with a cold smile.
“You can read minds?” Boara asked, raising an eyebrow.
“Obviously. So can Aurianna,” Leila answered, her hands clasped behind her back.
“Can you detect emotions and lies too?” Kiana asked nervously.
“Of course we can, Kiana,” Leila replied.
“Okay,” Kiana mumbled, her face flushing as she turned away.
‘I guess I’m stuck with Aurianna forever,’ Kiana thought, using her spear to draw circles on the ground.
“So you could teleport me to my continent this whole time?!” Aurianna yelled, her face contorted with anger.
“Of course I can,” Eva chuckled.
“So why didn’t you in the first place?” Aurianna demanded, clearly annoyed.
“Eva is doing it for your own good, you know?” Leila said, appearing behind Aurianna and poking her cheeks.
“I know, but ugh, it’s taking so long!” Aurianna yelled in frustration, pulling on her hair.
Leila patted her head softly. “But you’ve managed to grow stronger, haven’t you?”
“I guess so,” Aurianna admitted, her cheeks slightly red.
“So you haven’t really lost anything,” Eva chuckled.
“You have a good point,” Aurianna sighed reluctantly.
“Maybe by the time I finish this Ruin, I’ll be strong enough to fight my father,” Aurianna mumbled, gripping her palms.
‘Also, if I use up all my eight days, it would be really bad. In the end, I still only have fifty years in the space, which I can use in case I lose my arms,’ Aurianna thought, nodding in approval of her plan.
“Leila, Eva, can you give me some space? I need to discuss something with Boara.”
“I guess we’re no longer important now that she’s found new friends,” Eva pouted, drawing circles on the ground with a stick alongside Leila.
“My little sister doesn’t love me anymore,” Leila pouted as well.
Aurianna rolled her eyes at them and walked over to Boara and Kiana, staring at them intently.
“Boara, who are the strongest heroes in the Bahamut Ruin?” Aurianna asked.
“Number one is Jade Havensworth, the Human Chimera,” Boara said, raising a finger. “Number two is Avriel Kazan, my master, a tamer. Number three is Jugi Hitario, the Copycat. And number four is me, of course,” she added proudly. “I’m on the lower Ruin floors to weed out most of the weak competitors.”
“Everyone else is irrelevant. I don’t need anyone weaker than you,” Aurianna said coldly. “I’ll explore the other ruins once I get out of this one, but that will be after I’m done with my plans.”
